I am on the edge of my seat. I am voicing my panic out loud in a series of stressed noises. There is live commentary to my sister about the fight and Mumbo barely missing the first attack and Tubbo showing up and the idiot finally acknowledging Godling and Mumbo drinking his blood and them not calling Scar and AAAAHHH you are such an incredible author!!!

I’ve said how much I love this story, but I have to say it again. It is so so amazing. It always makes my day even if it is angsty. Thank you so much for sharing your stories <3

Scar is definitely going to be upset with them but also so relieved they all made it out safe (for now?) How will they get Blondie out of the house? Why did Tubbo decide to show up?(These are rhetorical, I’m sure we will find out). Oh and the lil messenger crow! I hope it made it out safe even though it’s mission got derailed.

Also Cleo and needing to formally register their coven is both exciting and stressful. I am curious what kind of annoying regulations they will be subjected to. But then Grian calling Mumbo ‘my Lord’ and them wanting Scar to move in so they can get more cuddles and be safe. As much as I adored Midnights Past, I have been so ready some more fluffy moments with Grian and Mumbo as well and you sure delivered <3

This was a lot of rambles but this chapter left my brain scrambled in the best way and I will continue to ponder it all evening.

I am glad everyone has picked up that anything involving the Council will be Irritating and Stressful and Not Fun (for the characters) hahaha <3 I'm actually looking forward to diving into the Council and Coven System stuff, tho I don't intend to lean tooo too heavily into it bc who cares about politics when there's a (fantasy) war on <3 Them wanting to bring all members of the Coven into the manor and just <3 They want Cuddles and to know he is Safe and Happy and Never Far Away just like a Lord's Mate rightfully should be, safe and protected and pampered hfsdfkjds

Midnights Past was super nice with all the fluff and light angst and was necessary for some certain setups later down the road but I too am glad to be back on the main plot, I am so excited to bring y'all Grian Lore and even a little more Mumbo Lore. After all, we still don't know anything about that ten years between being Turned and killing his Sire... :) Let me tell you this fic needing to be the next one written was a blow to me because I am in DESPERATE need of some Redscape, there is so little of it and I am like a hiker lost in a DESERT and I could only REFERENCE Redscape in this one because Scar isn'T HERE and I am HUNGRY someone FEED ME- Ahem anyway off topic, I am delighted to be back to being able to write the Grian and Mumbo fluff too <3 I missed my boys I want to write them being so in love and protective of each other and fskdjfjk <3 I am so happy you enjoyed <3

Dear Hanako-Kun,

Hi! Reading this letter made me feel better... especially when I was at my worst. How are you? Though I can say this to you in person and talk about the letter with you.. I'd rather play along and write one back. After all, verbally saying how you feel is tricky. I'll most likely leave this on the window sill in the bathroom while you're at a meeting or when I'm done with the bathrooms.. handing this to you face to face is.. nerve-wrecking.

Hanako-Kun, you mean a lot to me too.. and I do my best to show it!! Surprisingly you're literally the person I can be myself around. Whatever you do for me is enough to make me feel appreciated. Ah, writing this is making me a bit red.. perhaps, saying this is a bit embarassing? Not sure..

I don't try to show anyone, you mostly, that I'm sad. It usually goes away at the thought of you but that can only last for so long before.. I'm back to the beginning of said thoughts? It's confusing, a bit silly? I do want to say these things to you, like, in your face, but I can't exactly do so without stuttering and overthinking or blurting out something random. That's normal though... right? Because that's something you.. make me feel? It's not a bad feeling of course, you're just.. that.. lovely-

Uhm, anyways, feelings are completely weird. Such as the ones I have for you- uh- but we won't get into that. (Not now-) I do wonder how you handle your emotions Hanako, simply because you seem so happy all the time, but I'm sure you have your down moments too, yes?

Dear Riya,

I’m quite good, thanks for asking! Haha, what a fun game to play- writing letters back and forth… old fashioned, but fun all the same!! I’m so glad that my letter helped, even the smallest bit :D While there’s no need to be nervous, my darling Riya, I understand completely! Especially since spotting this letter on my window sill was such a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t expecting a response, but I’m so happy to have one!

Hearing you say such sweet things- I’d swear I still have a heart beat, since it’s almost as if I can feel my little heart pounding!! Congrats, Riya, you’re a winner- making some old ghost feel alive again! Ahh, but on a more serious note, you being able to be yourself around me is something I cherish. While I can’t go over everything, there are certainly things and topics I enjoy avoiding more than I enjoy discussing, I find myself feeling more comfortable around you than most others. You’re a special person, for sure, so I’m glad you feel the same for me.

There’s no shame in being sad, sweetheart. You take as long as you need to be able to say these things to my face, because I’m proud that you’re doing so much as writing them down for me to read. Emotions are certainly strange- an old, kind of overused “saying”, but a true one! While I don’t like it when you’re sad, it’s okay that you feel that way. (It’s also okay to consider your feelings for me <3 but!! Your emotions on the more negative scale are my first priority!)

Hmm, how do I handle my emotions…? Well, I’m not sure I can give you a super amazing, super inspiring answer. I’d love to announce that I’m happy all the time! But, the happiness I show you is typically just the happiness I feel when you’re around. Being around people, or supernaturals like Tsuchigomori, sorta just fuels my energy. I’d like to erase this part, or cut it out, but I just think it’s important to include. Even a cutesy, joyful little ghost like your beloved Hanako-kun gets a bit sad at times <3 To deal with it, I usually just… hmhmhmmmmm- take time for myself?

But my time for myself is usually spent somewhat unhappily as I try to process whatever caused me to need time. I don’t want you to experience that kind of unhappiness. If you need time for yourself… please, feel free to be alone with me :) (NOT in a creepy way, silly silly! I mean, you can pretend to be alone, but I’m still there with you!)

1- Who are your favorite tf2 content creators? hmhmhmmmmm….in terms of entertainment videos im sorta looking for someone but i like Kostamoinen, Winglet, STBlackST, CrazyScoutFIN, ShorK, Jesse Baumgartner & plus ive heard good things about Hoovy Tube but donnt know yet…..in terms of art…well…check my fav tag 😏 and also all my buddies and pals they're correct and right whenever they say things about thhe video game

3- Who is your favorite side character? I think Miss Pauling isn't a side character soo….i really like Heavy's family they r very awesome mode….i also have a soft spot for Olivia Mann i think too much about her and then i cry (yes…u can ask if u would like to…giggle) or MAGGIE GASP…i love mags....im going to give her the world and then more

23- Who do you main? i kinda find myself maining someone different every once in awhile, but i'm mostly a demo or scout main! i try to at least know how to play every class a little (except spy. not yet i'm not ready)

29- Is there a character you loved at first but now you hate? nope! my love has only grown since i got into this game i find something to love in all the characters and those who i didnt like i still dont fuck with

31- Which character is overrated? i mean, i feel like scout obvs is but i also really like scout but ppl dont get him. they dont get it right u gotta get him right. i feel like that can be the case with a lot of overrated chars......spice it up with the portrayals and then it wont taste so bad even if theyre still overrated

(or as the cool kids say, “kin”) yknwo im not just saying this but i think a good blend of engie and sniper (moreso engie maybe) with like. seasoned with some pyro . like its the nonchalance with boiling autism rage and also. sparkle on. does that make sense

FUUUCCKKKK U CANT ASK THATTTTT!!!….thats something i think that like. did something to me. like. getting into tf2 shaped my entire taste and outlook in a way. like. older ppl. older ppl swag is what i learned and all of them r so distinct and have their own silhouettes and outfits and AHGHGHHH its literally art to me….but ig if i HAD to choose its a tie btween heavy and demo

37- What is your favorite update? ok i have to make it clear i wasnt into the game for the time of the major updates but i think the very start of scream fortress..or ig the haunted hallowe'en special…is my favorite because i LOOVEEE scream fortress i love the halloween maps i love the season!!! I LOVE HELLTOWER MY DEAREST!!!!! I LOVE THE HALLOWEEN SEASON!!!!!! AND AUTUMN!!! …but other than that i think love and war is another aswesome one
