SEPTEMBER DASH ICON !!

And here we go, September icon! This was the icon I had originally made for August, before the Miraculous movie & finale happened x'D

Also I know that Tumblr has been fucking up the visibility of the dash icons and stuff, so this is my middle thing to them too. I'm gonna keep making my monthly icons and this ugly hellsite can't stop me.

*rubs hands together* I finally got some extra time to draw up some new art for this AU, so let's give it some substance >:3 Long post below the read more with extra art :D

Before Euclydia was destroyed, Euclid and Scalene Cipher were some of its most powerful members. Bill saying that everyone loved him as a baby was true for a time; children aren't born very often, and the Ciphers are considered to almost be royalty. It wasn't until Bill's mutation became apparent that people began to shun him. If he had been born to any other family, he likely would have been abandoned.

Though neither Euclid nor Scalene could really comprehend the concept of something being "up", let alone what "stars" could possibly be, both of them used their status to try and find any scrap of forbidden information, hoping that they could find an answer, could find some confirmation that their son wasn't crazy, and didn't need to be blinded by his "medicine."

It was this research that eventually saved their lives. Having the knowledge that it was possible for things to, hypothetically, exist in a three dimensional plane allowed them to pool their powers and create 3D forms for themselves when Euclydia began to burn, pulling themselves off the 2D plane like a sticker being peeled off a page. It wasn't a smooth transition in the slightest, and the flames managed to damage parts of their bodies before they managed to fully free themselves. The rest of their power went into escaping their collapsing reality, and when all was said and done, they were left near catatonic and floating in the space between time and space for many, many years.

They don't really start to recover until a certain frilly guy upstairs nudges them into a new, stable dimension. This one is almost entirely 3D, and inhabited by creatures that look completely alien to the Euclydians. Creatures called humans.

They meet Dipper and Mabel not long after, and the two triangles attach themselves to the babies, doing their best to care for them in their weakened states when their young, unprepared parents fail to be adequate caretakers. Being 2D is far easier for them, so they stick to the walls like shadows and find ways to speak to the twins, slipping into videos and pictures, music and books, their forms changing slightly to match whatever media they slipped into. They teach Dipper and Mabel their colours, shapes, ABC's, ect, comfort them when they get sad or scared, and once they're old enough, how to do basic things like getting themselves food and water when they get left alone too long.

Neither Pines parent really notices their children making grabby hands and babbling at open air at first, though they do become a bit concerned when years pass and they still stare at walls and empty corners like there's something there.

Eventually, as we all know, the Pines twins get shipped off to a sleepy town in Oregon, and Euclid and Scalene are, of course, coming along to watch over their little stars. However, they become deeply uncomfortable when they start to see visages of their son carved into every room of the twin's temporary home.

It doesn't take long for the show's antics to start, but Grunkle Stan gets involved in the twins adventures far earlier because during The Inconveniecing, Euclid uses his ability to manipulate televisions to play one of those old PSA's on loop until he gets spooked enough to actually check on the twins, only to find them missing.

Eventually, through the help of Scalene using a radio to drag up an old advert for the Dusk 2 Dawn, he figures out where they are and arrives just in time to see the tail end of their ghostly encounter. Unable to deny his knowledge of Gravity Falls' weirdness, he and the twins have their Season 1 finale talk that night, and Dipper shows Stan Journal 3, which leads to all three of them searching for Journal 2 (Stan doesn't reveal the portal yet)

Bill gets summoned by Gideon like in Canon, but things veer wildly off course when, upon entering Stan's mind, Mabel asks him if he knows Euclid or Scalene. He freezes up upon hearing the names of his parents, and he immediately calls off the deal with Gideon, ripping himself out of Stan's Dreamscape. Before he can process what happened, he comes face to face with someone he's only seen in daymares for the past trillion years

Bill dips the fuck out once he realizes he's not hallucinating, disappearing to Axolotl knows where to do fun, productive things such as: scream, cry, break shit, sob on the floor, drink until the teeth in his eye ache, stare at the space between stars for days on end, and interrogate every single one of his henchmaniacs to see if they spiked his drink.

Mans has absolutely zero clue on how to navigate this situation, eventually settling on stalking the Pines because he genuinely cannot think of any possible way to approach his (apparently alive????) parents. How do you go about atoning for the extinction of your entire species?

Bill Cipher has never been one to do things for others for any other reason than to get something back, but he figures the best place to start is by protecting these fleshy human young that his parents seem so attached to.

Wait, would that make them siblings? Axolotl, he sure hopes not.

HISTORY ;

rowena olive kuzmich — otherwise known as simply ro by her peers — was born on december 31, 1998 in frederick, maryland to yegor, the ukrainian-american gang boss of the kuzmich crime family and ada (née thompson), an infamous english head chef. the two met at the latter’s workplace at the white oleander, a fine dining restaurant and immediately impressed by how delicious the food was, yegor requested to meet the head chef. their chemistry was instant and despite her older brother, david, warning her to not get romantically involved a gang boss, she didn’t hesitate to pursue him. they got married a year later after ada became pregnant with rowena and even though yegor ruled with an iron fist, it was clear that ada had him wrapped around her little finger.

while she never had to worry about not being able to get by thanks to her immensely privileged background, rowena had little to no friends growing up that were genuine, as she was often surrounded by children who were using her to get close to her father or to be on his good graces. although her parents both agreed to keep her and her younger siblings, gregory and cate, ignorant to the truth about her family, rowena was no fool — it didn’t take much time for her to figure out that her father was not a good man and that her mother was not much better either. nonetheless, all she could do is shield her younger siblings to the horrors they committed until the veselov’s, a russian crime family and their rivals, infiltrated their home and killed them all in cold blood while rowena and her siblings were at school.

after their funeral of their entire paternal side, the kuzmich children were sent to live with their late mother’s brother, david and his family, comprising of their aunt, jill, and their older cousin, lea. they were placed in the same boarding school as her, which affected each sibling differently. the change was tough on rowena at first, but as she got older, she began to appreciate the fact she was given the chance at a life that wasn’t so isolating, but the same couldn’t be said for gregory, who fell in with the wrong crowd at a young age and became a rebellious, troubled child. by the time she got to high school, rowena became enamored by crime shows and novels like the girl with the dragon tattoo and the law & order franchise, which inspired her to want to become a private investigator.

in order to pursue her dream, rowena transferred to james madison university in harrisonburg, virginia and took a part-time job as a secretary for the garnet mysteries agency secretary, an all-women p.i. firm, and aided them in their cases to the best of her ability, learning how they investigated and solved them. even though she had to fight for her place amongst them, they eventually welcomed her in with open arms and she began to see them as her second family. they even attended her graduation ceremony and gave her a standing ovation, introducing her to their associates at vanguard investigations in brentwood, tennessee during a case. sensing the unwavering potential in rowena, they offered her to take her in as a junior private investigator.

although it wasn’t an easy choice for her to make, rowena decided to accept the opportunity and move to tennessee. however, it quickly became to her that she would have to prove to her new boss that she deserved to be there, as he believed she was too naive and idealistic to have what it took to be a true private investigator. after three years of working blood, sweat and tears in numerous cases, rowena was given her first serious case in collaboration with the bpd — they have been investigating the prism fan network, a model agency within the porn website, divine ecstasy, that they suspected was a cover for a sexual trafficking ring. rowena’s job as to go undercover inside the agency and find as much evidence as she could find to bring them down.

when she was first informed of what she would have to do, she was hesitant as to whether this was how far she wanted to go to prove herself. she wasn’t the most sexually experienced either, having only been in two relationships throughout her life, which made her question whether she could really pull this off. in the end, rowena decided to go ahead with the job and took on the identity of a college graduate named tara, a young woman who was desperate to pay off a large sum of debt. once she was hired and the alter ego of felicity was born, her mission truly began and at first, it didn’t seem so bad, but what started off as simply chatting with fans quickly turned into prostituting herself on camera. the following two years were incredibly difficult, but rowena still persevered.

by the time she was about to break down and ask to be pulled out from the job, rowena befriended lucia modesto, a thirty-three year-old woman who was tricked into joining the prism fan network when she was only nineteen and had a fourteen year-old daughter named eleonora, who she raised by her lonesome. heartbroken by her story, rowena became determined to help her and nora escape back to her homeland in brazil. unfortunately, her reckless pursuit for evidence to do this got her caught and lucia was brutally murdered before the police came in and arrested everyone involved. the experience mentally scarred rowena and the guilt over not being able to save her began to eat her alive. nonetheless, she took it upon herself to become nora’s legal guardian and promptly quit her job.

wanting a better life for nora and to start over again, rowena moved the two of them to the willow peak neighborhood in chicago, illinois, where she also got a job as a barback at the willow tap. while the move was very much needed, she is having a difficult time adjusting to such a large city, especially as people began to recognize her, but she does her best to not pay attention to it. as rumors about her spread around the neighborhood, rowena has built walls of stone around her heart and hasn’t confided in anyone about what truly happened during that time, not even her own family. her focus is on giving nora the life her mother never got to have, hoping that will ease the guilt eating at her heart, but when no one is looking, she turns to drinking to ease the pain.

It's the weekend in Newcrest. Vulcan and Mabel had been invited to do the interview a few months prior, when things were... better between them. But since Vulcan's fight with Caleb, Mabel has been staying in the vampire's nest.

Mark Visage: "Mr. and Mrs. Nebula what a sight, it's so wonderful to have you both here with us this evening." Vulcan: "It's great to see you again, Mark. How are the kids?" Mark: "Oh they're doing just fine, and Mrs. Nebula, wonderful to finally meet you, how are you doing tonight my dear?" Mabel: "Fine, all things considered." Mark: "Oh, ho, and what might those things be Mabel?" Mabel: "Oh you know, since my boyfriend got assaulted a few days ago for absolutely no reason at all." Vulcan felt his face heat up and the camera adjusted on him. Mark: "Oh buddy, I suppose that fight is no secret anymore, aye slugger?" Vulcan swallowed: "Yeah, I suppose so." Mark: "That does bring up an interesting topic though, Vulcan, Mabel, you two do the loving lots of people thing I hear, how exactly does that work out anyway?" Mabel: "Oh it's fun, my boys are very easy to love... At least one of them is. Haha!" Mark and Mabel laughed together, Vulcan felt himself folding inward. He had never felt so publicly humiliated.

🎁 Box Blissim février 2024 🎁

On ne m'a rien demandé mais ... Je suis abonnée depuis 1 an maintenant à la box mensuelle Blissim (cadeau d'anniversaire de moi à moi 🥰)

Pour Noel j'ai offert 2 mois à ma petite sœur ! elle a été ravie et avec ma maman elles vont surement continuer et se partager les box ! 🤗

Le parfum Provence Soleia - Adopt

Format de 30ml (format vente) il porte très bien son nom, on sent la lavande sans aucun doute. Je ne le garderai pas hélas car à la maison, la lavande ce n'est pas une odeur qu'on apprécie 😅

L'après-shampoing restructurant Smooth move - Wild Science Lab

Joli format voyage de 40ml (environ 3 utilisation pour mes cheveux) aux extrait de guimauve. Il est censé réparer la fibre capillaire (mais je ne peux pas dire, je n'ai pas les cheveux abîmés, merci à ma coiffeuse ❤), redéfinir les boucles, lisser et donner de la brillance aux cheveux !

Verdict : je ne vois pas d'effet sur mes boucles (ni plus lisses ni plus définies 🙄) et son odeur je n'y arrive pas... je pensais trouver des odeurs sucrées mais pas du tout, on ne snet que les huiles essentielles (ce qui me rappellent les mauvais souvenirs de la tête à poux que j'étais étant petite 😐)

En full size, on adore !! Bon vu la quantité de mascara que j'ai en restock, je ne le testerai pas dans l'immédiat 🤭 mais voici ce qu'il promet : définition, épaissit les cils, ne s'effrite pas, volume extrême, 0 coulure et 0 transfert. De belles promesses !!

Le gommage corps solide - Unbottled

En full size aussi ! Il a littéralement embaumé la box ! Je ne saurais pas décrire précisément l'odeur mais on dirait un médicament aux plantes, si fort que j'ai du changer de pièce pour sentir le parfum Adopt ! Maintenant dans mon placard de salle de bain, mon chéri sait quand je l'ouvre même en étant dans une autre pièce ou en passant 1h après moi, c'est dire 😳 Les espèces de boules/picots permettent de masser en plus de l'exfoliation, ce qui n'est pas désagréable du tout ! Les graines de noisettes qu'il contient sont assez petits et doux. Attention, il faut bien le faire sécher avant de le ranger par contre !

Le baume multi-usages - Egyptian magic

En format voyage de 7.5ml, il se glisse très bien dans la petite trousse de mon sac à main ! J'aime sa texture douce et fondante mais pas grasse, je peux l'appliquer sur les lèvres les mains etc. Il n'a pas d'odeur particulière ! (assez d'odeur dans cette box de toute façon ! 😂), par contre ce n'est pas une crème que j'appliquerai sur mon visage personnellement 😏

3 full sizes dans cette box, c'est vraiment cool surtout pour 16.9€/mois, le coût est largement dépassé avec la valeur des produits ! On va faire le calcul :
