Mrs. Crumplebottom: I don't remember the title…Or the author… Julian: Can you tell me something about the plot? The setting maybe?… Mrs. Crumplebtoom: Ah! The cover was RED!

Julian: Uh...Red? Let's see...Could it be The Red Badgeof Courage? Or perhaps Perma Red? There's also The Red Tent? Maybe The Hunt for Red October?

Mrs. Crumplebottom: No! No! NO! It's none of those! The COVER was red! Do you understand? RED!

Julian: Publishers change books' covers all the time, so that won't help much. Perhaps we can browse through the shelves until you find it?...

Mrs. Crumplebottom: (Huffing) USELESS! I am going to go home and ask the Google. I bet it can find the book I need.

Julian: Sounds like a solid plan. Have a lovely evening and see you tomorrow at the same time, Mrs. Crumplebottom.

Lawrence: Hmm. You aren't Mr. Lam. Where is he?

I wanna write an essay on how Cruising (1980) would be a fucking killer movie to remake in anno domini like next month but I haven't actually seen it in its entirety but based on what I've heard a slightly more on-the-nose telling of the story of a cop trying to make a name for himself by going undercover to investigate a serial killer targeting queer people but gradually becoming more and more disillusioned with the police after seeing how little they care and becoming more in tune with who he(?) is throughout the investigation would be really fun to see and also it would just be super fun to have scenes of excessive debauchery in various nightclubs/kink clubs/sex clubs, you know?
