Nice weekend - just as bad

I did change my whole weekend at last minute to have a weekend gateway with an old frend. Lots of last minutes changes which I, of course, made it work but than had a total breakdown about so much change. We actually had a pretty relaxing and low key weekend and now that I am home I am in the black whole of despair I can't get out of. I am so so tired and thinking like I will never be able to live a normal life anymore and have normal experiences. It was such a low key two days that I should have not came back so exhausted that I am not even sure I could work tomorrow. I hate my self. And my energy levels and everything about me. My brain just keep spinning around how I need to be small and invisible and how that will help with it, even I don't understand how. But I am just disgusting and should not exist if I can even make a two days trip without complete breakdown at the end. So pathetic.

After so many years being kept under a lens of being miserable, of eyes seeing nothing but the worst on me, and somehow praying for it to be kept that way; I have reached the final, apprehensive thought that I might be a bit distraught at the idea of being seen loved by others. Holding hands is fine as long as we fall behind, but being pecked goodbye in front just three people is not. It was the worst feeling of having my breath sucked away from my body I've ever had. I felt the need to breathe as if I hadn't in a long time.

It is not okay that I'm even entertaining this idea, what I've said is plenty and plentiful of scum. And the fact that all it took to shatter the crafted world that this new sense of life had given me, was yet another stare down their noses at me, is making this ordeal more dreadful. However, it doesn't make the memories less daunting and beckoning for me to come back to that mindset I've fought to keep at bay and stand away from.

They are not worth the time I'm spending discussing them, nor am I worth what they've given me, which is nothing, but says lots about what we've been. I believe myself to be worthy of commiseration, but have been rejected of it more times than those I've counted. In the need it'll all move forward, in the same way I'll step further away from these thoughts.
