Do You Wanna Touch Me Now
What can you call something like this? A review of a Kiss song that was not recorded to completion and never officially released? If you ask me Phantom Entry doesn't sound too bad, and also kind of Kiss-like.
So, who among us Kissians doesn't inevitably think of the often mentioned Do You Wanna Touch Me Now, the only leftover from the Revenge (1992) sessions, which Paul had written with this Skid Row guy, but ultimately didn't make it onto the album. For a long time, even a very long time if you want to do yourself the displeasure of measuring your life in time, this one was considered pretty much a Holy Grail among ever-searching fans.
Until it was leaked on a mainstream platform, just like that. Out of the blue. After 30 years. (0) So, it's precisely this tiny blip that makes our little head trip here possible in the first place, so shhh, all this is top secret, of course. Let us therefore try to be gratefully and humbly accept what this may offer us.
Firstly, we have the long-range main riff that also opens the song, which can best be described as massive and anything but bad. If Take Me's (1976) chorus riff comes to mind, that would be pretty close. If you were to dance a few steps further and stop at the end with spread legs in a self-assured pose, then we would even have a bull's eye. On top of that, you get a Mr. Speed-style lick as a sort of calling card (1). This works in much the same way as the Roadrunner in the cartoons likes to stick out his tongue before he meeps and blasts off at the speed of light.
Anyway, to my ears it seems as if, in the overall context of the song's structure, it harbors a certain short-sighted, extroverted attitude that is unwilling to take the final step and whose own unrequited expectations unfortunately become its undoing. In simple terms, it promises more than it means to deliver (2).
Kind of like a long-armed boxer with a handful of excellent swinging hooks in his repetoire, with which he is able to send his opponent to the mat very safely and quickly, only to make the fatal mistake of letting go of his opponent too early and using his additional light-footed skills just to put on a little extra show for the audience (and himself), which unfortunately has little to do with the fight. And with that, I've basically already given away the verses and the bridges.
And these sound like a continuously alternating vivid, but still somewhat unsatisfying mixture of The Elder's (1981) The Oath (3), Mr. Blackwell (4), and now dear people fasten your seatbelts, Welcome to the Jungle (1987) respectively its main riff. Which should come as no surprise once you consider that in 1991 Guns N' Roses were probably the biggest rock band on this planet alongside Metallica (5).
And so it goes back and forth until you eventually reach the mid-part section, which is not much more than a big brake pad, led by Detroit Rock City's (1976) cinematic widescreen riffs, those that follow its super iconic pulsating intro, and to which you literally have no choice but to imagine Paul leisurely and majestically swinging his arm out wide. Still, you're not supposed to enjoy it to the full, because after just one run-through, the fun is over again and it moves like a souped-up tractor at adle in the direction of Black Sabbath and Iron Butterfly. This is noticeable in a passage that sounds as if somewhere the beginning of In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida (1968) was stuck in a loop. On steroids, of course.
And somewhere in between a guitar solo must have been envisioned, although unfortunately it never materialized. Which is regrettable, but not necessarily essential for the sake of this cause.
But hey, since when can beggars be choosers?
Side Note:
(0) Hardcore Insiders not included, which in turn should include myself.
(1) And from the first refrain even a riff appendage in the guise of Plaster Caster's (1977) bridge melody, as well as another old buddy, this time from the future, who can be found on Sonic Boom from 2009 and beyond (which we can talk about another time).
(2) So much for the gratitude.
(3) I (1981) would also fit the bill, but The Oath even more so. Just think of its characteristic opening.
(4) That AC/DC Back in Black thing we already talked about here.
(5) On the other hand, I wouldn't necessarily accuse them of intent.
And no, Do Yo Wanna Touch Me Now is not a link, just a photo. All other links are real, by the way, and highlighted:

The Ultimate Guide to The Eirenic Verses
"Poesy wrote the first word." "Amen, amen, amen."
Centuries ago, the goddess Poesy gave her people, the Bremish, the gift of High Poetry: the ability to turn words into actions, whether that is raising mountains from raw earth or spreading pestilence in the land. Societies developed on either side of the Rimuk Mountains, sworn to perpetual strife.
This is the story of Breme and Sina, two countries whose histories are paradoxically separate and intertwined, as seen through the eyes of their inhabitants. The Eirenic Verses offers a glimpse into the world of Eirenen: a planet both like and unlike our own, where literary prowess can be transmuted into military might.

The Eirenic Verses Series
Part One: 9 Years Yearning
Uileac Korviridi, student at the Bremish War Academy, expects to focus on his studies and protect his little sister - not fall in love with Orrinir Relickim, the hotheaded infantryman who can't seem to leave him alone. Subgenre: Gay coming of age romance Main Character: Uileac Korviridi Status: Live on Amazon
Part Two: Pride Before a Fall
Orrinir Relickim's horse, Bannain, was a wedding present from his husband, Uileac Korviridi. The intemperate animal nearly ends his marriage, too. One swift kick to the ribs turns into a journey through magical medicine and the human heart, as he comes to better understand the man he swore to love. Subgenre: Cozy romance Main Character: Orrinir Relickim Status: Pre-orders available
Part Three: Funeral of Hopes
Uileac Korviridi's husband, Orrinir Relickim, speaks little of his past. Vague mentions of an unhappy childhood before becoming a Future Boy at the War Academy are more than enough for Uileac; he has his own demons, after all. This changes when Orrinir receives word that his alcoholic, abusive father is dying - and refuses to reconcile. Subgenre: Family drama Main Character: Uileac Korviridi Status: Completed, revisions Sneak preview here
Part Four: What Is Cannot Be Unwritten
Mordrek Willets loves murder, mules, and women - not necessarily in that order. He's the first Sinan Intelligence Services officer to sneak across the forboding Rimuk Mountains and learn more about the Bremish High Poets, a secretive cabal of women tasked with protecting the beleagured country from his own. This mission takes more out of him than he ever could have expected. His pride. His loyalty. His heart. Subgenre: Dark adventure Main Character: Mordrek Willets Status: Completed, revisions
Part Five: Absent All Light
Cerie Korviridi has trained for over a decade to complete the Sigillum: the ritual that will make her a fully-fledged High Poet. In the aftershocks of the brutal ceremony, she finds that her brother-in-law, infantryman Orrinir Relickim, has been taken hostage by the enemy - and that the army is refusing to send help. Her brother, Uileac, refuses to leave his husband behind enemy lines and recruits her help, making them both traitors to the Bremish government. Subgenre: Adventure Main Characters: Cerie Korviridi, Orrinir Relickim Status: In progress
Part Six: Poesy
Cerie has spent her entire life learning High Poetry, a rare skill that assists her impoverished nation in countering endless warfare. Worshipping the goddess of poets is all she has ever known – that and her hatred for the enemy. Her worst nightmare comes true when she is kidnapped by her nation’s eternal rival, a queendom seeking High Poetry to colonize her homeland. Subgenre: Adventure Main Character: Cerie Korviridi Status: Completed, in revisions
Part Seven: Shadow and Sword (tentative title)
Haniya Aina has accepted the sea change that has come to her life: disowned by her mother, the Queen of Sina, and living in exile with her lover. What she never expected was for her new countrymen to despise her - and for her murderous brother to send a stream of assassins her way. Alongside her partner, Cerie Korviridi, and her new family, she finds herself battling more pressing threats than losing her princess status. Subgenre: Adventure Main Character: Haniya Aina Status: Not started
Part Eight: Perseity
After ending the endless war, Cerie Korviridi expects to never see Sina again - except its former symbol, Haniya Aina, the disgraced Princess of the Sinan Royal Family. However, the disowned daughter is embroiled against her will in Sinan domestic politics when her mad brother, Daiski, seizes the throne. Both women must decide how far they'll go for a country that hates them - and what it means for their love. Subgenre: Adventure Main Characters: Cerie Korviridi, Haniya Aina Status: First draft completed
Part Nine: The Sorrow of the Bells (tentative title)
Cerie Korviridi and Haniya Aina knew the Sinan public would not accept their relationship easily. Not only is a royal family member marrying a member of the enemy nation, but another woman, no less. Cerie and Haniya's friends and family must protect them from all comers, whether a poisoned chalice or a knife in the dark. Subgenre: Suspense Main Characters: Cerie Korviridi, Haniya Aina Status: Not started
Part 10: Plexity
A civil war to end all others. High Poets working on behalf of their former enemies, soldiers revising their loyalties to reflect a new age. Above it all, questions of how far love can really go to save a relationship - whether that is within people, deities, or countries as a whole. Subgenre: Adventure Main Characters: Cerie Korviridi, Haniya Aina, Orrinir Relickim Status: Not started

Helloya! 💗💋🍓🌸Sweetness*POP🌈🍭💀🌟 here!
So remember my post about an idea for a PlayStation-Verse crossover PS5 or PS6 game starring Talwyn Apogee of Ratchet & Clank, Keira Hagai of Jak & Daxter, and Carmelita Fox of Sly Cooper as the 3 main heroines?
Well, I've been thinking of what would be a good title for this game.
PlayStation Move Heroines would definitely be out of the question! 😅
At first, I was thinking what if Talwyn, Keira and Carmelita were to be the PlayStation Femme Fatales? 💋🕶🔥👙💥🔫🗡
However, I recently have been thinking about this title while doing research on fitting and positive words to describe a woman who's not only beautiful, attractive and sexy, but also strong, dangerous and empowering.
So instead, I came up with this idea, the sweetest title for Talwyn's, Keira's and Carmelita's ideal crossover game relating to PlayStationVerse could be this:
PlayStation Venus 3
This idea pop up in my mind when I was researching on Venus.
In mythology, Venus is the Roman goddess of love, beauty, desire, sex, fertility, prosperity and victory.
While in astrology, Venus is a planet of not only love and beauty, but also pleasure, money, arts and harmony.
Therefore, Venus is like a symbolism for such deep emotions like obviously love, attraction, value, and connections.
Venus is a very precious way of expressing your affections. What you truly value and desire.
Venus represents not what you need, but what you want.
I thought of all this when trying to compare Talwyn, Keira and Carmelita with Venus.
I'm just using 4 examples:
Love: The 3 female characters have their love interests: Ratchet (Talwyn), Jak (Keira) and Sly (Carmelita). They all have these romantic feelings going on. Even if off-screen (most likely in the case of Talwyn x Ratchet 😓), there could be more than what we see in just cutscenes. Talwyn, she's the canon girlfriend of Ratchet. Same goes with Keira as she's Jak's. While there is a deep, fiery and passionate love complication that Carmelita has with Sly. Imagine someday in future games (plz Sony make more J&D and Sly games), Talwyn, Keira and Carmelita will be shown to be even more in love with the PlayStation Hero Trio. And that unbreakable love shall be explored more in video games and be seen in the light!
Beauty: Talwyn, Keira and Carmelita are indeed beautiful characters in their physical appearances. They've always been blessed with such natural, beautiful and slender bodies to kill for with lovely curves and well-endowed bosoms. However, their beauty is also of their inner strength. Beauty is not only about how you look, but also the way to represent beauty like your inner strength. I'm now wondering about a good headcanon being about TKC (Talwyn, Keira and Carmelita) all not knowing or even thought of themselves being beautiful both inside and outside.
Desire: TKC all desire to have something that will achieve. The strongest desire could be about being seen as a woman who can be as someone to rely on, to be seen as an equal, and be treated with the respect that she deserves as a person. But most of all, the one desire that Talwyn, Keira and Carmelita all wish for......is to be someone's or their worlds' hero.....
Victory: The 3 PS ladies would strive to achieve something even greater no matter how much they'd have to endure, and that is victory! Whatever will come to their ways, they will do their very best into proving that they are more than just love interests or even damsel-in-distresses! With the burning passion for victory, someday Talwyn, Keira and Carmelita will surprise not only other characters from the franchises they're from, but also surprise us gamers by proving that the 3 heroines can be strong, passionate and determined women with a mind of a warrior, and their wills filled with POWER! (I was thinking of Mirio Togata/Lemillion from My Hero Academia just now 😁)
Now, imagine the symbol especially when attempting to picture the logo in your minds.
And this will be a symbol for PSV3:
The Venus symbol's cross ♀ with a six-pointed star. ✴ (Yes, I know this is an eight-pointed star emoji like Venus' morning/evening star 😅) that has a heart ❤ in the center. Plus, this symbol would definitely be seen in the 3 colors that should mainly represent the 3 main heroines in their together PS crossover game. Talwyn-Yellow 💛♀✴. Keira-Pink 🩷♀✴. Carmelita-Light Blue 🩵♀✴.
And in addition, with a brand new change of voice actresses for PSV3! Dream voice cast aka 3 star voice leads being Amanda Lee (aka AmaLee) in English and Marina Inoue in Japanese for Talwyn, Erica Lindbeck in English and Rie Takahashi in Japanese for Keira, and Cristina Valenzuela (aka Cristina Vee) in English and Yoko Hikasa in Japanese for Carmelita.
Talwyn Apogee of Ratchet & Clank, Keira Hagai of Jak & Daxter, and Carmelita Fox of Sly Cooper........the upcoming 3 main heroines of PLAYSTATION VENUS 3!
So what are your thoughts on this title idea for an upcoming PlayStation-exclusive crossover game? I'd love to read your thoughts and opinions in either your comments or reblogs.
Thank you and have a good day!💛♀✴🚀🪐🔫🩷♀✴💥🛩🔧🩵♀✴🚔🦊🔗

Less than a millennium has passed and here is a small description of my main Protoss characters xd
☆
Не прошло и тысячелетия и вот небольшая характеристика моих основных персонажей протоссов
English
Senia - Khalai hails from Aiur. Her neural processes were damaged during the accident. Because of this, she had to leave her home planet and wander alone among the stars in space in search of herself and her path.
Siya - Comes from the family of judges on Aiur. She is the younger sister of Yais. She is not particularly "talkative", prefers to deal with documents and hold meetings. She believes that she is looking for her way to perfection (she just wants to be as outstanding a judge as her older sister).
Alesta - Comes from the Templar castle from Aiur and is a Zealot. An orphan who was accepted into the Templar caste as a child, mentor Rogond and she, along with her adopted "family", grew up and studied the skills of the Templars. Until Aiur was captured by the Zerg. She has lost everything that was dear to her and she has only herself and her faith in herself.
Agnest- Comes from the Templar caste from Aiur and is the highest Templar. She has a calm personality and although she is an experienced warrior, she is more attracted to botany at heart. There will definitely be a lot of plants in the room she lives in. Agnest misses all her friends, whom she lost because of the battles.
Shirin - ???
One day, the Mobius Foundation thought about what would happen if Protoss were crossed with other species (they also managed to cross Protoss and Zerg through cloning, although it was considered impossible). Shirin is a successful experiment, but she does not remember at all and does not know who she is. In the course of a combination of circumstances, she accidentally found herself on a safe planet, being lost to scientists, having gained freedom.
Kai - Khalai hails from Aiur. She is well versed in shipbuilding and engineering, but due to self-doubt, she usually stays away. Secretly dreams of becoming a pilot, because she is well versed in the systems of spaceships and not only ships, but because of indecision, dreams remain dreams until she decides to change something. He understands space maps, easily navigates constellations and is fond of astrology.
Viola - Comes from the Templar caste from Aiur and is a Zealot. In one word - "movement". She is rarely found bored with nothing to do, she will always find entertainment for herself, whether it is training or making fun of others.
Sati - is a dark Templar from the Lenassa tribe and hails from Shakuras. Behind the taciturn and slightly irritated appearance is a kind nature that just wants to protect the people dear to her. She lost her lover during the military campaign to protect Aiur and after that she is especially distrustful of people from Aiur.
Mia - is one of the most poorly thought-out characters so far. She is a tal'darim.
Yais - Comes from the family of judges on Aiur. She is Siya's older sister. Although she is literally a couple of minutes older than her sister, everyone still sees her only as Siya's older sister and the heiress of a family they are proud of, who has a great future and a successful career. Since childhood, You had to take responsibility for both herself and her sister (although she never admits this, how to actually take care of her well-being). During the war, Yais was stolen by the Mobius Foundation as an experimental way to create hybrids.

=The Far Future AU=
This is if I were to write Devil's Eye with a more sci-fi bent, leaning closer to influences from my favorite science fiction media as opposed to historical/period/pirate, and is intended for RP with futuristic muses and blogs.
The Legend of the Devil's Eye still applies as it would in the Main Story and the Modern AU, but taken further; in the far distant future, all of that is… well, just that. Legend. Pirate stories to tell your children as they are tucked in at night, and nothing more. What is not known, however, is that the Devil of the Sea not only still walks without his missing Eye, but the world has passed enough hands enough where searching for it has become fruitless… especially as sources of power in humanity's souls are starting to reach for the stars.
As such, the Devil has abandoned his search, opting to have… different sources of storing his power as it continues to grow. And these sources… well. The centuries haven't been kind to them or their humanity. The worst of mankind has taken a toll on what were once his last minions, but rather than allow them to go to waste, their essences are repurposed to be personal extensions of him… and how they are used is up to however he wants to at the time.
No matter the form the one once called "Master", he will always wear a necklace of seven pearls of seven different colors. In order for whatever power he has to be complete, he must keep all seven on his person at all times.
The Master, however, still requires to find the Devil's Eye--his original lost Eye--to be wholly defeated. But that would require returning to Earth and rediscovering the Legend that tells of how the Devil lost his Eye to begin with.
OOC, the focus muse of RP in the Far Distant AU is the Master, usually donning his Dr. Delmar Agdeppa disguise. However, this disguise is one of many, but with his power waxing and waning like the tides, and said power having to be divided up and store in seven different places instead of just two, he must be extra careful in how he uses that power. He will, then, continue to seek out souls, either to devour or enthrall.
As for La Demonia Roja and the Crew, that is up to the partner muse. One of the following sub-verses can used:
Variant A: The history of Earth has destroyed the humanity in the Seven so thoroughly, their bodies and souls can barely hold on any longer. However, rather than simply turn them into his Locker, the Master just repurposed them with what is left of their souls as they are wholly reduced to their Sins. Destroying a specific pearl on the necklace will release that soul into the Devil's Locker all while chipping away a bit of the Master's power. This is automatically this Verse's Doomned Ending, as the Sins are reduced to their vices and have lost their humanities altogether.
Variant B: Well, duh, humans can't handle the vaccuum of space, so the Master just kind of…. hid his thralls in pearls. Taking a pearl and breaking it will release that Sin, though it'll take a while for them to regain their bearings. They'll still be soulbound to the Master, however. Finding a way to free them will require the standard Voyage of the Devil's Eye storyline, just with whatever tech is available in this verse.
As for what kind of sci-fi I'm riding on, it's mostly the soft kind. It's also left underdeveloped so I can adjust to the Verse of the partner muse. Hence, I can easily fit it into Alien, Metroid, F-Zero, Treasure Planet, DOOM, Starcraft, any science fiction verse where an Earth may have existed once upon a time. Just don't ask how 'souls' are defined by that verse, lmao. That's too much a headache.
#[Far Future AU]#[The Master]#oh god idk if that is the most anime art I've ever done or comic supervillain#Agdeppa is way too fun to draw to just be a throw away disguise fffffffffffffffffffffff

|| Silent Sentinel (HSR Emanator Verse) ||
Records dating back to Year 1000 SC detailed discovery of the Echidna Skywall; celestial-sized Subspace Crystalline Barriers formed into existence to separate the world from the endless void. It is suggested that the Amber Lord, Qlipoth, Lord of the Preservation: Firmament Arbiter, sought to isolate contact between planets in order to separate and protect all worlds.
Yet, the main faction (IPC) following this Aeon facilitates trade, emigration and contact between the stars with their fleet. Among the IPC was a brilliant inventor who chose to devote their entire life to following the will of Qlipoth. They understood that while the Amber Lord kept humanity and others safe from others, they are no less immune to the ravages of time and death. How then can they do their part to ensure that the Almighty Skywall continues to endure in the name of their Aeon even after their death?
The solution is simple: A creation resistant to erosion and capable of self-repairs.
Thus, Mirai is 'born'. To protect the future by preserving as well as protecting the values of the past and present: that was her sole operative.
And it is this same operative that she continues to carry out in her duties as the ever loyal sentinel of the Arcis Space Station. There is much about her that is unknown: How she came to be a priestess at the Citadel, where/how many of her replicas are stationed, what exactly is she, what secrets does her memory banks hold etc. She is a being of very few words after all.
There are however things that are known: Mirai is here to protect her fellow priests and priestesses at the Citadel from harm (be it from external forces or each other), keep the peace and ensure they step forward into a future of co-existence/harmony.

H:SR CIEL MASTERPOST
a honkai star rail verse for black butler/kuroshitsuji canon character, ciel phantomhive.
Combat Type: Physical or Fire/Imaginary
Path: Erudition or Destruction
bio:
after losing his father to the war that raged between the family and the watchmaker, ciel has claimed his predecessor's role of sapphire among the intergalactic peace operation's ten stonehearts as well as their spot within the bloodhound family.
not many are aware of ciel's origin nor are the other stonehearts aware of his young age. ciel lives in penacony where he is seen as nothing but a villain who will do whatever it takes to get what he wants and they aren't exactly wrong.
harbouring deep hatred to the watchmaker who took everything away from him, ciel bullies and torments misha yet at the same time can't bring himself to truly hate misha himself and doesn't let anyone else hurt the other boy.
ciel struck a deal with a humanoid memory meme he calls "sebastian" at the mere age of ten years old that as long as the boy lived, sebastian would serve him and do his every bidding.
headcanons:
being the pure and innocent soul that misha is, I like to imagine he truly sees ciel as his friend. their relationship arc would likely be frenemies to actual friends or perhaps kinda frenemies but in the sense that they only act like enemies when in reality they are the bestest of friends ( think the actors of harry potter and draco malfoy when they were young and acting together in the films )
ciel is a counterpart to either hanu or boss stone. nobody in penacony is certain which one though.
I made up my own potential powers for the sapphire stoneheart I will use in this verse that includes potential future vision similar like to sapphire from steven universe. I could also see the stone containing the souls of ciel's ancestors ( bc of how in source, ciel once mentioned being able to hear screams when he closes his eyes and the way the family heirloom aka ciel's sapphire ring had been handed down from generation to generation until it reached him. )
idk the situation with double ciel in this verse yet. r!ciel may be dead or on an entirely different planet.
sebastian and ciel's relationship is still the same as in canon source ( servant and master, sebastian being ciel's main caretaker, etc. none of the gross sebaciel stuff that is only rumored to be true. ) I simply couldn't take sebastian away from him even if ciel hates the man's guts.
ciel likely is part of the entertainment department of the ipc but specializes in making games and toys for children his own age. some of these even make their way to penacony.
ciel makes for a very efficient dreamweaver and detective
sebastian works as a butler for the family

** These are just the verses I have either used or would like to use in the future. I'm always happy to discuss other potential verses as well as AU's **
Main Verse - untagged
What it says on the tin, where most interactions will likely take place. The multiverse and space bridge travel allow for all Transformers based muses to be here. Also any muse based on a relatively “modern” Earth; universal streams can cross randomly.
The Combaticons hail from universal stream Uniend 812.11 Zeta
Another World - v; universal stream [unknown]
Mostly intended for other sci-fi muses, especially those based on other planets/galaxies/what have you. Can also be for far future Earth.
Backstory for the Combaticons is the same up to the Exodus of Cybertron. They still get separated from the Decepticons and Autobots, ending up back on Cybertron. By the time they get a ship, the space bridge is still open. Unfortunately, its instability leads them to being spit out far, far away from both their comrades and enemies. Their first priority is to secure a source of energon (or some other energy/fuel). Their second is to figure out just where in the universe they ended up so they can plot a course to where they should be.
The Combaticons are still proud Decepticons in this verse.
Historic - v; hearts of steel
Who knows if this will ever be used, but hey, just in case. Intended for muses from historical Earth settings.
Backstory for the Combaticons is the same up to getting to Earth. This verse is literally just having the Combaticons (and the other transformers) arrive and be active on Earth before modern times.
The Combaticons are still proud Decepticons in this verse.

VERSES UPDATE: 1/?
POST-TCW : Path of the Wayseeker.
what is it?
a good ending where Palpatine is outted as a Sith
The Wayseekers were a discontinued sector of the Jedi Order from the time of the High Republic through the end of the Clone Wars. Obi-Wan had grown interested in them during his padawan years, but it wasn't until Chancellor Palpatine was exposed as a Sith and the Separatists mostly disbanded that his curiosity became action. Being member of the Jedi Council had left him arrogant and willing, and that arrogance had cost years of suffering for the Clone Troopers, civilians, and fellow Jedi under his care. There was no future in which he could continue hold his seat in power, so he quit the Council, telling them he would remain faithful to the Force, but could no longer serve an agenda. He didn't like who the war had made him and he had to make up for it with or without the council's approval. It wasn't a statement they took to well, but whether is be nepotism or his many sacrifices throughout the years, no one argued with his decision. Along with his new padawan, @valorums, Obi-Wan left for the edges of the galaxy, helping outer-rim planets who struggled to get resources and political aide. A few months into their work, they traveled to the planet of Lothal and it was there—for the first time in years—that he felt an insistence from the Force. In fact, it was less of a suggestion and more of an urgent demand that the duo visit the Jedi Temple buried deep within the mountains of the desert. It was not a difficult journey and once inside, they discovered a trove of Jedi Wayseeker documentation that had been sealed away at the time of their disbandment. They told stories of Jedi who had done unsung deeds of overthrowing dictators, putting an end to flesh traders, helping war-torn villages rebuild their homes, and bringing attention to the struggles that were so often overlooked by the Jedi Order. They looked into all the suspicions civilians brought to them, from government conspiracies to corruption within the Order itself. They did not act as the voice of the common people, they were merely an amplifier to what was already there and they were relentless in their work. They operated outside of the watchful eye of the Council, of the senate, and they had the freedom to help where they saw fit. They didn't need approval before acting, and they needn't stay neutral in battles where there was so obviously a wrong side. It all had the potential to go horribly wrong (and Obi-Wan understood why the Order had feared them), but he knew the Force was telling him that he needed to revive the Wayseekers, that they would bring back a balance the universe had been missing. (And with how spectacularly the old system failed them, a little experimentation couldn't hurt, right?) The new Wayseekers would be Jedi, yet not Jedi all the same, not Grey, nor Sith. They would be the accumulation of the will of the people and of the Force. After establishing a team, Obi-Wan hopes to form a circle of trust with community leaders (not politicians) from different planets to help guide them.
tldr: Obi-Wan gives up his council seat and reestablishes the Jedi Wayseekers who are basically elite Jedi that act without the council's strict oversight and can get involved in plenty of nonjedi-like things
when will i be using it?
a lot
it will be my secondary verse after my main which is mid-tcw
more notes:
With the Separatist party splintered, there are a bunch of new people competing to fill the power vacuum
Obi-Wan is walking on real thin fucking ice with this stunt
Jedi Wayseekers are not Jedi Shadows, they have much more freedom of movement and are not restricted to the neutral opinion that Jedi are supposed to have
think of it like vigilante justice kinda
it's Controversial because the only people who can really keep them in check are each other
obi-wan's plan is to make a team of self-deprecating people with no sense of self worth
they yeah :// they can kill people :/?

You Always Admire What You Really Don’t Understand
Rating: T
Fandom(s): Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Fate/Grand Order
A galaxy divided by war! Formerly peaceful planets must choose a side or risk invasion as the Republic and the Separatist armies vie for the allegiance of the Neutral Planets.
Desperate to build a Republic Supply Base in the resource-rich, nearly abandoned System of Earth, Jedi Master Yoda travels to negotiate with the few who remain— the Survivors of Chaldea.
AO3 | Index | Next >
Chapter 1 / 2
I'm really just clearing out my drafts at this point lol
Self-indulgent crossover, sue me. I just think that if Chaldea was involved in Star Wars, the war would've ended quickly.
They had wisely chosen to meet somewhere far from their main base of operation, taking the Shadow Boarder and traveling to what had once been Japan ages ago.
It was interesting to see what years of abandonment did to a nation. What it did to the world, really. It was beautiful, in a haunting way, to see everything so desolated and overgrown, but at the same time, it left a bitter taste in her mouth. In all of their mouths.
The taste of defeat, the taste of grief.
They had stopped Goetia and destroyed the Timeless temple. They had fixed the remaining singularities and yet— It hadn’t mattered in the end.
Sure, Romani, who had been the real Solomon, had been severely weakened but he had lived. And, sure, Mashu had died, only to be revived into a normal human… They had thought that it had been smooth sailing after that.
Only, the Alien God descended and the Lostbelts formed and the fighting began all over again. And Chaldea fought through all of them, time and time again.
Da Vinci died, Romani woke, and lives upon lives were pruned all for the sake of humanity.
And yet, it didn’t matter.
When the planet was restored, when Human Order was set back into place… the planet was empty. As if humanity had simply been plucked from it and Chaldea was all that remained.
But time marched on.
Humanity as they knew it was gone. Goredolf, the remaining Chaldea Staff, Sion, Mashu, Gudako, and Romani were all that remained of humans.
Most of the Servants stuck around still. Some shared the same bitter sentiment of “what mattered now” but remained loyal because where else would they even go?
It was better to stick around than vanish forever— though some chose to vanish back to the Root either way, with a promise to return when called.
Singularities still popped up, not often, but enough to keep things interesting and for new faces to join the ranks— Hell, they managed to summon Da Vinci and Musashi back by some grand miracle.
But was it even worth it? To an outsider, maybe not.
Humanity had been wiped from the planet, after all, and no amount of Grails could restore it. But they still continued on, what else could they do?
Even if this world’s humanity was gone, they still had their mission— protect and preserve. This had expanded from the planet to the planet’s history and future. But that decision had been made ages ago when the Lostbelts had ended, and now they were here.
Another unintended side effect had been all of their bodies, more than they already were by being Magus-Blooded humans. Spending time in a break in time-space had altered their aging, even Mashu who was supposed to be a normal human after Fou’s sacrifice.
The number of years that passed had since escaped Gudako though she knew that Romani kept track of it. She didn’t look any older than when the Lostbelts were first enacted, though her hair was longer.
The orange strands shifted in the breeze as she stood a little ways away from the Shadow Border. Rider Da Vinci (Who had begun to call herself Leona to differentiate ) was standing near the vehicle while Hector and Saito stood nearby.
Hector was well-versed in politics, and Saito knew his way around that field for the most part. Both were ready to aid in negotiations, and Geronimo was there as well, for that same reason. Saito was also there as the visible bodyguard, though, of course, all of them would spring to attack at the slightest sign of harm to Gudako.
Robin Hood was hiding somewhere, she knew, ready to strike if things went south— the likelihood of him also planting traps to cut through any forces was also very possible.
Li Shuwen was standing nearby for a similar reason but made no attempts to hide using his Sphere Boundary. Instead, he simply stood a bit to the side talking quietly with Hector and Saito while Geronimo watched the skies quietly.
Waiting on standby via communications were Goredolf, Da Vinci, Romani, and Mashu, along with anyone else in the communications and observation room in Chaldea. Sherlock, El Melloi II, and Chiron were in there, Gudako knew, as were Tesla and possibly Moriarty if he wasn’t trying to avoid Sherlock.
And yet…
It was quiet, almost too quiet.
Since Humanity was all but destroyed on Earth, Gudako had gotten used to the noise of wildlife and nature, the way animals had reclaimed civilization and the flora of the world overtook everything.
Chaldea had gone out of their way to dismantle anything that was harmful if left unattended on earth first— Nuclear Power Plants, especially.
It had been hard but necessary. None of them really fancied radiation poisoning, especially the humans and those more susceptible to poisoning.
But now the land around them was silent. The only noise was a song from the birds and the wildlife far in distance.
Gudako’s com beeped, making the others look over as she answered.
The face of a rather gorgeous woman appeared and Gudako smiled slightly at the familiar figure.
“Hey Da Vinci,” she greeted, “No sign of the Republic yet, makes me wonder if something happened to them.”
She wouldn’t lie and say that having Leona around was the same as having their original Da Vinci with them. It was reassuring to have the little Rider, of course, but it had been different. Leona, of course, didn’t ever hold it against them for being unsure of how to act around her.
Nonetheless, Leonardo Da Vinci hummed on the other end of the line, hand going up to cradle her chin.
“I was just about to ask about that,” The Caster and now Co-Head of Technology with her other self sighed. “The planetary scans showed a disturbance, a ship coming down, but then nothing.”
Da Vinci paused for a moment before she shrugged. “Ah, well, it’s not like we need the Jedi to defend ourselves, though it would be nice to have the republic owe us.”
Gudako nodded in agreement before Hector spoke up, flicking ash from his cigarette.
“But it’s not like the Jedi to be late,” the Grecian man said. “From what the stories say, they’re a rather punctual bunch. Not like I can say much about that, though. I haven’t gone out of my way to meet any of them in the past years.”
Saito hummed in agreement as he gazed up at the sky.
“No, you’re right,” he said, brushing his thumb against one of his swords’ hilts. “Many Jedi are punctual, almost to a fault, haha. Vice-Commander’s not that fond of them, but the few interactions that I’ve had with them before this War solidified that.”
Despite his light tone, Gudako knew that Saito was serious as he spoke. So she simply nodded in agreement with him. It wasn’t as if she disagreed with his words, after all.
She, Da Vinci, and the others had infinite time after all, or at least the equivalent.
While the first few years had been spent readjusting and making sure the planet itself didn’t self-destruct by way of unmanaged power sources, the past ages had been different after that.
Space Travel had been all but easy to figure out.
With a few more months, and all the information from NASA and other nations, combined with what was gotten from Clocktower and Sion gladly gave up materials from Wandering Sea as she and Nemo helped, not to mention the Storm Border and Shadow Boarder were good base models to work with...
Well, easy to say that Exploring the rest of the Galaxy had been easy enough. Not all of it, though. That would be difficult to do even if they had infinite time— they still had to gather resources for themselves and prune small bits of human history that refused to let go. But enough of it had been explored to make a name for themselves in the rest of the Expanded Galaxy.
The Chaldeans, the Stargazers. Heroes who are on the side of good, even if some of them weren’t necessarily so. All the while, Chaldea had made sure not to cross paths with the Jedi if they could help it. There was nothing bad about them, per se, but, well... the Jedi had their ways and Chaldean had theirs. That said, the few times that the small teams of Servants sent out to complete a mission that wasn’t a singularity (and now SHEBA was picking up on Galaxy-Wide singularities) the Jedi had been rather decent to work with.
That had been part of the reason why Gudako had agreed to meet with the Jedi and thus Republic representative now. There was no doubt that the War within the Galaxy was bad— war itself was bad, no matter how many of Chaldea’s members liked the thrill of war.
Alone, Chaldea could do a lot but there were still restrictions and laws of the Galaxy to consider. The Republic ruled a majority of the Galaxy, save for a few places here and there that were considered either uninhabitable or neutral grounds, along with the Separatist Space.
Earth, or Terra, had been considered both a long time ago, but when they first heard of the War, they had struck out hard and fast toward any enemies harming planets that weren't part of the Republic or the Separatist States. Doing so had caused Chaldea to be known in the Galaxy as both a force of Good and as the only remaining inhabitants of Earth and rumors spread far and wide across the Galaxy.
Now things were changing.
With another sigh, Gudako closed her eyes.
“We’ll wait a bit longer, but I really don’t want to be waiting all night,” she told Da Vinci, who nodded in agreement before leaning out of frame.
A few voices could be heard on the other end— Roman, for one, was talking, as was Goredolf— before Sherlock leaned into the frame over Da Vinci.
“Whatever it is you decide we’ll support you from this end,” the Detective said, “We’ll keep a look out from this end.”
Gudako nodded before the video feed cut out.
In truth, she was unsure about serving any sort of Galactic-Wide Republic. And this wasn’t something that only she felt.
The thing was, Chaldea had operated as its own entity for so long, it would be a challenge if they joined outright.
Sherlock, Roman, and El Melloi II had run the scenarios and numbers with both Da Vincis and Sion. There was too much difference in both power and how Chaldea operated and how the Republic operated for Chaldea to serve under anyone but its own power now.
Sherlock had theorized that if they could somehow figure out a way to still keep their Autonomy while supporting the Republic’s endeavors against the Separatists it would work. So now that was what they were aiming for, and that would be their best bet in the long run.
Gudako knew better than anyone that Chaldea and Earth didn’t need support from the Republic.
Hell, with the right coordinates, they didn’t even need a ship with both the Shadow and Storm Boarders— though they certainly had several ships. Noble Phantasms had been altered and adjusted to be Space-worthy, and certain Servants didn’t even need that, they could just survive in the vastness of space on their own. The Servant-Universe Servants were more than excited about these new space adventures and Gudako had never seen Voyager more excited.
Materials-wise, it would be interesting to open up trade with the Republic, but only a select number because of the lack of manpower— and they weren’t about to open a goddamn factory in order to do that.
In the long run, there probably wouldn’t be much of a reason to make an Alliance with the Republic, outside of just being part of the side of Good.
These were all things that Gudako had to think about during this meeting, though if it would ever come to that she was unsure. There had yet to be a hide or hair of the Jedi Representative.
A twitch from all the Servants around her pulled Gudako from her thoughts, and she shifted, signaling to Li to hide his presence and for Robin- wherever he was- to remain ready.
The planet had gone deathly still. The silence before could be chalked up to an odd coincidence. There were locations that followed certain laylines and locations where animals instinctually sensed that something was off. But this was different.
This was silence because of a presence that the wildlife wasn’t used to had suddenly arrived.
Without needing any other prompting, Li Shuwen vanished without a word. And only a second later, the snap of a branch had them all turning around.
From the forest came a woman, tall and slender, with skin as pale as the moon and lips stained a deep, dark red.
It didn’t take a genius to realize that this was not the Jedi representative. Not with the Battle Droids behind her.
“Greetings, Representative of Chaldea,” she greeted.
Almost instantly, Saito’s swords were drawn, as was Geronimo’s knife before the two of them and Hector shifted into battle stances. Leona had moved right next to Gudako in the instant it had taken Hector to ready his spear.
“Who are you?” Gudako asked. There was no real point in asking, though. Gudako knew who this woman was. Asjj Ventress, the Dark Acolyte to Count Dooku. It wasn’t as if Chaldea was as out of the loop as many assumed they were while on the edges of the Galaxy.
It was just polite to introduce yourself when you intruded on a conversation.
The woman just bowed.
“I am only a messenger,” she rasped, “My master wishes to speak with you.”
With a flick of her fingers, a holodisk flew into her hands and flickered on. Geronimo’s frown deepened at the holographic visage of the Count.
“Master of Chaldea, forgive me for my intrusion.”
Gudako snorted before she raised a hand and the Servants fell back behind and next to her, visibly relaxed but no less ready to fight if need be— even if Saito’s and Geronimo’s blades returned to their sheathes and Hector rested Durindana on his shoulder. Li Shuwen made himself known as well, the Assassin-like Lancer dropping down next to Hector and startling the droids slightly as he did.
“You have more decorum and are at least a bit more well-informed than your messenger, Count,” Gudako said, her tone taking on an icy quality. Thank god for the lessons on acting and politics with the other Servants. “Though I see no need for forgiveness to be given, seeing how you admit to being here unwanted.”
Dooku stiffened slightly but bowed nonetheless before recollecting himself.
“I am aware Master Yoda hopes you will allow the Jedi to build a Republic base in your territory in exchange for… protection, correct?” He asked and she heard Robin Hood snort across their Servant-Master bond. The statement seemed to be reflected in the tinges of exasperation and disbelief from the others across their bonds.
“Your spies serve you well, Count,” Geronimo answered from beside her, though his tone was just as frigid as Gudako’s own.
“I ask,” the Count continued as if Geronimo hadn't spoken at all. “How can the Jedi protect you if they cannot protect themselves?“
Next to her, Saito let out a hum of laughter at that, Hector’s lips twitched upwards, and Li Shuwen didn’t bother trying to hide the vicious sneer at the words.
Gudako didn’t blame them, and she couldn’t help but smirk as well.
Protection? As if Chaldea needed it.
“I suppose you and your droid armies can do better?” Gudako asked lazily instead.
Already, the Chaldeans had fought off droids that had wandered too close to home. They weren’t much, not for immortal heroes of the Throne.
The Count smirked, however, unable or perhaps unwilling to take note of the sarcasm in her tone.
“Without a doubt. I sense you are a people who respect strength, People of Chaldea. Our droid armies outnumber the Republic clones a hundred to one.”
Gudako raised a brow at that.
There was some sort of plot he was attempting to lay. That much was easy enough to see, and judging by the slight shift and side glance that Leona had given her, the others felt the same way.
“And our sources say that a single Jedi equal nearly a hundred battle droids,” the Rider stated, tilting her head with her eyes narrowed. Gudako nodded in agreement to the younger Da Vinci’s words. That was the rumor for sure, though how true that was had yet to be seen.
But a Servant could outpace, out-fight, and outlast any droid and Jedi. With a majority being able to do so without breaking a sweat.
“Master Yoda’s powers have been greatly exaggerated,” Dooku drawled. And again, there might have been truth in his words, Gudako knew that, however...
“That remains to be seen, Count,” She said plainly and the Count inclined his head at that.
“Indeed. But when you decide to join us, my apprentice will contact me.”
With that, the leader of the Separatists ended the call. This time, however, Gudako couldn’t keep the scowl off her face.
What the Count had to say certainly intrigued her.
Again, there was the possibility of exaggeration on the part of the Jedi. There was definitely that to consider, but Chaldea was not so weak to need Republic protection. This arrangement was only a meeting, if the Republic agreed to Chaldea’s terms, then they would have someone representing them in the senate— likely Roman himself would go with a few Servants disguised as aides. Ryouma and Oryou, Jeanne d’Arc, and so forth.
But she despised the assumption that even if they didn't take up the Jedi and the Republic's offer that they would join the Separatists. Ha. As if.
“Master,” Robin said from her side suddenly.
Like a ghost, the Hunter of the Woods appeared as he pushed his hood back and Gudako turned, seeing him point upwards. She followed his line of sight slowly. In the skies above, Republic Envoy fled the planet's skyspace.
Huh.
Gudako couldn't help but frown at that, watching as the ship vanished into Hyperspace.
Ventress took that as an opportunity to speak. “Master Yoda’s warship has fled the system. What further evidence do you require of the Jedi’s weakness?”
“Caster just confirmed,” Leona spoke up, referring to her other self as she looked up from her own communicator. “The ship has left.”
Ventress made a slight gesture, as if smug and in a way that said ‘see?’. Gudako just huffed softly, though before she could answer, a buzz from her own wrist alerted her of an incoming transmission.
She lifted it, hitting the answer button before hitting another button for Chaldea’s Command Room as well.
Both holographic images of Romani Archaman and a sole Clone Trooper popped up side by side.
Despite still being in the skin of Solomon, he had chosen to re-adapt to his previous hairstyle and attire. But it was still Roman, nonetheless, and even after all these years, Gudako felt her nerves and attitude soothe at the appearance of the Doctor. He looked a bit caught off guard at being called, but turned to look at the transmission directly.
“This is Master Fujimaru of Chaldea and Co-Director and head of Medical Facilities Romani Archaman, speak,” Gudako said, tone clipped and eyes narrowed. The clone seemed to glance to his side at Roman, who just nodded in greeting.
“Master Yoda would like to speak with you, sir,” The Clone said, turning back to Gudako.
The Chaldeans kept their expressions neutral, though Ventress seemed to seethe at the news. Slowly, she nodded.
“Very well,” She agreed, waving a hand to indicate the go-ahead.
With a nod, the Clone blipped out only to be replaced with the small figure of Master Yoda
“A pleasure it is to hear your voice, Master of Chaldea. Master Yoda of the Jedi Council this is.” Jedi bowed in greeting as he spoke.
“Master Jedi,” Gudako greeted calmly. “I thought perhaps Count Dooku had scared you off.”
“Delayed, have I been,” Yoda admitted before shaking his head, “But not too far away, am I now. Unaware, I was, Count Dooku was invited to our meeting.”
“Oh, the Count invited himself,” Li Shuwen answered, leaning over Gudako's shoulder so that the Jedi could see him. The Lancer's lips twisted into a sadistic sort of grin as he glanced at the Dark Acolyte, “He assured us that, in this time of war, his droids can offer Chaldea greater security than your Jedi.”
Sarcasm laced the Lancer’s tone, and Saito’s lazy sort of smile had pulled into something more like a sneer as well. Still, The Jedi Master considered Li Shuwen’s words. “A matter of debate that is.”
“Master, if I may?” Geronimo spoke up, having been conversing quietly with Robin and Hector behind them. Gudako nodded, turning so that both Roman and Yoda could see him as well.
“Go ahead, Caster,” she said and he bowed slightly in thanks.
“Thank you, Master," He said before he turned to the transmission feed. "As others have once said, ‘Words are meaningless without action’. Both Lancer, Archer, and I are in agreement, and propose a competition of sorts.”
Ventress raised a brow in interest at that and Roman leaned back in his chair with his arms crossed and head tilted as he listened.
“If Master Yoda is truly what he claims to be, let him prove it. Allow Ventress to dispatch her best troops to capture him alive,” Geronimo continued. “If he escapes, we will speak about the matters surrounding an alliance with the Republic. Should Ventress’ forces capture him or kill—”
“You join the Separatist Alliance,” Ventress interrupted and finished for him. The crack of Li Shuwen’s knuckles, the rattling of Saito’s swords, and the soft click of Robin loading his crossbow were enough to tell anyone nearby what the others felt about her interrupting one of their own. Still, Gudako let out a soft hum.
There was a lot at stake here.
Chaldea had no plans of joining the Separatists. They had no need for ‘protection’ from either side as well. The meeting with the Republic wasn’t about ‘protection’ at all, she wasn’t sure how that had gotten twisted, but nonetheless.
She glanced at Romani, who just nodded before he spoke up.
“We will discuss an alliance with the Separatists, and please, emphasis on alive. Should either Jedi or Clones be killed in this competition Chaldea will see this as a declaration of War and retaliate,” the Doctor and Co-Director of Chaldea corrected before turning to look at Yoda, “Well, Master Yoda? Do you accept this challenge against your credibility?”
“I do, Director,” The Jedi agreed before he turned to the Nightsister. “Arrive by nightfall, I will.”
Satisfied, Romani cut the feed from Chaldea’s end first before Gudako did the same on hers and ended the call. She glanced at Ventress after that, expression passive as she addressed the Darksider.
“I trust you will stand by your word,” She stated. “But know this, I’m not so easily swayed. Your actions will reflect your master. We wouldn’t want to paint him in a poor light, now do we?”
Ventress simply bowed, though her jaw was clenched. Gudako had to smirk at that before she snapped her fingers.
“Archer, Caster, Lancer. I trust that you can keep an eye on things. Don’t let them wreck things unnecessarily,” She ordered and the three Servants nodded, Li Shuwen bowing with a grin, before he and Robin off into the wilds— the two all but vanishing the moment they moved. Geronimo gave Gudako one last look before he followed them.
“Not letting us join in on the fun, Master?” Saito spoke up, tilting his head. Gudako snorted at that.
“Last time you were sent to keep an eye on things in Yamataikoku, Izo managed to jump you,” she pointed out, making him grimace slightly.
“Ah, so mean, Master-chan~ My pride is wounded still,” he admitted before sighing and looking out towards the wilderness. “Still, I wonder what kind of show Yoda will put on.”
Gudako let out a snort as Hector shook his head. It was all theatrics, of course. Saito’s dissatisfaction was a farce, and Gudako’s words— while true— were nothing more than a way to hide the truth behind Saito.
And keep Ventress’ guard down. If she didn't suspect him, then her first strike— if she decided to attack— would be with the expectation of an easy fight.
But nonetheless, Saito’s words were true despite his dissatisfaction being false.
Chaldea all knew the stories of Yoda, though this had been the first time they had seen him. In truth, if Gudako was going to be honest, and a bit picky, she would’ve preferred if the Jedi had sent Plo Koon or Tyvokka for this and not their Grandmaster— granted, this was only the case if the two were even still alive.
It had been many years since Chaldea had encountered the two of them in passing.
Yoda’s power had been rumored and talked about across the Galaxy. Chaldea hadn’t encountered him before, so all they knew were those rumors.
But now they would have the chance to see it in person— or as in-person as they could get with Gudako watching through the eyes of the three Servants she sent on ahead.
And if Yoda proved to not be all that his legends made him out to be… well, should Ventress try anything when Chaldea refused to join Dooku, she wouldn’t be making it off the planet alive.
I wrote this before Lostbelt 6.5 on across to ORT and Order Call— so none of that really has a presence here. Also, obviously, AU is AU because, well, Romani is here. Not sure how, but he is and he looks like Solomon half the time if he forgets to polymorph (is that the term?) into his "Romani" self. Caster Da Vinci is also back. Romani shares the position of Director with Goredolf and Da Vinci as the two of them have more experience running Chaldea than Goredolf but he proved to them that, while more cautious and a bit prickly, Goredolf makes a good director. Besides, Roman and Da Vinci run the medical staff and technology divisions respectively as well.
Also Leonardo / Da Vinci is the Caster, Leona or any variant of Mini Da Vinci is Rider. Split them up, because they're technically different entities in my mind.
The LB 6.5-ORT/OC Servants are still here I guess, but I really don't know all that much about them so any later installments to this as a series is unlikely. Maybe Tez. I think he's funny. I know Kadoc lived unlike the rest of the Crypters and he's in chapter 7, but I don't remember when he joined with Chaldea. I'm assuming during or after 6 since I don't remember seeing him at all in 5.
The Humans that remain are all but pseudo-immortals in that non-aging sort of vibe just due to that whole messing with the space-time-dimension thing. Just go with it lmao
I'll be honest, the Title was already decided before I chose to just make this a two-shot and part of a series of interconnecting oneshots rather than a full-length fic. And I got too lazy to change it.
Like in Threads of Daydreams, Li Shuwen is Li Shuwen, both Lancer and Assasin as one being. I actually had AssaLi here first but figured LaLi is more likely to find sneaking about and getting into fights with droids more fun.

This is Hiba’s sister Minerva:
Name: Minerva “Minnie” Ailyn Bridger-Wren
Gender: Female
Pronouns: She/Her
Year of Birth: 15 ABY
Place of Birth: Mandalore
Parents: Ezra Bridger (Father) and Sabine Wren (Mother)
Siblings: Hiba (Sister), Kanan (Brother), Eleni (Sister)
House: Kryze
Clan: Wren (Formally of House Viszla but switch affiliation with House Kryze by Countess Sabine Wren, Minerva’s mother, in 10 ABY.)
Titles: Princess of Knownwrest, Countess of Lothal, Senator of Mandalore, and Mayor of Sundari (During the Age of Resistance)
Appearance:
•5’3
•Light brown Skin (Middle Eastern X East Asian)
•Athletic
•Diamond-shaped face
•Has long natural black hair
•Brown eyes
Notable Skills:
•Combat: Unlike her sickly older sister, and like most members of her family clan, Minerva is well rounded in various combat skills. This includes hand-to-hand combat skills, martial arts, handling various types of Westar blasters, and being able to wield a light saber without issue
•Ship Building: Minerva is highly skilled in the construction and reconstruction of various ships that are used for transportation purposes. She first conceives blueprints of different ship designs that each have their own purpose. She has designed and built ships for her people on Mandalore, for the New Republic, for the Resistance, and currently for Rey’s newly established Jedi Order.
•Ship Engineering: Because Minerva builds different types of ships that each have their own purpose, she develops each and every one of them their own engineering needs that aims to not only allow them to travel for long periods of time, but also, design them to where they’re less likely to sustain major damage from collision or conflict with battle fleets and type-fighters in space. Reducing the mortality rate of all on board. She’s also developed software in her ships that allows pilots and their crew to immediately call for help from any neighboring planet to come to their aid when in distress, which again, saves lives and prevents tragedies.
•Athleticism: Due to constant training by both her parents and by Prince-Consort Din Djarin-Kryze, Minerva is very athletic.
•Computer Hacking: Minerva has a reputation for being to hack into both Imperial and First Order computer systems in order to obtain information about their future assaults, which then, can allow her to warn targeted planets ahead of time and prepare them to stand up against the invaders.
•Intelligence: Genius-level intelligence, excelled well at both the newly reestablished Royal Academy as a youth and in training with her clan. Considered prodigal.
•Diplomacy: Due to her skills in ship building, ship engineering, and in computer hacking, Minerva has earned herself the title of “Countess of Lothal”, where she conducts most of her work but has served as both a senator to Mandalore and as the mayor of the newly rebuilt Mandalorian capital of Sundari during the Age of Resistance.
Force Sensitive: No
Additional Information:
•She’s the second of four children born to Sabine and Ezra Bridger-Wren.
•Has been considered an engineering prodigy since she accidentally fixed Hera Syndulla’s ship “The Ghost” by defrosting its frozen engine with her mother’s flamethrower during a blizzard on Madurs. She was three years old at the time.
•She was born six months after her parents married on Lothal.
•Has a very tight-knit relationship with both her family clan and other members of the Ghost Crew.
•Although she lives on Knownwrest with her family, her main base is on Lothal.
Strengths:
•Has demonstrated willpower and determination by never going down without a fight.
•If her mind is set to it, she can get anything done.
•Her skills and knowledge with computer systems and how to hack them are dangerously adept.
•She’s constantly able to think things through and stay focused when in battle and during her builds.
•Has a strong void of fear.
Weaknesses:
•Despite being both a Senator and later a mayor, Minerva is not the best politician and has been known to sabotage the political careers of senators and other problematic political figures by hacking into their personal computing systems, exposing holo-messages that she deems “disturbing” and “scandalous”. Much to the dismay of everyone in the Senate.
•Can be very cocky at times.
•Is known to get reckless, which can result in freak accidents.
•She’s known to be very impulsive.
Armor:
•Helmet: A Wren-styled Nite-Owl helmet that was reforged from a helmet that once belonged to her late maternal Uncle Tristan Wren. She had decorated to look similar to what her mother’s helmet looked like she was still a member of the Rebellion with the “Wren feathers” crowned with two different color shades.
•Chest and Neck Pieces: Similar to her mother’s but features a decal that’s almost identical to one her maternal grandmother once had on her own armor during the Siege of Mandalore.
•Pauldrons: Similar to her mother’s but with a Starbird signet that serves as an ode to her mother and a wolf signet to represent the Jedi routes of her father.
•Gauntlets: Similar to her maternal grandmother’s in both style and how they function in combat.
•Hand armor: Similar to her mother’s.
•Knee Armor: Similar to Ahsoka Tano’s from when she served the Nite Owls during the Siege of Mandalore.

HC: FFXIV Verse
So this post mainly pertains to the hit MMO Final Fantasy XIV and where Alkebu-lan is placed in it. Be warned though, there will be Main Scenario Quest spoilers mentioned in there, at least up to Endwalker. I highly recommend you play and experience the wonderful story yourself. However if you do not have the time or resources for such things, or aren't interested in that you may proceed. Just know you have been warned.
----
In the Unsundered world when mankind had the power of gods and could bring life to a myriad of things by merely a thought a child named Ananke, who would in the future claim the seat of Azem created and drafted up her first concept. This was a stone monkey, who would know transformations, recognize the seasons, discern the advantages of the earth and would be able to alter the course of planets and stars.
Seeing this two of her childhood friends Hades and Hythlodaeus came in and unable to resist causing a little mischief, Ananke challenged them to make their own primates. In turn, Hades made a concept of the Six-eared Macaque, whilst Hythlodaeus the Long Armed gibbon.
Soon, another joined in. Venat, who was at the time the seat of Azem saw their little activity and decided to brighten their lives with her own contribution: The Red Butt Horse Monkey. She would have knowledge of the balance betwixt light and dark, understand mankind's affairs, be adept at daily life and be able to avoid death and lengthen its life.
These concepts never saw the light of day, as they were deemed "too dangerous" and rejected. However with the world's sundering came new opportunities.
----
Alkebu-lan was given life near the end of the forth Astral era, where thousands of years of gathering much aether combined with faith and prayer from nearby tribes eventually gave her form. The people [who for clarity's sake lived in whatever version of South Africa FFXIV has] took her existence, as a sign of great changes to come. Sure enough, with the forth umbral calamity those thoughts proved to be true.
With her powers, cunning and wit, Alkebu-lan managed to assist the tribes in surviving the age of ice, encouraging them to pursue knowledge by proving it could be useful in unprecedented situations. With her efforts came the age of enlightenment, one that would ripple throughout star for eons to come.
Eventually, there came to be altercations with a certain group known as Ascians. A particular conflict with one known as "Emet Selch", also lead her to absorb some of his power and gain the ability to perceive souls.
These repeated confrontations lead her to form a connection with Hydaelyn herself and although she could not place the reason as to why, the baboon trusted her to handle the situation and assist her however she could.
At the height of the forth astral era did she disappear from humanity's eyes for a time, as she believed they had the strength to steer their own fate now. Her last recorded act as the baboon was her saving the lives of many people from the flood, before disappearing into sunset.
----
As of now, Alkebu-lan travels the world in a human guise keeping an eye on humanity from a distance. However with the vast change brought with Final Days' silence, she may yet become active again. Particularly, around a certain warrior of light.
Also for reference, I made an in-game model of her human form as well.
#one cannot have both the fish and the bear's paw (headcanon)#loss fire and faith but do you speak these tales? (ffxiv verse)#((did I use this to shamelessly plug my wol blog?))#((yes. Yes I did jfhsdkjd))#((oh and for those who aren't familiar with it there is a Sun Wukong in game))#((you just have to find him first ;) ))
