Meet Lacey! A velvet room attendant who was a Phantom Thief super fan! She was heartbroken to learn they disbanded. Evil never rests, and she couldn’t stand in the sidelines anymore. She ran away to form a new team and help the people of Tokyo.

In the real world, she takes the form of a bunny to keep Igor and the other attendants off her trail as she believes they would want to drag her back.
