Dissociative Disorder flag/Simplified/Alternative simplified

These are general dissociative disorder flags so they can be used by anyone with any kind of dissociative disorder, regardless of if they are part of a system or not.

like with the flags in the other post the grays represent various way dissociation manifests and different intensities, the teal is used as it is the color of both the PTSD and dissociation awareness. The near white around the teal is the main flag represents moments of clarity, and how when you have experience chronic dissociation the moments of clarity can sometimes feel as disorienting if not more than being heavily disassociated.

Complex Dissociative Disorder (CDD) flag/Simplified/More simplified

These are complex dissociative disorder flags so they for anyone with any kind of dissociative disorder that cause a system (DID, OSDD-1,P-DID, and SOME but not all cases of UsDD)

The design with this one is supposed to resemble a rainbow that represents the diversity of CDD experiences.

Unspecified Dissociative Disorder (U(s)DD) flag/Simplified/More simplified

These are general unspecified dissociative disorder flags so they can be used by anyone with any manifestation of unspecified dissociative disorder, regardless of if they are part of a system or not.

This flag has a similar meaning to the dissociative disorder flag, but with added dark blue to represent mystery about the exact nature of one's dissociative disorder. The gray is also shifted to be reddish just to make it look more distinctive.

Unspecified Dissociative Disorder System (U(s)DD system) flag/Simplified/More simplified

These are specifically unspecified dissociative disorder system flags, so they are for those UsDD who are part of a system. However UsDD systems can also just use the general UsDD flag if they prefer it, or use both if you want.

Similar story to the general unspecified dissociative disorder flag, but with added orange from the DID flag to represent the existence of a system.

No matter when or where, there's no way that Ryouga wouldn't recognize that face. And as he meets their gaze, the surprised, almost vulnerable expression that comes over Ryouga lasts only for a few seconds before it's replaced by a more guarded expression - with his hands quickly shoved in his pockets so they won't betray their tension.

What he says next, though, is perhaps a little odd.

Spending so much time with Gundham, going on dates and just enjoying themselves... it was really only a matter of time before the two of them ended up in bed together, the night being one that Ambrose wouldn't soon forget. Though, admittedly, the sight awaiting him when he woke up... well, he wasn't sure if this Gundham was more attractive or not than the one that he was with last night.

Gently resting a hand on the still sleeping breeder's cheek, the feeling of stubble under his fingers made the florist blush deeply. It wasn't a texture he got to enjoy very often, though... it was rather attractive, and as Gundham stirred, he blushed more.

"...good morning, did... how did you sleep?"

Mirai's glare has been known to intimidate both heroes and villains alike. But right now, in the condition he's in... he somehow doubts his gaze, sharp as it is, is particularly intimidating to anyone right now.

Then again; the both of them here are in this room are in quite the state as it is. Beat-up and bruised, with scuffed clothing and bodies worn to the bone... it's not just Mirai who's in a bad way here, though he's probably got the worst of it overall. After all, Mirai... should undeniably be dead right now.

How and why he isn't is a question he's quite desperate for answers to - but it might have to wait until he's made sure to take care of the dangerous situation he's in. Still, it feels wrong... this place, himself, all of it - and it's only his training and instincts as a hero that are keeping him composed, even just barely.

"Overhaul... you're a stubborn man, aren't you...?" Just as much as the one talking, perhaps. "But somehow... I don't think you anticipated this."

As he watches the expression on Chuuya's face change, Verlaine smiles. It's only a slight smile, but while it's difficult to spot any warmth in it on the surface, his eyes shine with the kind of fondness that's reserved by most only for family - or those like them.

Whether or not Chuuya feels the same way about him... is ultimately irrelevant, at least in part. After all, that's his own decision to make - and Verlaine mustn't make the mistake of trying to take choice from him again. But the final words Verlaine had heard on the day when he had "died" for the first time... are ones he holds dear, whether Chuuya has forgotten them or not.

Still, though. Today is a day that's different to the rest.

"It seems to me like you're troubled by something." -little brother. Though he doesn't speak those words aloud, they echo in Verlaine's mind all the same. "It's lucky that I happen to be in a listening mood. Well? ...Don't hold back on me now."

With the world tournaments being held in Driftveil, Lacey was quite busy helping her father with preparations for it all, but on top of that, she was also spending quite a bit of time showing some trainers around Nimbasa to enjoy the downtime beforehand. Greeting Agni with a bright smile, Lacey hoped that the Jalur fire specialist would get far.

"I'm glad to see you again, Mx. Agni. Have you been well? Are you excited for the tournament?"

Lacey, naturally, wasn't sure if Agni was competing or not, but she hoped they'd enjoy their time here regardless.

The different parts of Gotham War not lining up at all in terms of plot, character motivation and characterization is bad enough, but now that DC is suddenly trying to explain when other titles like Detective Comics and Batman and Robin are taking place in relation to Gotham War it gets even worse because now all of these storylines make so much less sense too.

Eupha smiles at Will's words, already feeling a little better before she's even said a thing. After all, Will has always been there to listen to her whenever she's worried... she's always felt like as long as she's by his side, there's nothing she can't do - she can only hope that she's able to help him when he needs it, too.

With that smile, Eupha goes to talk - but hesitates for a moment, feeling that it's maybe a foolish worry after all. Still, that's no reason not to bring it up, right?

"I was just thinking... well. You know that I grew up on Eht Ria, and didn't have much contact with the outside world. And ever since I've joined you all, I've been so excited to learn everything I've been missing, and to find out more about other cultures and people I'd never met before."

This much, Will already knows.

"But lately, I've been worrying... am I too far behind everyone else?" As her expression becomes more troubled, Eupha's brow furrows as she tries to figure out exactly how to express what she means. "There's so much that I have yet to learn and so many things I don't understand... that sometimes I fear I'll never catch up. Often, I want to help people, or share my experiences with them, but what reason do they have to listen to someone who can't understand what they're going through?"

Quick breakdown

Xatu: Xatu can see the future, quite a bit like Morty can. That, and it just has that chill energy that Morty also appreciates quite a bit.

Gothitelle: Much like Xatu, can see the future, albeit less the next few moments of the future and more the heat death of it, but the future nontheless. Plus goth for the goth :3

Musharna: Alright so in the TCG, there is a card called Morty's Hypno. I don't like Hypno, and Musharna is more his speed bc A) purple and B) eats dreams and can show things about them which would be good for his clairvoyance.

Swoobat: If this was poison, I would put crobat bc goth and bats, but Swoobat fits that niche just as nicely.

Espeon: Other than just being a Johto pokmeon, there is some actual lore reasons. Other than Espeon's ability to see the future, it's also based off of a nekomata, a cat spirit in Japanese folklore, and for someone like Morty, that's a good fit. Plus, there is the theory that the pokemon that died in the burned tower are a Vaporeon, Flareon, and Jolteon, and giving him an eevelution would tie him into that legend tangentially.

Alakazam: This is an easy one. Alakazam is literally the foil to Gengar in most of the media where the two of them are present. No notes on that.

Humans, Dracula thinks, are nearly all the same.

Only nearly, because he can't condemn them all to the same judgement without remembering the woman he loved. Lisa was a human too, and when he had met her for the first time, he'd expected her to be just like the rest - an assumption very quickly proven wrong even within moments of their first meeting. It's not like he's forgotten that.

But humanity... they never deserved a miracle like Lisa to live among them. Yes, she was a miracle - shining warmly and bringing love and life to his world; a world that had once been so devoid of them. And yet, just like a candle's flame, that light of hers was extinguished too quickly - and so easily by the hands of the humans she'd always believed in.

In the end, they let him down just like he always knew they would. The nature of humans is by and large the same wherever you go... So you see, rarely does Vlad Dracula Tepes encounter a human who he doesn't know what to make of. She was the first. And now... this boy.

"You look to be remarkably unaware of the situation you've found yourself in." Vlad's voice, unimpressed and imposing, resonates throughout the room as he speaks. "But I suppose that holds it's own kind of fun in it, too... Tell me, boy. Who are you?"

Ryouga doesn't know much about Haruto, when it really comes down to it. To him, he's just Kaito's brother - the one who Kaito would do anything for, the boy who he'd been fighting for even at the cost of his own life.

It's for that reason that Ryouga can't hate Kaito completely. After all... he understands exactly what it's like to have someone you're desperate to protect. He's sure that to Kaito, Haruto is no burden - instead, the thought of keeping him safe is what gives him the strength to live, giving him hope day after day even when it feels like moving forward is impossible.

But that doesn't mean he'd been prepared to actually meet Haruto like this in-person. If Kaito were here, Ryouga's sure he'd be watching him like a hawk, as protective as he is, but honestly... Ryouga just feels self-conscious as he is now. He's not good with kids. It's not like he hates them - it's just that his abrasive personality doesn't really mesh well with them, and he's not good at watching what he says or being as careful as he probably should be with his attitude...

Haruto's not just some random kid, though. So... Ryouga will at least try and put in a little more effort for him.

"Did Kaito tell you about me?" he asks bluntly, hands shoved haphazardly in his pockets. There's nothing particularly friendly about his expression, but at the very least, there's no trace of anger or irritation either. "

I'm Kamishiro Ryouga. So... you're his brother, huh?"

Mirai knows he's dying.

An anxious nausea has captured his senses, even stronger than the pain that seems to have consumed him, taking over every part of his consciousness slowly. He knows it's only natural to be afraid, of course - the human instinct to live and survive is a powerful thing, and no man is capable of shutting off the emotions that come when it seems like the end is near.

But still... he wishes they would go away all the same. He's done his best, and if these are to be his last moments, if he really has no hope of changing this - he'd at least like to feel hopeful in his final hour. After all, heroes are people who should smile until the end... even if he could never reach up to All Might in that regard, and if he maybe struggled with that more than some others, it's still always been an ideal that Mirai has valued highly.

What's life worth without humor? Still... it must be because he's alone, with no-one by his side... but all Mirai can think of are his many regrets. It stings, and he knows that those lingering thoughts won't change a thing... it's best not to dwell on them at all, so he turns his thoughts to the people he loves, instead. Mirio will make a fine hero... although Mirai wishes he could've seen All Might one last time, at the end...

Suddenly, though- just as he's thinking that, Mirai senses the presence of another. He can't make out who it is, and he's not foolish enough to think that his prayers have been answered - but nonetheless, he turns his head to them slowly, trying to make out a shape he recognizes anyway.

"Who's... there...?" His voice is weak and raspy, but he still manages to speak. But, the figure that he sees emerging before his eyes... could that be...?
