Not necessarily. We'll still have billionaires because of the organisation-individual Duality. The company and the individual who own it are different things. So say i have a company, that reaches the 999 million limit, but it is the company that did, not me as an individual so i can technically go ahead and get 999 million more under my name (which obviously is more than a billion). Then i can go ahead and open anothet company and that will grow to 999 million because whenever thr original company grows to 999 million this new company sends the original one a bill of (idk) 100 million, then the company also pays tax on that 100 million so the values go down to 899 million and 99 million (took tax to be 1 million), then the second company can go ahead and maybe donate this money to a charity owned by me, so yeah maybe I'll spend like 2 million feeding kids but i can fake on the records that i used all of the 99 million, so now i have a secret stack of 97 million which is appart from the original 999 million that i already had and the 999 million that my company had and the cycle can continue on because there is no limit to the number of companies, or charitable organisations that are all under my name yet are distinct from me as an individual, hence i could technically be running the whole market just under different names

But i am just a dumb person in the world who has neither read nor studied any of the economic theories related to capitalism nor have i researched or studied any aspect of capitalism alone and i am pretty sure that the mat doesn't add up. So yeah i think capitalism ends by puting a 999 million limit
