Is there any thread you'd like to play in the near future?

There isn't any one thread I'd like to play in the near future. Osric is in a place where he could really go any number of directions - and he's also in a place where there's quite a bit of anger and quite a bit of pain lingering just below the surface. (Not just from the last year, but well before that too - not that he'd ever acknowledge or own up to it.)

He suppresses it, because he feels like he needs to - it's not doing him any good and he doesn't really know what to do with it. He has his children to think of and he can't just wallow in it. And - the opportunity to really move forward and heal - would be interesting.

What that looks like? I have no clue. Maybe we'll see. It really depends on how things shake out.

I really struggle with asks like these - I am, and always will be, my own worst critic.

That being said - I'm fiercely loyal and try to be supportive in anyway that I can be. I recognize that I have faults - and I'm willing to work on them. I'm willing to have the hard conversations and to making adjustments if/as needed.

there are so many fucking weirdos out there rn on archive of our own insisting that people tag "ooc" for every goddamn fanfic-

you know back in my day, people were just bad at writing in character fanfics and you just moved the fuck on and read something else.

but apparently it's becoming common to insist people "tag" every fucking little thing.

even things like "ooc" which is something that's not even always intentional.

but oh id better "tag" that these characters are ooc because they're not FUCKING in canon either...

it's like asking people to tag that the fanfic is not canon - like no fucking shit.

This past Friday, I (M, ̶̨̡̢̧̨̘̫̫̻͙̣͕̺̟̽̃̀͋́̚̚͜ ̷̡̭̜̩͕̠̦̗̟̟̫̖͇͎̽̌̾̿̌̈́̓̄̏̌̇̚͜͜ ) was at home when the President of the United States (M, >35) deployed a nuclear bomby-wom with the intent to destroy me. I redirected the nuke for my own self preservation, and in the process, pushed it through a dimensional gateway into Moscow, obliterating it in the process. AITA?

body — what is their favorite body part of theirs? of their partner(s)'? are there any specific body parts they like to pay special attention to (ex. feet, hands, ass, etc)? where are their erogenous zones? where are they most sensitive?

We'll start with talking about partners. First thing to understand is that Osric hasn't had very many partners (for a handful of reasons) and while he can say that he has a certain appreciation for a nice ass - he hasn't really had much opportunity to figure out if there other ares that he likes to pay special attention to. That being said - he is the type to enjoy taking his time and getting to know his partner well enough to know what spots get them going. And that's more interesting to him than anything.

As for him? Besides the obvious answer for areas that are most sensitive - his neck and the area around the scar in the center of his chest is also particularly sensitive. (If you were to ask him about his 'favorite part of his body' that'd likely earn you a blank stare - he'd probably first try something like the color of his eyes and if pressed, he'd eventually respond that his chest and shoulders are alright, and he's been told his ass is okay. He ain't bad to look at.)

The Young Justice animated show really made Batman "not the step dad, but the dad that stepped up", especially for Kon.

Like, not only does he go out with Clark to lecture him about being a good father figure to Kon after they found him, but in the comics, in the first issue, Kon spends all day waiting for Clark to check on him, clearly expecting some kind of father-son dynamic, only for Bruce to send child support so he can buy himself clothes and pay Wally's parents for the expenses during his stay with them.

He just met the kid and he has set up a trust fund for him. In this show, he probably has a trust fund for all the team's members. If anyone of them want to go to college, Batman is paying.
