Hated the idea. Thought about it. I'm not opposed. Can't be that much different than a mud bath at the spa.

need more ghost stuff, its so good
imagine waking up tied to the bed and being fucked by something you cant even see
Hi there everyone, as per popular request, here we have Spectro-cum (part 2). You can find part one here, and the ghost’s masterlist here. Sorry if this is not fitting all the ghost requests, if you want something more specific send a request back, but I though this would be a good way to go thru a bunch of requests at the same time :)
Spectro-cum (part 2)
Ghosts x fem!reader || sex toys, breeding, groping, free use, double penetration
You woke up without cum dripping down your pussy, once again. You sighed in disappointment. Lately, the ghosts in your haunted house had been a bit more respectable of you, usually just fucking you once a day if anything, and never one after the other. And not with the urgency they used to have when they started this whole thing. You should be glad about it, but in reality you were… disappointed.
It was true that you were a bit mad at them when they kept using you as a cum-dump but not making you come after it, it was uncomfortable to be walking around the house all day with cum leaking out of your needy pussy but unable to get release until the night. To have you leaking their blue spectro-cum and feeling it inside all the time, refilling you once it was all out. It was the best and worst kind of edging, had you almost coming all day just to leave you unsatisfied.
Truth be told, you could have fucked yourself if you wanted. You could have rubbed one off at any point of the day… But you enjoyed having their cum leaking down your thighs and your pussy needy and wet all day long. So desperate and needy you couldn’t hold it anymore and you reached for your wet pussy with shaky fingers. Until you were so desperate, it only took you a couple of movements to get you falling apart. You couldn’t see them, but you were more than sure that they were looking at you when you did that. Always watching, always hungry for you. It was exhilarating.
But then they stopped.
They stopped proving your holes every time you bent down. Stopped groping your ass and spanking you as you passed by. Stopped using you as their cum-dump. Stopped groping you mid day until you were begging them to do something more, just to hear their creepy laughter in the air as they left you alone and unsatisfied. They stopped making you come until you were begging them to slow down and let you sleep.
And you… missed them.
You missed having a cock shoved inside your pussy every few hours. You missed being always so full of cum that it was almost a part of you. You missed the edging. You missed having your daily routine interrupted by a ghost groping your tits until your nipples were sore. And you missed, above all that, the orgasms that drove you to the edge of insanity with pleasure.
So you decided it was time to do something about it. If they didn’t like you anymore, or if they didn’t find you interesting, you could do something about it. You could tempt them so far that you’d be ravished completely when they saw.
You started ordering some new toys online, some plugs to keep you stretched and ready all day long. They never did anything more than tease your asshole, but you have been experimenting in your frustration… And you kind of liked it. You wanted them to use you completely, including your back door. So you bought a butt plug, too. You were sure they were looking over your shoulder when you made the purchase, a cold breeze you associated with them moving your hair to the side. You shivered as you felt ghostly fingers running down your spine. You whined and the touch disappeared, making you whine louder, almost begging.
You tried working yourself open in the middle of the living room that day, finger fucking you as you felt their eyes on you. You couldn’t see them, but you knew they were there, looking, expecting something from you. You came around your fingers in the most sad orgasm you had ever felt. It was good, but not good enough, it left you more unsatisfied if it was even possible.
When the package with your plugs arrived, you almost fist pumped the air, so ready to tempt them into being their usual horny selves once again. You knelt on your bed and prepared yourself to get them inside. You felt their hands parting your cheeks to see better as you started to fuck your fingers in your ass, stretching yourself for the plug. A finger joined your endeavors, fucking your hole as you squirmed and your pussy got wetter and wetter. You rubbed your clit with your free hand until you were coming and the ghostly finger disappeared. You pushed the plugs inside your holes and stood up on shaky legs.
You walked around the house as usual, the plugs pressing against your special spots and making you breathe hard as you did the simplest things. You were desperate and needy, and you hoped they didn’t wait too much to act. But you were so, so wrong.
It took you two days of constantly wearing the plug for them to make a move. You were going to take a nap, too tired to do anything else, to horny and desperate, already losing hope. You laid down and were about to fall asleep when you felt hands tugging at your clothes, ripping them apart and making you shiver with the urge to moan. They threw the pieces of your pj’s anywhere and you were manhandled onto your face, your ass pushed up as you felt cold hands moving the plugs around, making you moan uncontrollably.
Some other hands started rubbing your body, groping your tits and your ass, making you eager to be filled. You moaned and pleaded, begging to be fucked. Some of them listened, because the plugs were pulled out of you and cocks were shoved into both of your holes. You screamed, the intrusion too fast, but so, so good. They fucked you without caress, without control or reason, completely feral over you. Your body was being played and your holes were being filled, you could only thank the universe for them coming back to you. For them coming inside of you.
You were once again their toy to play with, they human cum-dump as one after the other took turns fucking you into the mattress. Your face was pressed down onto the sheets as they stretched you over and over. There were dicks in and out your holes, in and out, never stopping. As soon as you felt one coming deep inside of you, another was being pushed in their place. It was exhilarating and confusing and so, so good you were losing your mind. Your mouth opened in a silent scream as they used your body and you cried and drooled over the bed. You were in heaven, your pussy and your asshole messy and ravished in the best way possible. They didn’t care about your orgasms, but being used so thoroughly was enough to take you to the edge and over it. You came, and came… Until you passed out.
You woke up with sore holes and cum leaking out, ghostly mouths sucking on your nipples as someone pushed their dick inside your asshole. You cried out, and someone laughed, going faster. You don’t know how much it lasted, how many hours they had you pined to the bed as they filled your holes with load after load. Your stomach was bloated, and the sheets were messy… But it was heaven.
You would never know why they stopped fucking you, but the only thing that mattered is that your pussy was being filled over and over once again. You were just a ghost’s toy, and you loved it.

about a girl - chris evans angst
The one where Chris breaks your heart
Warnings: angst
A/N: yes, I did finally write an angsty piece. No, this was not provoked by whatever rumors have been circling around this man's life, as it has been written since last year or something of the sorts. Just enjoy it and don't forget to let me know if you liked it by reblogging it!
Y/N’s P.O.V.
Everything was going well until it all went to shit. That’s the way my life seems to go.
The evening started like it always does: I walked into the party and Chris was already there, chatting up another girl who I had never seen before.
I didn’t feel attacked or intimidated. We’d danced this way before - countless times, in fact. It’d become some sort of routine now. The one who got there first would find some unsuspecting victim to chat up while we waited for the other to arrive.
I’d seen that movie a hundred times before. He never pounced, only played with the food until it got tired and old. That’s when he’d turn around and find me, and together we’d escape to a room or a bathroom - whatever was nearest.
Anywhere felt fine when I had his dick inside of me.
I’d been looking forward to this night for ages. Even primped myself for it. I was wearing my skimpiest dress, and nothing but a thong for Chris to undress tonight. So I didn’t even mind when he didn’t connect his eyes with mine once I walked through the door.
It was all a part of the game, I told myself. He liked the chase, and so did I.
“Why are you looking so gloom?” Brie scared me with the question. I had been staring at my beer for the last twenty minutes, waiting for Chris to make his move. I didn’t question it - he might have gotten lost in conversation. It happened quite often, depending on how much liquor was in his veins by the time I arrived. So I wasn’t even anxious, just a bit antsy. The underwear was riding up my butt and I just wanted to be without it.
I kept playing with the idea of interrupting their conversation to slip my panties into his pocket, but I decided against it. I wasn’t that adventurous. All of my energy in these gatherings was channeled into wild sex in “exotic” places. There wasn’t much of it left by now, as unfortunate as it was.
“I just…” I didn’t even know what to tell Brie. “I don’t know. Might be having a night off, that’s all.” She shouldn’t be worrying about me when the real reason why I was looking so out-of-place still hadn’t even glanced my way.
Another quick look and what I saw had my heart falling down to my stomach. Chris and the girl were full-on making out. He had her against the wall, one hand on her ass and the other buried in her hair, and I didn’t know what to say when my friend followed my line of sight and noticed what had gotten me so sad.
“I’m sorry, sweetheart.” I didn’t need her words of compassion. It only had the mortification from this entire ordeal setting even heavier on my chest.
I knew Chris didn’t owe me anything; we weren’t boyfriend and girlfriend, we weren’t together together. But every one of our friends knew about our customary hook ups. They were used to looking for us and finding us together, sometimes in compromising positions, so for him to just kiss someone else like it was no big deal felt beyond humiliating to me.
I wanted to go home, then and there. But I also didn’t want my friends to realize how hurt I was about it, so I knew I’d have to stay. I’d stay there and endure the humiliation, even when - through giggles and groans - the two of them found their way into a bedroom together, while I was left alone in the corner of a party I only went to in the hopes of spending time with Christopher.
It was hours before I saw him again, and even then, he didn’t see me - too focused on the conversation he was having with a common friend. I tried to be quiet as I approached them, I actually only wanted to grab myself another beer and they were the ones standing in the kitchen, but since he had his back to me, he didn’t notice my arrival.
I, however, couldn’t not overhear his words.
“So what? We’re not boyfriend and girlfriend anyway. Believe me, I would never date Y/N…” And that’s when he noticed me, standing there with a frown on my face.
I didn’t know how to react. I wasn’t going to lash out. I knew I wasn’t his girlfriend, but to be considered someone who could never earn the title hurt more than I cared to admit.
I didn’t know what to do. So I just left.
“Y/N…” He ran after me, for what reason I couldn’t understand. It’s not like he cared about me, not after what he did tonight.
“No, go away!” I yelled, my voice betraying just how hurt I was by his behavior. I hated it, hated that I couldn’t hide my feelings from the person who was the cause of them.
“Go and jerk off or something. Or find someone else who will fall to her knees and suck you whenever you want it. It obviously won’t be too hard.”
“You won’t at least hear me out?” That had me stopping in my tracks, ire making my heart beat so loud I could hear it ringing in my ears.
“Are you dumb?” I had to ask. “What could you possibly say to justify what happened in there?” That caught him by surprise. He fidgeted in his spot but didn’t open his mouth to say anything, and so I figured we were done for the night.
But just as I was about to leave… “We never talked about anything serious!” As if that was my problem with what had happened in there.
“And believe me, that’s on me.” I shook my head vehemently, crossing my arms in front of my body to show him that I meant business. “But it ends here and now. I can’t keep feeling this way every time we’re in a party together.”
Chris looked like he was struggling with something, but I wasn’t interested in letting him work through it at that time. “I know you could never love me.” Well, I knew that, now. “Not if you behave like that. Not if your only goal in life is to get more women into bed with you.”
He didn’t say anything and that’s when I decided it was time for me to leave. But I probably shouldn’t have mistaken his silence as a sign of his peace of mind, because the second that I turned my back to him, I heard his voice - barely over a whisper: “Maybe I just don’t know how to express my feelings.”

The Spider (Pt 2)
We quick with it?!
I wanna say thanks for enjoying the first part tho which is linked here
Character: Miguel Ohara
Type: Angst + Fluff
Warning: Violence, Yelling, Swearing, Slight suggestive content, Male Reader, Scars
Word Count: 553
You swung through the community of spider-people, feelings rushing through your head. Anger, Sadness, Fear. It all hit you like a train. You made it to your destination within short timing. It was a small abandoned corner of the community, perfect to hide away.
You set down the bag and sigh, your heart was still hurting. With shaky hands you touched the bandaging on your face. “And he claims he’s sorry..” you mutter, venom laced in your voice. “You don’t just apologize for that shit!” You kick the bag, sending it into a wall.
After the sudden outburst you leaned against the wall, sliding until your butt landed on the hard concrete. “Miguel my love, what even made you do this..” you hold your face with a sigh. “I wish I understood him..”
While you were hoping to understand him better, Miguel was having a full tantrum. Yelling at anyone who came in his sight, throwing things around in your room. For a man who hurt you, he was pissed.
His little temper tantrum continued until there was nothing left for his talons to tear into. As the reality of the situation set in, he slid down the wall with a sad look on his face. “Mi príncipe..” He spoke, guilt running through his system.
“I didn’t mean to hurt him, I would never…I mean I didn’t mean…” He groaned in frustration as he argued with himself. “I need to fix this. Lyla, track (name)’s spider suit.” He spoke into his watch. “Tracking…” The AI responded, showing a small GPS of your location.
Miguel smiled and rushed to the location, leaving the destroyed room for later events. On your side of the community, you had finally calmed your emotions down. Your head rested on the temporary pillow you had formed with your bag. It was peaceful, only for a second sadly.
“(name)!” Miguel bursted into the area, surprising you. “You- How the hell did you find me?!” You question as you stood. Miguel hadn’t really planned this far. “Look (name) I know I screwed up but I want to make this right-“ Slap! You interrupted him with a harsh slap.
Miguel stood frozen like a deer in headlights. “You wanna make this right? Don’t go chasing me after I asked for space! Don’t go threatening teenagers! And especially don’t go hurting me after you promised not to!” Your voice cracked as you said the last sentence.
Miguel’s eyes softened. “(name)…mi príncipe..” You could feel tears in your eyes as Miguel held your cheek. “Mi amor, I’m gonna do something about my anger. I’m gonna do everything to make this better, just please don’t cry.” He brushed his thumb across your lip.
“It hurts Miguel..it fucking hurts.” Tears ran down your face only to be wiped away by him. “Don’t cry baby I’m here.” He coo’d. You wanted to push him away, you really did. But your body craved for his touch, for reassurance.
“I hate you, bastard.” You lean on his chest in defeat. “Yeah yeah, a lot of people do.” Miguel chuckles softly and rubs your back. You flick his nipple, causing him to freeze before laughing. “Heard loud and clear, let’s go home mi príncipe.”
And waiting at home for you was a destroyed room. Miguel certainly got an earful that night.
Hope it was to y’all liking

Asahi Azumane { lovingly surprise }
Not for a moment did he believe his eyes when seeing his lover walking up twords him after the match against Date Tech, knowing they had previously spoken about needing to study for upcoming exam this following week. His heart fluttered from joy of their never-ending support for him, yet a little concerned.
"Love, don't you have something to do?" Asking understand his breath, gazing up and down their figure with a light smile. Simply by instinct, his hand reached to hold yours, geeling at ease every time. Forgetting his surroundings the moment his eyes meet yours. "I was, but there is no way I could miss an important game for you."
Chucked rumbled through his chest, rubbing the back of his neck bashfully so. "The game went amazing. You did so well!" Praising him with a cheerful act, getting a rather rosie colour to be dusted on to his cheeks. "T.. Thank you, love." Before anymore words could be exchanged, another voice echoed loudly.
"Look whose personal cheerleader showed up!" Could be heard across the gym from Tanaka as he grinned with a laugh. His teasing and joking but not long Sugawara hit him on the back of his head, earning a scowl from the jokster. "Don't be so loud!" Saying just as loud as he was.
Nishinoya popped up around Tanaka before they both gave each other a known look and made kissing noises at the pair, getting a laugh from some of the others but also a few weird glances. You chuckled at the two playing around, but Asahi melted from embarrassment, wanting to dig a hole and never come out. "Guys! Stop doing that." Demanding which got them to stop, but they laughed about it not taking it seriously.
"You've got to be kidding me." Murmuring under his breath, shaking his head before his gaze fell back to you. He leaned down for a quick peck on the forehead before dragging you to leave the gymnasium, away from his teammates, that is.
Stending outside in the hallway holding both your hands, enjoying the time alone. "Im sorry about them." Trying to laugh off the embarrassment now engraved into his soul. "It's okay. They're just playing around." Reassuring him with a glimmer in your eyes that you were truly mostly unbotherd by the interaction and joking banter.
"Still.." Shaking his head, within moments later his hands found themselves on your waist along with your arms around his neck, standing with more intimacy lingering. "Not funny." Shaking his head in disapproval voice quieter with you in his embrace. "A little." You laughing a little got the blush on his face more evident. Leaning up for a peck on his lips.
Getting interrupted again by the one and only "You guys took it more seriously than I expected." Laughed tanaka being hit again by Sugawara, who walked past him with a chuckle. "Let them have fun. They're just kids."
Asahi whined, ducking to hide his face into the crook of your neck meanwhilest you only chuckled alone with warmth spreading out on your own face. The show was comedic to witness at most.

It might not be exactly the request, but I hope it was close enough to what you had thought of! I hope everyone enjoyed reading this!!♡

Wasteland heat (Redone) PT 3
Cooper Howard(The Ghoul) x reader
Warnings: Violence, blood, gore, AOB dynamics, heat, oral F receiving, smut, swearing, fallout stuff, implied cousin incest, virgin reader, drug usage, needles, plus size reader, sexual assault
Previous part <-
It's been about a day now, following Lucy, glancing at your pip boy now and then to see if you're still on the right track. She shared the coordinates with you in case by some horrid accident you get separated. The night was quiet, Lucy sometimes commenting to herself or asking how you were. You couldn't shake the feeling of needing to go back to Filly back to whoever gave off such a scent that made your whole brain short-circuit. You felt like a fool so caught up in it, of course, the surface would have this effect on you, it had its effects on everyone. You stare at the head a little too long, wrapped up in Lucy's blanket, which is now bloodied. You couldn't believe she actually went through with it, you swore she'd never hurt a fly really, but then again he'd already been dead.
"Get some sleep ok? I'll keep watch" She offers you a smile and you hesitate on sleeping you cock your head and pat the blanket that isn't big enough for the two of you, but she smiles and lays down beside you, half on half off the blanket, same as you.
"Hell of a time up here huh?" She chuckles head turned to you as you look at her.
"Can say that again" You chuckle a smile finally on your face which makes her beam. You sigh relaxing next to her, shoulder to shoulder as you watch the stars. It's surreal, watching the small twinkle of white dots in a dark sky, listening to the wind occasionally pick up, it was almost peaceful if it weren't for all the horrors everywhere.
Morning comes and you set off again a little lighter than yesterday, you're less on edge and feeling a little hopeful as you walk by Lucy through the brush. You come alongside a river, it's pristine and blue, well not pristine, your rad meter goes up to 10 and it makes you sad that such a beautiful thing is tainted.
"It's pretty" You comment and Lucy nods admiring the old worn-down houses in the blue water. You hear a small noise and Lucy places her hand on her gun before you see a small creature by the water, a deer, small and fragile enjoying the greens.
"Woah" You whisper as Lucy grins and you slowly approach with a small amount of grass in your hands. It seems more intent on sniffing you both which makes you laugh softly and gently pet its soft fur. Your moment of bliss is interrupted, something comes from the water and snatches the deer, its cry making you stumble back. It grabs Lucy next who is closest to the water. You stare in horror at whatever mutated being this is and grab onto Lucy. You kick the creature with your boot before Lucy shoots it and it disappears.
What the-" Before you can finish it snatches the head off of Lucy's backpack and swims back into the water.
"No!" You follow Lucy as you chase the thing down the river, her tracker beeping its location, you get to a jetty before you can follow it anymore.
"What?" You mutter unsure of what just happened and how your one chance just got stolen by a mutant. You don't hear him, but you feel him instantly, hand on your neck, gun to your head and a hard warm body near yours, scent filling your nose, alpha.
"Lucy-" Is all you manage as she turns around wide eyed and the gun cocks.
"Sir-" She holds her hands up as you shallowly breathe. He isn't choking you though, he just holds your throat almost gently, but that's the crazy side of your brain talking.
"Hello, again, look, please don't shoot-" She doesn't finish interrupted by him.
"Where is it?" He asks and her eyes glance away nervously and his grip tightens.
"OK! ok I lost it!" She laughs nervously and his grip loosens.
"Sorry sweetheart" You swear you hear ever so quietly before a hard butt of the gun is punched into the back of your forehead. You cry in pain going to your knees as he points the gun to Lucy instead and holds you by your hair. You have tears in your eyes pain flaring where he hit and now holds, your hands flying to his wrist.
"Something's got it!" Lucy yells gesturing to the water and he grunts.
"Gulper got it" He says and you see her frown at the word. You hear a soft whine behind you and try to glance back, you hear the pattering of feet and suddenly the dog is by your side. You feel relief flood you that she didn't die from the man's stab. He hums and lets go of your hair before he's struggling with Lucy and tying her up. The dog by your side licks your face as you try to stand and fail as your world spins. You groan holding the back of your head and feeling wetness you bring your hand back in front of you, redness coating it, you gulp a bit thinking you might be sick.
"Sir, please stop!" You hear Lucy yell and it makes your head pound as you watch her get tied with rope, an anchor attached to her.
"Stop" You barely get out going to stand but his gun points to you.
"Stay there" His voice has this tone and every fibre in your being practically whines and submits to it. You fight an inward battle as he ties Lucy to the winch mechanism. He forces her to submerge, her body just on the surface and all you can do is whimper. He pulls her up and she coughs and gasps for breaths.
"Sir, Torture is wrong!" She yells and he hums.
"You know I read about it once, Torture, in one of them newspaper studies" He lowers her back into the water glancing at you briefly before bringing her back up.
"You're right it is wrong and it doesn't do shit, but I ain't torturing you, you're bait," He says finale and lowers her back in, going to the edge and whistling. The noise feels like electric shots through your brain and you lower your head curling in on yourself, still on your knees. You hate how you can't move, hate the pointed look he gives you when you try too. You see Lucy start thrashing and panic rises in you, something jolts the rope and you see him start to pull her up only for the mechanism to stick.
"Damn it" He mutters and pulls the beam over pulling her and this 'Gulper' out. The dog starts barking and Lucy is yelling while the man stabs the creature. Lucy manages to free herself of the ropes, the Gulper going for her boot instead, you move now finding yourself ignoring the command he gave and grabbing her. You tug her as she whacks the creature over the head with some bags. It winces and returns to the water while you drag Lucy to safety. She pants loudly, hands gripping your shoulders before she gently cradles your head, seeing the blood.
"Mother fucker!" You hear before his gun is cocked to you both again.
"What! I wasn't going to let you use me as bait and get eaten! The golden rule" She yells at the alpha.
"Golden rule?" He questions.
"Do unto them with you want done unto you!" She huffs out a breath.
You hear him mumble to himself before he growls, grabs a rope and snags it around Lucy's neck.
"Stop!" You yell before he's got the rope going around your neck also.
“Wastelands got its own golden rule” he snaps.
“What?” Lucy huffs out.
“Thou shall get distracted by bullshit every time”
"Move" He growls at you both, soon enough he's dragging you both across the wasteland.

Hello, love your stories and was hoping you could write a female batsis story about her visiting Bruce for his birthday, and the 2 of them are impromptu sparring when Terry comes back from patrol and jumps into protect bruce not realizing who batsis is and gets his butt thoroughly handed to him! And Bruce is just sitting there smirking smugly before explaining what was going on.
There was a knock at the door which was a little strange considering all the boys along with Alfred were already inside the house but Alfred went to answer the door anyway.
He opened the door up and smiled seeing a familiar woman standing in the entrance to Wayne Manor. Y/n smiled up at the butler, in her hands was a gift for her father. Due to her going to collage elsewhere it was rare she was home now but she always made sure to spend time with her brothers as well as with Alfred and her father.
“Madam Wayne, how wonderful it is to see you, please do come in master Bruce would be so happy to see you”
“Thank you Alfred, it’s wonderful to see you too, apologies for being late but the trains were delayed due to some accident at another station” she explained while giving the butler a quick hug and familial kiss on the cheek.
“No need to apologise, although I do hope you know master Bruce would be happy to see you, he was quiet upset not seeing you earlier” he explained placing a familial kiss onto her forehead as like how a grandfather would to his grandchild.
She would thank the butler and head towards the living room where she could hear the familiar shouting of her two Eldest brothers Dick and Jason. She laughed as she walked in and saw the chaotic game of twister that the Boys were playing.
“DICKY STOP CHEATING”
“I’M NOT, IT NOT MY FAULT YOU’RE SO BUFF JASON”
Both continued to argue until they heard her speak up.
“I come home for fathers party and this is what I see, now I’m slightly more sad that the trains were late” she’d laugh seeing them all look towards her and run at her squeezing her into a tight hug as they did when she was younger.
Bruce smiled slightly waiting for the boys to step back so he could hug her as well, once they did she placed the gift down before hugging her father placing a kiss on the man’s cheek.
“Happy birthday old man, I’m sorry I’m late”
“Thank you and I’m glad you came I-“ he stopped when he heard Damian interrupt him
“I’ve never seen father so worried before sister, next time perhaps call Todd to pick you up so you do not give him a heart attack”
Ah Damian, as honest as always
She’d laugh and the boys would head up to their own rooms after bidding their father one final happy birthday, He’d look down at her and she’d smile.
“It’s been a while since we have had a good fight father, how about we do some fighting as a second birthday gift” she suggested, looking up at the big brooding man
“You really are my daughter” hed say laughing as they both headed down towards the cave and once they arrived they got into a fighting position.
Y/n double checked making sure her hair was out of her eyes and then turned to her father with a smirk on her face.
~a few hours later~
Terry walked down into the Batcave just having finished his patrol when he heard the familiar sounds of Bruce grunting as if someone was beating him up, he would run in and see a woman he has never seen before fighting and somehow wining against Bruce.
He’d jump down still in his hero costume and would grab her fist before she could attack Bruce again, the woman would look at him confused before noticing the symbol on the costume and laughing. He was confused as to why this stranger was first hurting Bruce and was now laughing at him.
He was about to attack when he suddenly felt himself get swooped off the ground and flung onto his back, he would look back seeing the same woman smirking at him and getting into a fighting position, he’d run at her ready to attack but she was much quicker than him, grabbing his arms and sweeping his legs out from underneath him again before spinning him around and pushing both hands onto his back and sitting on his back for a good extra measure that he wouldn’t get up.
“Heh don’t tell me you never told the new guy about me, I’m hurt!” Y/n would say laughing her head off, keeping Terry in place.
“Bruce…what the hell is going on? Who is this woman and how does she know you” he said confused but clearly understood that these two knew each other, he soon felt his arms being released and a pressure being released off his back. He would look over and see Bruce Smirking and chuckling to himself before wrapping a protective fatherly arm around the woman.
“Terry meet Y/n my daughter aka Batgirl and darling meet Terry”
“Nice to meet you sorry about before but you kinda started it” she’d say holding her hand out for him to shake, Terry would simply stare at her in shock, amazement and a slight hint of confusion but she expected that
“Hi I’m Terry and I guess your also my sister now..? Since you’re his daughter” he’d say shaking her hand, she’d smile and nod before look up at Bruce.
“But seriously dad…his costume…really..?”
“Hey! What’s wrong with my costume!”
Bruce would smile to himself seeing the two act like siblings already made his heart warm slightly although he doesn’t regret not telling either of them about each other as he also found it amusing to see Y/n Kick the shit out of Terry.
( I hope you like it, my knowledge on Terry is still sort of new so I tried my best!)

first snow — jsc
you were out buying drinks at a convenience store to celebrate your most recent achievement, however, fate had other plans which involved the one Jung Sungchan and a couple of snowflakes
pairing. . . sungchan x female reader
genre. . . fluff
prompt. . . love at first sight
requested?. . . yes!
The wind was coldly blowing through your face, sending small shivers down your spine. Cold didn’t agree with you — but it was still better than hot climates, in which you’d sweat non-stop.
Yet another year was coming close to an end and the imminent question about new year resolutions was popping around in your head, even though said holiday was still a month away. After all, what had you done this year that was somewhat meaningful to you? That’s something worth thinking about.
Well, you did manage to get into the most prestigious psychology program in Seoul while working part time as a barista. Not many people you know can juggle college and a job at the same time, so it’s safe to say that’s a solid achievement.
Nonetheless, you were walking down your street, hands filled with convenience store plastic bags. The good college related news arrived earlier in the day, but you were only having time to celebrate it a few minutes past 11 pm. Your day wasn’t busy at all, it was actually your best friend who only finished her activities at such time in the night.
After walking for a while, you felt a sudden vibration coming from your jacket’s pocket — it was probably your best friend calling.
Once you had your phone in your hands, the time it showed stood out. It was precisely 11:11 pm. An angel number.
Usually, things like horoscopes, angel numbers and tarot cards weren’t your cup of tea but you did, however, believe in fate. You believed there was a reason for you to have seen such numbers together.
Before a line of thought could be finished, you suddenly felt yourself bump into something large and big. It turns out you hadn’t stopped walking while checking your phone and you probably bumped into a wall. Such realization came after your butt hit the ground with a loud “pof” — Thank God it was winter.
“Are you okay?” A sweet voice called out, making you look up again, mildly confused since the walls you know don’t usually talk. “I’m so sorry, I didn’t see you there”
You got up quickly from the ground, expression filled with embarrassment. Now that you knew you were dealing with another human being, the situation became 4 times more stressful than before.
“I’m… Fine”
As soon as you both lock eyes, something in the air shifts. The cold wind suddenly turns warm and it feels like it’s day again. The stranger’s eyes were the kindest you had ever seen in your whole life, and in just a mere second, you managed to feel safe exactly where you were.
It was as amazing as it was strange to be feeling such things. It was also even more exhilarating to know that somewhat, it went both ways. A magical thread of connection was formed in this beautiful wintery night.
“Here, let me help you” He said, getting your bags off the ground and handing them to you. “Please hurry home, the weather forecast said that-” His train of thought was interrupted by a mountain of snowflakes that started pouring down from the sky, making him frown and pout a bit.
“What’s wrong?” You said, after noticing both his frown and the sudden increase in the wind to snow ration.
“I live very far from here, and the weather report said to expect a blizzard today… I can’t believe this year’s first snowfall is going to be that aggressive”
His sad expression broke your heart, and you didn’t even know his name! What absurd thing, you thought, to be this connected and empathetic towards someone you just met, and bumped into?!
“Okay, first things first. What’s your name?”
“Oh, right! I didn’t introduce myself, sorry, I’m Sungchan, and you?” He said, smiling warmly and offering you his hand.
“I’m Y/N, nice to meet you!” You gladly shook his hand after introducing yourself to him. “Would you like to wait it out at my house? I know I just met you, but I wouldn’t like to be in your position if the tables were turned, and I’d be really thankful if someone offered me a place to stay” You were a certified yapper whenever you felt nervous, and right now, you were about to piss your pants out of nervousness.
Here’s the thing, you never knew how to maintain your composure around pretty boys, and Sungchan was just… Breathtaking. It was almost dizzying to look at him for even more than a minute.
You didn’t think someone could ever feel as strongly as you, but right now, Sungchan was there to prove you wrong. He was completely starstruck after gazing upon your beautiful and delicate figure.
“I really don’t know how to thank you. I’m gladly accepting your offer!” He promptly took the bags out of your hands, in order to make things lighter for you. That’s when he noticed the bottles of Soju and the mini-sized bottle of champagne. “Ooh, so we’re celebrating, huh? What’s the occasion?” You two started walking quickly towards your house, making small talk.
“I just got into Seoul’s most prestigious psychology program at SNU! I worked really hard for it” This was an insane accomplishment, you thought to yourself. Pride is not a strong enough word to describe your feelings.
“No way! I’m also a freshman there!” Sungchan’s eyes gleamed with excitement. “Wow, the universe really wanted us to meet, then! That’s nice.”
After talking for a few more minutes, you both finally arrived at your house. Your best friend was waiting for you — worried sick — at the door. She then noticed the very tall man’s presence, which was explained right after her noticing him.
Your best friend seemed to get along with him really well, making you feel happy and at ease — she was hard to please, that one.
This whole situation made you think back to your new year’s resolutions. One thing was missing from your bucket list, one of your prioritized goals: that was, falling in love.
And now, some weird intuitive feeling tells you that Sungchan can help you accomplish said goal
hey guys! i hope you like this and don't be shy to request other things! just make sure you follow the rules ;)

A Night of Song and Laughter (Part 15)
In which there is a tub in which they sit, also Astarion with wet hair looking like a puppy and Tav's getting hauled around like a sack of potatoes at the end (so keep reading). But be warned, this actually turned a lot more sad halfway through then I thought (doesn't end like that tho). Totally not another chapter that went down very much differently from what I planned, but we love that, right? Right?
Song for this one: lovely - Billie Eilish, Khalid
Rating: Explicit
Pairing: Astarion / Fem!Tav (You)
Warnings: Some talk of past trauma (Tav's, not Astarion's)
(Gif from here!)
“Ouch – I know they say partners tend to take on each other’s quirks and habits but maybe you could’ve picked another one of mine out of the catalogue of admirable virtues”, Astarion said jokingly while shaking his hand. You could actually clearly see the bite marks you’d left and blushed shamefully. “Sorry”, you only answered. You felt incredibly exhausted now – as much from the sex probably as from everything else that had happened. You let your head again, only just noticed that the markings had dimly started to glow again – you could easily figure why. But you were even too exhausted to bring that up right now – and neither did the vampire.
Astarion noticed your change in dynamic and softly put his hand under your chin to lift your head up again: “It’s fine, my love, I’ve experienced much worse than some few harmless love bites.” He winked at you.
Rain kept pouring on the both of you. You were soaked to the bone, clothes clinging to your bodies. Astarion’s curls hung adorably around his face and were dripping from the raindrops – reminding you just the slightest bit of a wet poodle. A sudden urge to hug him overcame you and it was easy to give in. “I love you, Astarion”, you simply said and savored the feeling of being close to him. He put his cheek on the crown of your head in response: “I love you too, Tav.”
And so you stood there for several heartbeats just holding each other while the rain pattered down all around you. “Let’s get you home, love, and let’s run you a hot bath before you catch a cold”, Astarion said finally and gave you a pat on the back to signal you to go.
You nodded. “Will” – a hearty yawn interrupted the sentence you had only just started – “will you be joining?” “The fact that you even have to ask shows just how much you have yet to learn about me”, Astarion replied and pinched your butt as you both started walking – heading towards home. “Also I think despite the rain I have to wash some of your former friend’s blood off myself.”
You walked home trying to be inconspicuous because you both looked like a hot mess to be frank. Idly chatting you made it all the way to your townhouse in the Upper City and by the time you were at your front door and Astarion was unlocking the door for you, you were shivering so bad from the cold and the wet that you couldn’t stop your teeth from shattering. All while in the mean time you could already feel carnal hunger rise up inside you again because of the way the wet shirt clung to Astarion’s chest and how he kept running his hand through his soaking wet hair.
You went inside and immediately went to the bathroom where the pleasant luxury of an enormous tub in the marble floor and even hot running water awaited you. Astarion started the hot water tap and since you couldn’t stop staring at him and biting your lip, he had you again right there, next to the tub on the bathroom floor.
Afterwards you actually managed to keep your hands off each other long enough to climb into the blissfully hot water and scrub yourselves clean. Now you sat between Astarion’s legs with your back leaning against his chest while he was washing your hair and massaging your scalp. “How long has it been since you’ve last taken these braids out, love?” “Hmm?”, you only mustered while you had your eyes closed and enjoyed the feeling of his Astarion’s skilled hands caressing you into oblivion.
The elf stopped and put his hands on top of your head and made it arch to him: “Your braids, love, they look… dare I say… worse than some rats I’ve had to encounter.” You blinked at him upside down, not trusting your ears about what you just heard. “If you think it’s enough to get me drunk and only fuck me twice before throwing shade at me like that I sincerely hope you’ve made peace with your un-life coming to an end”, you answered slowly. Astarion’s lips crept into a naughty smile: “We could make it three times before I also start commenting on your choice of clothing, my love.” You stared at the bastard for a moment before you elbowed him with a lightning-quick movement that caused a huge splash water. But dampened by the water the hit was no more than a love tap and Astarion started laughing: “First the biting, then the matted fur, now the unnecessary violence – really makes me think of one of those orange street cats.” “I can bite your ass again if that’s really what you are asking for”, you hissed at him and tried to splash him with water but only partially succeeded. The vampire just kept laughing.
“Is it really that bad though?”, you asked him, suddenly feeling self-conscious as you started to think about how you might look compared to the impeccably groomed high elf, your shoulders slumped a little. The comparison to a street cat had actually hit closer to home than you would have liked. “Let me see what I can do, my love.” He started to carefully sort out the braids on the right side of your head. “Also – I do apologise if my dumb remarks were hurtful to you. I merely meant to tease you. If it still counts: you are the most beautiful person to me I’ve ever met and I actually do think cats are fierce creatures and deserve all the admiration they can get – especially orange street cats”, he blabbered and pressed a tender kiss to the side of your head. It was obvious that he was worried now that he might have hurt you for real and was trying to gloss over it.
“Apology accepted”, you said and leaned into his touch. “Also” – you sighed – “I mean you are right, I might’ve not taken the best care of myself so far. It might actually a good idea to take on some of your vanity in that regard.” “That rather than the biting”, Astarion immediately threw in cheerfully, obviously relieved by your reaction and kept trying to untangle your braids.
“It’s just”, you started to add and sigh again “when you call me a street cat, I fear it’s more accurate than you might think. I lived on the streets of this city a longer time than I’ve lived under a roof.” The vampire’s hands slowed but he simply kept listening. “There were sometimes months on end when I didn’t really have an opportunity to just simply wash myself. Weeks in which I could merely get scraps of food and I was so thin you could count the rips through my tattered clothes. And… I’m sorry I’m rambling on about the past.” Your words end in a silent whisper. A lot of memories suddenly well up and you didn’t really feel like ruining the rest of the evening with unpleasant memories that lay well in the past.
“No, please, if you want to talk about it, I really want to hear what you have to say, my love.” Astarion let go of your hair and let his hands wander under the surface of the water to grab one of your hands and press it to his lips. “After all, you really taught me how healing it can be to talk about your past and trauma – and if I have the opportunity to do the same for you…”, he said and softly grabbed your chin to turn your face to his. His eyes looked suspiciously wet but shone with warmth and kindness. You could feel the tears coming now too, so you took a deep breather and stared at the ceiling for a good few moments before you continued.
“It’s just that I’ve never been able to have something good for long. My friends that you’ve met tonight – or rather the few remaining ones – are the only real good thing I had going for me for the longest time. And all this” – you raised an arm to signify everything around you and then moved to face the vampire better – “and especially and most of all: you” – you looked at Astarion and felt your throat close up – “are the best, the truly and honestly BEST thing that has ever happened to me. And when I lay with you or laugh with you or kiss you or talk to you I am as happy as I ever was in my life. But still…”
Your words got caught in your throat and the tears had started streaming down both of your cheeks.
“I cannot stop to wonder when the other shoe is going to drop”, you whispered hoarsely while you felt your lips quiver. And after you had finished you could do nothing but give in to your negative emotions overwhelming you. You closed your hands while the tears ran freely and you let out basically a howl of sorrow while you let your face lift skywards.
Sobs kept shaking your body as Astarion drew you in close and held you. Simply held you and kept talking you through your outbreak of emotions. His husky tone betrayed he felt and cried with and for you.
When your sobs subsided, you felt kind of empty – but better. Astarion kept rubbing circles on your shoulders and whispering to you. You lifted your head up to look at him but before you could say something he swiftly laid a finger on your lips to hush you. “First, let me say my thing please. And please don’t apologise for crying.” He’d caught you and the fact that he did made you already almost start to giggle again in a sudden burst of post-crying hysteria, but you simply nodded at him. “For as long as I live – or well, you know exist” – now you couldn’t help but giggle a little – “I’ll vow that I will take care of you and stay with you and that will do my best to keep you warm and fed and happy”, Astarion spoke solemnly while you could see tears well up in his eyes again. And it did exactly nothing to stop you from starting to cry again.
“No, hush, that’s enough tears for one night – it can’t be healthy to cry this much in one night, hush, love”, the vampire rambled in a panicky tone, obviously flustered and worried about how he could stop the well that you had become. But your tears dried up much quicker now. You wiped some leftovers from your eyes: “Now tell, is there any hope for my hair?” At that the elf grinned and wiggled his eyebrows at you while he started working on your matted braids again. After some time in now comfortable silence he gasped happily. “It might’ve been a challenge but here we go, all untangled”, he cheerfully declared and winked at you. “And are you going to re-braid it, or…” Astarion pursed his lips at you and angled his head to one side: “I think I actually quite like this look on you, at least for tonight.” You shrugged as if you didn’t care but blushed a little nonetheless.
“Now, my sweet, let’s get you out of the water, you surely have been soaked enough for one night. He gave you a little slap on the butt under the water, then grabbed you and threw you over his shoulder as if you were a sack of potatoes. Then he stood up and stepped out of the tub. You giggled and pinched his butt – to which you received a hearty slap onto yours.
He made you stand on the floor again to which you reacted with pouting because you had actually enjoyed his silly little act. But he only grabbed two very fuzzy towels, wrapped one around his hips – which made you pout even more because you had also enjoyed the view – and the other around you. Then he threw you over his shoulder once more which made you again giggle like a silly, lovesick teenage girl.
Astarion lovingly patted your backside while carrying you to the bedroom: “Now now, let’s make you think of other things, hm, my dear?” “Is that a promise?”, you replied in a cheeky tone. “It’s whatever you might want it to be, love.”

Denial.
◦ Pairing — Choi Yeonjun x GN! Reader, slight Kang Taehyun x Reader
◦ WC — ~5k
◦ Genre — Angst, Slight Hurt/Comfort & Romance in the end
◦ Warnings — Swearing, Mentions of cheating, Mentions of breaking up, Yeonjun just is not redeemable in this one...he insults Y/N a bit...Taehyun comforts you!
◦ A/N — This is my first full post lol, I hope it does well! Much thanks to @gyuwrites for helping me build and plan this fic! Bigger thanks to @yujipg for designing the graphic! I really appreciate the both of you so much! <3 Also thanks to the other k-labels/kflixnet members that beta’d!
You had always ignored the signs. You ignored it when he turned you down to hang out with her instead. She is one of his closest friends. It's fine. You ignored it when he wanted to study with her instead. Maybe they made plans beforehand... Yep, you had ignored every sign, choosing to make excuses for him. Because you loved him. But your love did nothing but bite you in the butt in the worst moment of your life.
“Hey, can we study for midterms together tonight? I miss you!” You had asked him on the phone just a few hours prior.
“Ah, not today babe…” Again, he was turning you down…
“Eh, why not? We haven’t seen each other all week!”
“I’m sorry…” He “claimed” to be. “I already promised—”
“No worries! I’ll just study on my own… Maybe next time!” You had cut him off, not wanting to drag on the conversation any longer.
You felt sad, knowing he was choosing her over you again, but you didn’t want to look like the jealous partner, so you folded. You always did…
“Jun can’t study with me tonight, so I think I’ll go to the library. I always do better there.” You chatted absentmindedly with your best friend Taehyun.
“He’s with her again isn’t he?” Taehyun sighed, “Nevermind. Let’s not talk about them.”
Taehyun didn’t like to talk about Yeonjun and that girl. It made him feel uncomfortable, feeling as if Yeonjun shouldn’t be prioritizing another person over the person he was dating. He had tried to talk to you about it, but it only ever made you sad, forcing him to give up on the conversation so you wouldn’t break down.
He wished Yeonjun would treat you better. He wished he could treat you better.
“Yeah, it’s whatever.” You waved your hand around, “She needs him. And I trust Jun. He’s never given me a reason not to, even though I wish I could see him more.”
“I can always talk to him about it,” Taehyun suggested, “If you want.”
“Nah.” You waved him off in response. “I don’t want him to feel like he has to choose. She was his friend before we even knew each other anyway. I couldn’t ask him to drop her. Just like how he couldn’t ask me to drop you, my dear childhood friend.”
Yeah, friend. Taehyun’s thoughts were bitter at that moment. You two had only ever been friends. He was the only one that had ever wanted to be more. You never seemed to think of him as anything else. Now to see you with Yeonjun, sucked. Especially because Taehyun knows that Yeonjun does not deserve you. Not at all.
“Your call.” He responded plainly. “You sure you don’t want me to come with you? I’m free.”
“No no! You have work in the morning right? I couldn’t interrupt your sleep, haha.”
You wouldn’t be interrupting anything… Taehyun wished he had the confidence to just tell you everything. All of his thoughts, everything he knew. But he just couldn’t do it. It could ruin everything. He was such a coward.
“Well, at least let me get you dinner first!”
“Sure Tyun,” You smiled, making his heart flip. “Let’s get dinner.”
After you’d gotten done with Taehyun, you grabbed your things and dashed right to the library. You were hoping nobody was in your “secret spot” that you and Yeonjun had found your first year of school. You studied there even if he wasn’t with you. It just brought you immense comfort.
As you turned the corner into that spot, your eyes widened in shock and then, betrayal. Yeonjun and his “friend” were wrapped around each other, lips entwined with such familiarity that you knew instantly that this was not their first time doing this.
“Oh-” You couldn’t stop the word from slipping out of your mouth, immediately catching the attention of your boyfriend and his companion.
“Y/N? You weren’t supposed to be here!” Yeonjun pulled away from the girl, pushing his hair back to try and make himself look composed.
“I… I don’t. What?” Your brain was still trying to process what was going on, and by the time it did, Yeonjun was already up, trying to reach out to grab you.
“This isn’t what it looks like, I swear!”
“Then what am I looking at Jun?”
“I— Look, Y/N, I-”
Feeling tears well up in your eyes, several thoughts ran through your head. Angry, bitter ones, but mostly hurt ones. How could he do something like that to you? Did he want you to see this? How long has this been going on? Weeks? Months? You figured that time didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things, but you couldn’t stop your brain. However, you knew you didn’t want them to see you break down. While Yeonjun was stuttering out apologies and excuses, you turned stiffly on your heel and dashed away, Yeonjun muttering something unheard to the girl before quickly running after you.
Walking out of the building completely, you kept your pace swift, needing the utmost distance from the library that you could find. You didn’t even have an exact location where you wanted to go. Anywhere that was far away from that jerk would be just fine with you, you supposed. But you knew you couldn’t go to your dorm, that was too easy. In your shock, you hadn’t even noticed you’d dropped your bag in the library. Maybe you could get one of your friends to grab it later because you weren’t sure if you’d be stepping back in there anytime soon. What was supposed to be a place of comfort to you had just become the setting for the worst night you had had in years.
You wondered if they were back there, laughing at you. You tried to tell yourself you didn't care, that it didn't matter, but you weren't that convincing because sooner than later you found yourself bawling at a random bus stop. You continued sobbing as you got on and off the bus, not caring that you looked embarrassing. Some kind older women tried to comfort you, but the most they could do was offer you tissues and sympathetic glances.
Your body had gone onto autopilot after you started sobbing. You hadn’t even noticed that you were on a familiar route, walking through a familiar park. Your thoughts only kicked in when you sat down on the bench in the exact park he had confessed that he liked you two years back. Why would I even come here? Now I'm just torturing myself.
"Y/N!" A familiar voice belonging to a familiar jerk pleaded, sounding like it was getting annoyingly close to your location. “Y/N! Are you out here?”
How would he even know you’d come here? Standing up as quickly as possible, you started speed-walking in the opposite direction of the voice. It was too soon. It was not the time, and you were pretty sure it would never be the time. The same voice that was once calling you “the most beautiful person he’d ever seen” belonged to the same mouth that was kissing someone else behind your back. What's the point of dating you if he was just going to cheat? It would’ve been better if he had just broken up with you! It would’ve hurt, but way less than this.
"Y/N! Slow down!" You sped up, trying to show him you did not want to talk.
"Leave me alone." You turned a corner, trying to find a way to lose him.
"Please! Please, just let me explain."
You spun around to face him, watching him throw his bike down to the side. Ah, he rode his bike here. That’s how he got here so quickly. Had he followed the bus on his bike too? You used to find his dedication so admirable, but now you felt nothing.
"There's nothing to explain, J- Yeonjun.” You forced yourself to use his actual name, to show him you were serious. “I saw what I saw. There's nothing else to the story. How could you do something like that? To me?"
Your voice wavered with every word, but you forced yourself to get them out. No matter how hurt you were. No matter how much you wanted to curl up and cry. No matter how much you wished this was just a bad dream. You needed to know. You needed to know why you weren’t good enough.
"Y/N, it was a mistake-"
“No." He was not about to pull the classic ‘cheater gets caught and cries’ card. A spike of anger instantly filled you. "Don’t give me shit, Yeonjun! It was obvious that something was going on! I noticed everything! I saw all the signs and I ignored them. Why? Because I trusted you. I trusted you in our relationship, I trusted you to be honest, and I trusted you with my heart. But I was stupid, I was so, so stupid. But not now. I'm not going to keel over. Just tell me why. That’s all I want because this is over. We’re done, so just tell me why you did it."
You refused to say more. You’d gotten out everything you wanted to say for now. Crossing your arms you glared defiantly into the eyes of your ex until he lowered his head. But after what seemed like hours of staring at him, he still said nothing. His eyes were glued to the ground below him, and you couldn’t tell what he could be thinking. Your thoughts drifted to the girl for a second, wondering what was going through her mind. You quickly shook those thoughts away, this wasn’t about her. This was about you and Jun.
"Come on tell me," You hissed out, making Yeonjun finally return your eye contact. You stared deep into his eyes, making your face as blank as you could manage. “I’ll give you one minute before I walk away. Just tell me. Why wasn’t I enough for you?”
You could see the gears turning behind his eyes. You wondered if he was gonna pull that cliche and have a good excuse like you read in those fanfic stories. You wondered if he was gonna turn the tables and yell at you. If he’d just walk away. But as you wondered and time ran out, he didn't say a word. He just kept looking down at the ground. In your heart, he instantly became nothing to you. Silence doesn't always equal guilty, but in this case, you were the jury and your verdict was guilty.
"Three... Two. One." You counted down, half wanting him to stop you. "Okay, Goodbye Jun."
As you turned your back on him, you heard him take a deep sigh. Oh, now he wants to say something? He always did have a flair for the dramatics. You turned back around, eyes widening when Yeonjun no longer looked guilty. He looked…annoyed.
“You want to know why?” His voice was low, filled with spite. “Because you were boring. It was always about studying with you. Library date this, library date that. So fucking boring.”
Your mouth instantly gaped open. This was not what you were expecting to hear. Yeonjun, however, wasn’t done. He crossed his arms, glaring at you before he continued talking.
“And when you weren’t being fucking boring, you were clingy! Jun, I miss you! Jun when can we hang out? Jun, can I come to hang out with you and the guys?” He mocked your voice effortlessly, gesturing with his hands. “I never got a fucking break with you. Never a moment to myself with you. Granted it was cute the first year, but then I started realizing just how much it pissed me off.”
You wrapped your arms around yourself unconsciously, trying to shield yourself from his words. The tears that had dried up on your face had returned, sliding down your cheeks to your chin. You never thought you’d be hearing these words from Yeonjun. Your sweet, considerate boyfriend? It was like he never existed now.
Yeonjun was still ranting on, while you tried to curl into yourself. You were reflecting on his words, criticizing yourself. You’d never seen yourself as clingy or boring before… You thought he had enjoyed doing your library dates! Why hadn’t he just talked to you?
“Why didn’t you tell me you felt this way…?”
“Obviously because you would’ve done something like this! Crying to make yourself look like a victim.”
“Yeonjun, you cheated on me! I am a victim!”
“You deserved it.” He spat. “Didn’t you say you denied everything in your head? You did it to yourself! It was so obvious, right? You wanted to get cheated on.”
He’s not making any sense! Nobody wants to get cheated on! You tried to talk over Yeonjun, but he tuned you out. He went on to tell you that his “new girlfriend” was nothing like you and how much better she was than you. Just overall crushing your self-esteem. In the middle of it all, you just couldn’t take it anymore and you slapped him.
“Why come out here and pretend you wanted to apologize!?” You screamed, wiping your tears furiously as he held his cheek. “Since you hate me so fucking much!”
“I was apologizing out of pity.” Yeonjun held his stinging cheek, bright eyes burning a hole through yours. “But, you deserved to know the truth.”
You stared at Yeonjun like he had grown another head. His hostility to you was completely unwarranted! You’d done nothing wrong. There was so much time for him to talk to you about how he felt, but instead, he cheated on you? Now he wanted to play victim?! Was this even the same Choi Yeonjun you fell in love with? The sadness and hurt running through your body were instantly taken over by disgust.
“Wow.” You sighed, throwing in the towel. You couldn’t stand being near him any longer. “I can’t do this anymore. Just, leave me alone from this point on. Lose my number, don’t talk to me at school. You can give my dorm key to one of our mutual friends. I’m done with you. I’m glad I found out what you were really like underneath all the lies.”
“Whatever.” Yeonjun rolled his eyes. “Like I care what you think.”
You turned and instantly headed back in the general direction of the bus stop. You refused to look back at Yeonjun or even try to have the last word. You were slowly becoming numb. From the cold and the confrontation you had just had, you felt everything just go numb. You couldn’t wait to get back to your dorm so you could be alone to process everything that was going on. You couldn’t even cry anymore. All you could do was walk forward, hoping you wouldn’t cross paths with him again.
You decided to call your friends when you got back to your room. They were mutual friends between you and Yeonjun, but you figured you should be the one to give everyone the news. You just hoped they wouldn’t take his side. It’s not that you thought they were the type to do so, but except for Taehyun, everyone had been friends with Yeonjun longer than they had known you existed. But you loved them like brothers, you just hoped they’d still have that same sentiment for you.
You had to throw some cold water on your face, but even then it was still obvious that you had been crying. Oh well, they’re gonna find out anyway. You quickly went to your video calling app, selected the four boys’ contact names, and started a call. Eventually, they all answered, which was surprising because usually one of them was missing. When your screen brightened up with Soobin, Kai, Beomgyu, and Taehyun’s faces, you felt the tears start to come up again.
“Hey!!” Beomgyu greeted enthusiastically, before noticing your sullen face. “Wait, Y/N, what’s wrong? Did someone die?”
All attention was on you now. The call went silent as you took a deep breath. You just had to come out and say it, no use beating the bush.
"I broke up with Yeonjun." Your friends’ faces instantly became laced with shock.
“Huh?” Beomgyu was the first to speak, confusion on his pixelated face.
“Say you’re joking.” Kai pleaded, Soobin shaking his head silently.
“Nope, I’m very serious.”
“I thought you were studying alone tonight?” Taehyun wondered out loud.
"I was… Well, I was supposed to. But when I went to the library, I found out that he’s been cheating on me… With you know who."
Your friends’ faces were unreadable. The boys immediately started talking all at once, trying to get their questions answered, but you couldn’t keep up. Soobin was trying to get them to settle down, but you could tell he wasn't gonna be doing much good in the long run. You could feel a headache coming on so you cleared your throat, raising your voice to hopefully be louder than them.
"He followed me when I ran off to the park where he asked me out. And then he called me boring and clingy and so much other horrible stuff until I just got enough. I slapped him and I left a while later."
“What an idiot,” Soobin responded. “Who does that to someone?”
“I told him he needed to cut it out,” Beomgyu said, catching your attention before instantly realizing his mistake and clapping his hand over his mouth.
“Gyu? You knew about this?” You asked in disbelief.Beomgyu looked away from the screen in shame. This was the second time you were feeling betrayed tonight. This is the worst night of my life.
“I’m sorry Y/N…” Kai responded in Beomgyu’s place. “We all knew… We caught him a few weeks ago…”
“And none of you bothered you tell me?” Your voice came out broken, this heavy feeling of betrayal not even allowing you to feel anger, only heartbreak. “Tyun…? You too?”
“We… We tried to stop him. We didn’t want you to know because we wanted to protect you. He told us he was going to stop and we believed him… We should’ve talked to you.” Your best friend explained guiltily, his voice coming through your phone softly.
“We weren’t trying to hurt you Y/N,” Soobin added. “We all care for you, but we made a mistake. We should’ve told you. I’m sorry.”
“Me too…” Kai and Beomgyu apologized in unison, Taehyun following after.
After that, you told them you were tired and going to bed early. You said you’d have to think about everything you had heard that night and that you’d appreciate some space. Nobody tried to stop you, and that was good because as soon as you were out of the call, you started breaking down again. Nothing was going right for you today. You flopped down onto your bed and cried yourself to sleep that night.
The next day you went to your classes as usual. You heard a lot of whispers, especially when your classmates spotted them holding hands publicly. You pretended it didn’t bother you and went back to your room as soon as classes were done for the day. You might have put on a tough shell in front of everyone, but to tell the truth, you were heartbroken. He had been your first real boyfriend and he did you just like that? He was parading her around with no discretion or shame. He hadn’t even given it 48 hours!
It’s like he never even cared for me at all. You flopped down ungracefully onto the bed, your face squished into your pillows. Setting yourself up for another crying fit, you knew no amount of ice cream or cold water was prepared to soothe your pain. Stuffing yourself into more comfortable clothes, you grabbed your pillow and lay on your side. No sooner than you had done that, you heard a knock at your door.
"Y/N. It's me, Taehyun. I know you said you want space, but…" You perked up a little bit after hearing your best friend's voice, even though you were still upset. “I really want to see you.”
After the initial shock of the situation had worn off, you were mostly forgiving of your friends. It was a sticky situation, and you weren’t sure you wouldn’t have done what they did if you were in their place. They had tried to speak with you when you encountered each other in the halls during classes, but you were so out of it that you sped by them. I guess Taehyun decided he’d take matters into his own hands.
The boys had wanted to come and check on you, but Taehyun, knowing you wouldn't be down to talk to all of them at once, told them he’d go on his own and send their wishes. They talked for an hour after classes and discussed their game plan. They were all upset at Yeonjun. Soobin especially, being Yeonjun’s closest friend, was extremely disappointed. He wasn’t sure individually where his friends were going to go with their friendships with Yeonjun, but Taehyun knew that he was done with him. Taehyun would always choose you over everyone else, no matter what. You were his family, his best friend, his world.
“Please, Y/N? I brought your favorite snacks…” He knocked again, hoping you weren’t asleep. You weren’t, especially after hearing he brought snacks.
After hearing you say 'come in,' he did just that. Being careful to close the door quietly behind him, Taehyun made his way into your room holding a plastic bag. He put it down on your desk before shifting his attention to you. You sat up in the bed, watching him get near. As soon as he got close enough, he wrapped his arms around you, breathing in your scent and sighing deeply. You let him comfort you, knowing that you missed him just as much as he missed you.
Letting go of you, Taehyun sat down next to you on the bed. The silence in the room wasn’t awkward like you thought it would be. It was comfortable and relaxed. You wondered who was going to be the first to say something, and apparently, he was thinking the same thing. You both side-eyed each other until you made eye contact and immediately started laughing. The room filled with your harmonious laughter until Taehyun settled down, choosing to take the first step.
"I'm so sorry," Taehyun said, hugging you again. He always gave the best hugs when you needed them. "For everything. For what that idiot did and for not telling you when we found out. You’re my best friend, you know? I hate when you’re sad."
“I know, Tyun.” You reciprocated his hug, “I forgive you.”
“Do you want to talk about…him? We don’t have to, I just want to give you room to vent if that’s what you feel like you need to do.”
You thought about it. You had pretty much cried everything away, but you knew you could still get worked up if triggered. But you wanted to share everything with Taehyun. Even at your worst. So, you nodded your head before speaking.
"I just feel so defeated, Tyun." You confessed, "I just can't believe him."
"It was very unexpected. Yeonjun was the last person I'd think would be a cheater. I thought he stood for more than that."
"You and me both.." You mumbled bitterly. “How could I have been so blind?”
“Don’t,” Taehyun scolded you lightly, “Don’t talk bad about yourself. He’s the problem, not you. Okay?”
“Okay.” You repeated. “It’s just hard for me not to. After he said I was being clingy and crap it’s hard not to have a low self-view, heh…”
“What exactly did he say to you?”
As you filled him in on what you could remember from last night’s conversation, paraphrasing here and there, Taehyun could only start to see red. He was mad at Yeonjun before, but now he was pissed. He wanted to go find Yeonjun and give him a piece of his mind. How could anyone say that type of stuff about you? The person that would bend over backward for everyone, who was kind enough to befriend a friendless loner like him? You were like Taehyun’s personal angel, and he was not going to let anyone talk badly about you. Especially not someone who claimed they loved you. The next time he saw Yeonjun, he’d be leaving with a black eye. That’s a Kang Taehyun promise.
“Woah Tyun, you’re shaking!” You put your hands over his hands, pulling him out of his thoughts. “You okay?”
“Oh yeah! Sorry,” He reveled in the feeling of your hands touching. God, you made him feel so weak. “I just got really mad there for a second.”
"Well, let's not dwell too much on that then," You suggested, "I don’t want you to get angry over me. I’m glad you care enough about me to get angry though, haha.”
Oh if only you knew… If only you knew.
“Anyway, you said you brought snacks. Let’s watch some movies together or something… Spending time with you is enough to cheer me up in general, but we should at least have some background noise!"
You got up off the bed, Taehyun immediately missing your warmth. Grabbing the bag he had brought earlier, you looked inside to see it was stocked up with all your favorite types of candies, and chips and even had a couple of bottles of your favorite drinks. Rich people surely do come in handy sometimes. Not hesitating one bit, you grabbed a bag of candy, ripping it open before tossing a piece in your mouth.
“Sheesh, save some for me!” Taehyun joked, getting up to pull you back over to the bed, the bag of snacks coming along with you.
"Ah, ya snooze ya lose!” You grinned, “In all seriousness though, thank you so much, Tyun. I appreciate it."
“I’d do anything for you, Y/N.” Taehyun blurted out absentmindedly. “I love you a lot.”
When he realized what he said, he instantly flushed bright red. Your face was warm too, amd the both of you turned away from each other to hide your faces. Of course, you had told each other “I love you” before, but the way he said it just now was… different. Like it was holding a deeper meaning than just a platonic declaration of affection.
“Sorry…” He rubbed the back of his neck, “Was that weird?”
“No no!” You waved him off, quickly reassuring him. “You’re fine.”
Your face still felt a bit hot, but you coughed it away. Debating what to watch with Taehyun, you too eventually settled on a movie you had both wanted to see for a while. You snuggled into each other, eating the snacks and making side comments during the watch. It was like every other time you two hung out, but this time it just seemed like there was more to it.
Ugh, relax Y/N. You just got out of a relationship. Plus, Taehyun doesn’t see you that way. We’ve been friends since we were kids. You’re just… feeling emotional right now. You talked yourself down, denying your feelings. Did you even have feelings? Maybe you had been too blinded by Yeonjun to notice that you may have had a semblance of feelings for your best friend. It didn’t matter, you weren’t going to use Taehyun as a rebound. That was if he even liked you in the first place. You gave yourself a mental slap in the face before going back to watching the movie.
A few hours later, the movie was finally over. You were getting tired, the snacks were gone, and Taehyun hadn’t said a word in minutes. You glanced over at him, seeing that he had nodded off. He looks so pretty… I mean, peaceful. Yeah, peaceful. You facepalmed yourself. What was up with you today?
“Tyun?” You whispered your best friend’s name. He didn’t respond.
You tried nudging him a bit, but from where you were smushed into his side, you couldn’t move much yourself. You whispered his name a few more times, trying to coax him awake. That was until you looked at your clock on the wall and saw that it was around 2 in the morning. Yeah, I’d be a terrible person if I woke him up right now and sent him home.
Deciding to just go with the flow, you curled deeper into Taehyun’s side. You were slowly dozing off, reflecting on the past days… So far you had gotten cheated on, broken up with your first boyfriend of two years, and started feeling a romantic(?) interest in your best friend. It’s like I’m in a novel or something.
“Mm…Y/N…” You were startled by Taehyun talking in his sleep. Usually, only Beomgyu did that. “I like you… A lot…”
You think your face could’ve been the sole cause of global warming with how hot it got after that. Is he dreaming about me? Well obviously, he said my name! He said he likes me! You willed yourself to calm down, trying not to move around too much and risk waking up Taehyun. You wouldn’t know what to say if he opened his eyes at the moment. You’d probably look like an idiot.
Taehyun let out a soft laugh in his sleep. It was one of the prettiest things you’d heard in a while. Man, you were down horrendous. You wondered what he was dreaming about. Maybe you’d ask him in the morning. Maybe you’d ask him out for breakfast. Yeah no, your brain needed to shut off immediately. That was too fast. You were still recovering from a breakup after all.
Finally settling down enough, you closed your eyes. This had been a wild 48 hours for you, with so many discoveries. But one thing was for certain if anything: You were most definitely falling for your best friend.

-
You kept bracing for moving in with Ted to get old but every time you heard his key in the door you got butterflies all over again. Sometimes he had a treat for you, a bunch of flowers or a sweet, but he always had a story…except for today.
Today, Ted looked downright bedraggled when you made your way out of the kitchen to greet him. You were cooking dinner and had quickly washed your hands, slinging your blue dish towel over your shoulder after you’d dried them so you could wrap Ted in your arms. He smiled, but it didn’t quite meet his eyes and he was uncharacteristically quiet when you asked after his day.
It was easy to tell something was up, but you didn’t want to pry—yet—so you just kept a close eye as you returned to cooking...and saw him limping into the living room.
“Ted,” you exclaimed turning off the burners and stalking behind him as he flopped unceremoniously on the couch, “what did you do to yourself?!”
“Just pulled my hamstring, darlin’,” Ted sighed. “As it turns out, I’m old.”
You couldn’t help but chuckle as you slid onto the couch under him, lifting his legs gingerly into your lap. “Is that what you’re moping about? Surprised you’re just now finding out.”
Ted tilted his head up and shot you a playful glare, and you lifted one of his hands to your lips to kiss in apology. “I’m sorry baby I shouldn’t joke. You were trying to keep up with the boys again weren’t you?” You kept his hand in yours, tangling your fingers together.
Ted looked at you, his eyes a little sad even as he tried to be playful, “I guess I’m just still in denial about—” he tapped his hand against his soft middle to finish his sentence. “And I guess I thought I could stave off you leaving me for one of those Adonises.” You smiled for Ted’s sake but you knew you couldn’t let that stand, a kernel of truth underneath his exaggeration.
“Do I need to go cover all the mirrors and show you about—" You ran your hand along his belly similar to the way he had, and he smirked when he realized what you were referencing. “It worked wonders for me.”
“Oh, baby I’m okay. You don’t have to—”
“No you’re right,” you interrupted before he could dissuade you, climbing into his lap and carefully avoiding his injured leg. “I should find my own way to show you how much I love your body.” You placed an open-mouthed kiss just under his jaw and felt his sharp exhale. “You are not a consolation prize.” You kissed his lips and he met you eagerly, with more energy than he’d come home with. “I love everything about this body of yours.” You sat back to tug his sweater off of him and unbutton the shirt underneath, placing kisses against the warm freckled skin you revealed.
Ted tried to stop the movement of your hands as you worked your way toward his belt, but you waved him off. “We don’t have to do anything you don’t want to baby, but I’d love to show you how much I mean it.” Ted looked at you, his eyes a little glassy and his lips already plump from your attention.
“Okay,” Ted agreed and you could tell it took effort for him to do so. You smiled and got his help wiggling his pants off so that he was only in his underwear underneath you. You took your time running your hands over every inch of skin, your lips following your fingers. “I love these strong arms and broad shoulders,” you cooed at him, “especially when I get to wake up wrapped up tight in them.”
“I love that too, sweetheart,” Ted said softly and you stretched up to meet his lips before kissing down his chest. You shot him a mischievous look before you leaned down and flicked your tongue against his nipple and he shuddered underneath you.
“I love how responsive you are,” you teased and he chuckled, the sound turning into a soft groan when you nipped against his belly. “I love how soft you are. The second best seat in the house right here.” You kissed across the soft hair on his middle and found yourself getting hot and bothered at the memory of all the times you’d straddled the very spot. You couldn’t stop yourself from climbing back up to kiss the actual best seat in the house, your tongue sliding easily into his mouth. Your legs framed one of his and it took all of your restraint not to press into him and give in to your own arousal, wanting to keep this all about him. You snuck your hand between your bodies, tugging Ted's striped boxer briefs down enough to get your hand on him. He moaned into your mouth as you slowly stroked his hard length.
“I love that being soft doesn’t stop you from being strong,” you spoke lowly in his ear as you continued to caress him. “Especially when you’re fucking me into the mattress.”
“Fuck,” Ted whimpered at your dirty talk. You wanted to work him up faster, wanted to make him cum just like this as you whispered everything you loved about him in his ear, but you could use a little lubrication. You brought your hand up to your mouth, licking a wet stripe up your palm as Ted watched with wide, adoring eyes.
“Strong enough to absolutely rail me against the dresser, remember that,” you asked and Ted nodded quickly, the memory clearly working for him as his thick cock twitched in your hand. In between praises and memories, you licked and nipped and kissed at him and he melted underneath you. “And a dad bod certainly doesn’t stop you from eating me out like I’m your last meal on death row.” Ted threw his head back with a groan, his teeth gritted, “Shit, I love you darlin’, I’m c-close. You feel so good.”
You sat up slightly so you could see his face, one hand holding the back of his neck and making him look at you. “Good. I want you to come for me, baby. I want you to come thinking about how perfect your body is for me. You’re everything I want.” You picked up the pace of your hand, slightly restricted by Ted’s underwear and you chided yourself for not just taking them off. Despite being fully dressed yourself, you could tell your own underwear was soaked through. It was rare that you got to see him like this and you were relishing it. Ted was writhing underneath you, his eyes half-closed and hazy. “Go on baby, let go for me.”
Ted came into your fist with a sustained groan, his hands that had been gripping the couch finding your hips and clinging to you tightly as he rode the wave of his orgasm. He kissed you as he caught his breath and slumped back into the cushion. You clambered up to straddle his middle and he ran his large hands up your thighs.
“You coming up here,” Ted asked with a smile, gesturing toward his face.
“Nah, don’t worry about me, love, this was about you. Now why don’t you go get cleaned up and we can eat dinner?”
Ted looked sheepish for a moment at only taking and not giving, before it faded into pure adoration. “I love you, darlin’.”
“I love you too, Ted,” you grinned, as you helped him and his injured leg up off the couch.

requested: sorta!
warnings: agere, little space
wc: 806
a/n: this has been in my drafts since february. FEBRUARY. this was requested by an anon ages ago and im sooo sorry for just now posting it. like this was right when i started writing little!austin.....anyway. posting this because i havent posted in three days and i feel BAD !! writers block is kicking my butt. enjoy.
masterlist
not only was christmas your favorite holiday, but it was austin's too. what made it more special was that this christmas would be your first together. having moved in with austin several months ago, that meant you got to help decorate for christmas which was truly one of your favorite parts of the holiday. of course, there were some arguments here and there. one about wanting an inflatable snowman out in the front yard but austin wanting santa claus. you wanted white lights and austin wanted multicolored lights. at least you both decorated the tree with no arguments.
to top everything off, you learned about a new side of austin a few weeks before christmas after catching austin baby talking to a stuffie he had tucked away in his closet. he didn't know that you knew about that side of him. however, you wanted him to know that it was okay to open up to you about it whenever he was ready and by doing that, you decided you were going to spoil him for your first christmas together.
you could tell austin was really trying to hold it in on christmas morning. he was visibly excited, bouncing his leg up and down during breakfast and tapping his fingers on the table to fight off that feeling in his head. you just hoped austin didn't get upset at your choice in gifts today.
"i don't think i've ever seen you so excited." you chuckled, sipping from your christmas mug.
austin laughed awkwardly, "i just really like christmas, i guess." he toyed with his own mug, running his hands around it, feeling the smooth, warm texture of the glass. "it's our first christmas together, y'know?"
"mhm," you nodded. "first of many, hopefully." you joked, cringing slightly at your poor joke.
he looked at you with a straight face, squinting his eyes. "what's that supposed to mean?"
"bad joke. let's go open presents." you quickly said, leaving the kitchen.
austin shook his head and followed you, eyes widening at the amount of gifts under the tree. he'd gotten you a few things, but when he checked the tree last night, there definitely wasn't that many gifts there last night.
you sat down in front of the tree, grinning. "looks like santa stopped by."
austin looked at you confused, sitting down in a criss-crossed position. seeing the gifts, the idea of santa actually coming and bringing him gifts all mixed with the excitement of christmas was almost overwhelming for him. but he needed to hold it together, hoping he could find time to slip by himself later today. his thoughts were interrupted once you placed a small gift in his lap, smiling wide.
you noticed how off he was and decided to rip it off like a bandaid, having the first gift he opens be one for his little self.
he unwrapped the tiny box, careful of not ripping up the bow and setting the tinsel aside. panic arose once he opened it, revealing a small, glow in the dark paci with little stars on it. "i-what-" he stuttered, looking at you with concerned eyes.
"you don't have to tell me now. you can explain things to me when you're more comfortable, but i just-i don't know. gotta be better than just using your thumb, 's got germs and everything."
austin just wanted to cry. not sad tears, but happy tears. he just stared at the paci in awe, the feelings in his head finally coming together, as if it a switch were flicked on in his brain. his glassy eyes met yours, unsure of what to say. "'s not weird?" he finally asked, still in denial of how accepting you were of him.
letting out a gasp, "weird? of course not! i love my little baby boy, i would never think he's weird."
his lips perked up at you saying the words, pointing at himself.
"yes that's right! you're my baby boy and i love you so so much." you smiled. "in fact, how about another gift? hm?" you dug through the gifts and handed him another one, a slightly bigger box wrapped in santa themed paper. he opened it excitedly, gasping and pulling out his new plushed friend, a puppy with brown flappy ears. "did santa bring you a new friend?"
too far gone in his headspace to reply, he hugged the stuffed, plush puppy close to his chest as bounced happily, babbling tiny little 'thank you's. you'd never seen austin so happy and so comfortable around you. although you had gifts for big austin as well, seeing little austin enjoy every single plushie, toy, and sippy cups that you had gifted him as a way to show you cared was all you needed to make this christmas the best one you've ever had.

Chapter 13 is up! It's the last full chapter of the fic...we're almost there...
It's time for Mabel and Dipper to go home…
You can read the whole fic on A03 or this chapter below the cut.
Chapter 13 – Back to the Future
“I never was good with girls…” Ford frowned, his brow furrowed as he tried to remember more details about his childhood.
Stan poked Ford. “You can say that again. You and your kissing machine.”
Ford looked confused for a moment, then his cheeks grew red from embarrassment as he seemed to recall the memory. “How about we don’t talk about that-”
“You built a kissing machine?!? That’s amazing!” Mabel blurted. Relishing in both the details of her grunkle’s childhood and at this new information.
“Better than a leaf blower, right Mabel?” Dipper smirked, then laughed as Mabel punched him.
“Hey, that leaf blower saved our butts!”
It had been almost a week since the memory gun incident, and Mabel was beyond thrilled at Ford’s progress. And even more relieved that Stan seemed to be doing better too. Sure, there still seemed to be gaps in his memory, but it was way better than it had been! Even Fiddleford had helped a little, filling Ford in on some of his college years. Though at the moment, the inventor was downstairs. Mabel had a sneaking suspicion that he was working on the time machine, but seeing as she didn’t really want to think about that, she pushed the thought aside.
“You have to tell us about the kissing machine, Grunkle Ford!”
“Oh, it was great, he even tried to hide it from me. But there wasn’t much he couldn’t keep from me.” Stan grinned and Ford pouted, his face growing redder.
“Let’s talk about something else.” He mumbled, then perked up. “You had a girlfriend, right Stanley?”
Stan let out a breath of disappointment, he clearly enjoyed poking fun at Ford. “Yeah, Carla.”
“OH MY GOSH! What was she like?!? How long did you date? What happened? Where is she now?” The questions spilled out of Mabel’s mouth almost faster than she could say them.
Stan chuckled and shook his head. “I thought we were supposed to be talking about Ford’s memories, not mine.”
“Well, they are kind of connected…” Dipper said, smiling sheepishly when Stan shot him a look.
“You asked her out our sophomore year…right?” Ford asked, his brow once again furrowed.
“Yup, though only at the very end.” Stan said, crossing his arms. “But then she fell for some hippie looser in senior year and I never saw her again.”
“Aww, that’s so sad.” Mabel frowned, then straightened up. “Maybe you could find her again!”
Shaking his head, Stan laughed quickly. “Nah, I bet she’s married off to that loser by now, or someone else. It’s not important.”
Mabel opened her mouth to object when there was a knock on the wall of the parlor.
Looking up, she saw Fiddleford standing there, holding the time machine.
“Uh…sorry to interrupt but,” he held up the tape measure. “I think I managed to fix this here time machine.”
“Really? You fixed all of the parts?” Dipper asked, seeming genuinely interested in the progress that had been made. However, Mabel couldn’t help but wish that it’d taken a little longer to fix.
“I think so. I tested it and everything seems to be worki-”
Mabel jumped in before he could say anything more. “Maybe you should double check it? And it’s getting kind of late, we should probably wait until tomorrow!”
“Mabel…we’ve been here for over a week…” Dipper said quietly, giving her a concerned look.
“But…”
“Your brother’s right kiddo.” Stan said, ruffling her hair. “You really should get back home.”
Mabel glanced at Stan, and despite his words, she saw sadness lining his gaze. “But…you still need us here! Ford still needs to remember more and-”
“And thanks to you, I know he’ll keep remembering.” Stan gave her a smile, then crouched down to her level. “And of course, I don’t want you to go, but you have a whole life ahead of you. Besides, you’ll see us again. Faster than we’ll see you I’d imagine.”
Biting the inside of her cheek, Mabel wrestled with her feelings. She knew he was right, but it didn’t make her want to leave any faster. “You sure you’ll be okay?”
Stan laughed lightly. “Yeah, I’ll be okay, kiddo.”
“I’ll keep an eye on him.”
Mabel glanced at Ford, who was smiling at her. She knew he was still healing but his smile was genuine and from what she had seen over the past few days, he meant it.
“What do you say, Mabel?” Dipper asked, holding out his hand.
Sighing, Mabel closed her eyes and tried not to think about how much she didn’t want to go.
“I’ll help you get Waddles as soon as we get back.”
Opening her eyes, Mabel saw Dipper smiling at her and she hesitantly smiled back. “Okay…”
Despite hating goodbyes, Mabel knew she couldn’t leave without one more thing. Turning to Stan she flung her arms around him, and he returned the hug without hesitation.
“Don’t forget to invite us to Gravity Falls.” She said quietly.
“I won’t. I promise.”
Pulling back, Mabel smiled at him before looking at Dipper then Ford. “I guess we should go but…”
“Awkward group hug?” Dipper asked.
Laughing, Mabel nodded. Stan pulled Ford into the hug and Dipper joined in. At the very end, Mabel even pulled Fiddleford in for a second. She wanted it to last forever, but after a few seconds, they pulled away.
“Here ya go.” Fiddleford held out the time machine.
Mabel looked at it, but couldn’t make herself take it. Instead, Dipper accepted it then looked at Mabel.
“Ready?”
Looking at the younger versions of her grunkles one last time, she took a breath and nodded. “Ready.”
Then Dipper pulled the tape measure out to the right time and let go. Mabel grabbed his hand and the world went white.
-----
It was quiet in the house. Fiddleford had worked on the portal a little more before realizing he needed to go back to his apartment to check on some things. Stan had let him borrow his car, leaving Stan and Ford alone. The kids couldn’t have left more than thirty minutes ago, but Stan missed Mabel. It was silly really. He knew she had to go; he’d told her as much. But she’d brought so much light to his dim world. Her absence made everything seem dark.
“Stanley?”
Ford’s voice shook Stan out of his thoughts. He glanced at his brother, surprised to see the concerned look on his face and even more surprised when Ford placed a hand on his shoulder.
“We’ll see them again.” Ford gave him a small smile.
Stan tried to return it, but it was easier said than done. He was thrilled that Ford was remembering more, and even more so that their connection as kids was slowly being restored. But deep down, he knew that there was still one gaping memory in Ford’s life that he hadn’t remembered. And Stan had no idea how his brother would react if he did remember it. Was it bad that Stan hoped he never would?
“I am curious…” Ford trailed off, as if not sure that he should continue.
Stan tried to brush off his worries. “‘Bout what?”
“Well…I remember college. Or at least, some of it. And I remember high school graduation. But…for some reason, you aren’t in any of those memories.”
Stan’s stomach dropped. Why couldn’t Ford be curious about something else? Swallowing, Stan tried not to let his anxiety show. “Eh, I was busy traveling…that’s all.” He tried for a carefree smile, even though he was feeling anything but carefree.
Ford frowned; his brow furrowed.
“Hey, don’t think too hard, remember? Don’t want any bad headaches!” Stan spoke quickly, hoping his desperation didn’t show through. Back when Ford had first started remembering, he’d gotten headaches, especially when he tried too hard to remember. Sure, it was a way to get him to stop asking questions but…it was a good excuse.
“Oh…right…though I haven’t gotten a headache in a few days.”
“Can’t be too careful.” Stan forced a grin.
Ford hummed and looked away, still looking lost in thought.
“Well, I’m getting hungry, maybe-”
“Stanley.” The seriousness in Ford’s voice effectively cut off his tangent. “I…something happened between us. What…what was it?”
Swallowing, Stan glanced at the kitchen, wishing he could just ignore Ford’s question and do something else to distract him. And maybe he could but…what if Ford remembered later? And Stan couldn’t explain what happened? About how it really had been an accident?
Letting out a breath and trying to ignore the knots in his stomach, Stan gestured to the couch. “Might want to sit down…it’s…” He looked away. “It’s not…fun…”
Out of the corner of his eye, Stan saw Ford frowning, but he did as he was told, sitting down on the couch.
Stan expected him to say something else, but his brother was silent, looking at the ground. Trying not to think about the can of worms he was about to open, he sat down next to Ford and fiddled with the sleeves of his hoodie.
“Senior year…do…do you remember any of it?” The words felt heavy on Stan’s tongue, but it felt safer than just going straight to the point.
Humming, Ford glanced at Stan, then back at the floor. “A little…I remember taking some AP classes…and not having a very good time at a school dance…” His brow furrowed and he glanced at Stan. “Did you dump punch on yourself?”
Stan let out a quiet laugh. “Yeah…some girl was a jerk to you, and I thought…it might make you feel better if you weren’t the only one with punch on your suit.”
A small smile grew on Ford’s mouth. “You always tried to cheer me up…”
Swallowing didn’t get rid of the lump in Stan’s throat. “Yeah…”
“So what-” Ford’s voice cut off.
Stan glanced at him and saw shadow pass over his face. Something had changed…and fear gripped Stan’s heart.
“My project…”
Just two words. But they were exactly the ones Stan was afraid of. “Ford I should-”
“It was broken…and…” Ford sat up straight and the anger that crossed his face made Stan shrink away. He felt like that seventeen-year-old kid again. So scared of a future without Ford’s support and companionship.
“You broke it.” The accusation hit Stan as hard as it had the first time, though Ford’s voice was more of an icy calm now, not the accusatory yelling of when they were teenagers. But one thing had changed. Stan had spent ten years living with the consequences of his actions. He knew what life was like without Ford. He could survive but…he didn’t want to lose his brother again. Not after he had just gotten him back, and especially not because of a stupid mistake he’d made when he was a kid.
Forcing himself to look at his brother, Stan did what he hadn’t been able to do all those years ago. He told the truth. “I didn’t mean to, Ford. Honest. I…I was mad at the machine, and I did visit the gym. But I swear, when I left, it was still working. And I…” Looking at the ground, Stan sighed and shook his head. “I never meant to hurt you, Ford…I never wanted to…” He closed his eyes, trying not to let his emotions overwhelm him. “I was scared and…I…I’m sorry I ruined your future.”
Silence filled the room. Stan couldn’t bear to look at Ford, so he kept his eye closed. Waiting for more accusations, more anger.
Then Ford spoke.
“You didn’t ruin it, Stanely.”
Looking up quickly, Stan saw Ford looking at the floor, his gaze unfocused. A few moments passed before Ford continued.
“Sure I…I would’ve loved to go to West Coast Tech and maybe…maybe things would be different if I had. But…” Ford sighed and looked at Stan, regret lining his face. “I made some stupid mistakes too. With Bill and the portal and…” He looked away, frowning and for a moment, he didn’t speak. Then his shoulders drooped and he looked at Stan again. “And not standing up for you.”
For a moment, Stan just stared at him, sure that he hadn’t just heard what he thought he had. “You…” Swallowing he looked away, trying to wrap his head around what Ford had just admitted. It felt too good to be true and...it wasn’t as if Stan hadn’t messed up. Sure, maybe Pa throwing him out had been a little extreme. But Ford had been hurt, and he wasn’t the one that had thrown him out. “It’s okay you…you were upset and-”
“No Stanley. It’s not okay. You stood up for me countless times growing up. And Pa was wrong to kick you out. Even if it hadn’t been an accident you…you were just a kid and…you didn’t deserve to be kicked out.”
Stan couldn’t make himself look at Ford, though he could hear the shame in his voice, the regret from his past actions. Stan knew those feelings all too well. His emotions were going a mile a minute, he didn’t know what he was feeling. Relief? Confusion? Joy? It was all so much. He didn’t know what to say. Then a hand rested on his shoulder and Stan glanced up to find Ford looking at him.
Genuine concern glittered in his brother’s eyes. It was such a foreign expression on Ford’s face, Stan could barely maintain eye contact.
“You always had my back, Stan…even…even now, when you came here…after everything. You got rid of Bill and stayed up for days trying to help me remember my life. I…I’m sorry that I doubted you. And I’m sorry for not having your back.” Ford closed his eyes, regret lining his face before he opened them to look at Stan again. “Will you forgive me?”
Stan’s vision grew blurry as the words sunk in. Never in a million years would he have expected Ford to apologize to him. But if he was honest…it was something he had longed for his entire time on his own. However, he knew there was something he needed to do too. “I…o-on one condition.”
Ford responded without hesitation. “Anything.”
The smallest smile grew on Stan’s mouth. “That you forgive me too.”
Letting out a quiet laugh, Ford pulled Stan into a hug, his voice thick as he spoke. “I think I can manage that.”
Letting out a small laugh – that turned into a hiccup – Stan returned the hug and tightened his arms around Ford. He ignored the tears on his cheeks as he mumbled a response. “Good. Cause the second option was way more embarrassing.”
This time, Ford laughed a little louder and Stan joined in. A wave of relief washed over Stan, taking with it all of the weight he’d been carrying for a decade. And for the first time since he had arrived in Gravity Falls, he truly believed that everything really was going to be okay.
-----
The world flickered into place. Sun replaced the snow, and the warmth on Dipper’s skin was a welcome change from the freezing cold he’d been experiencing for over a week – even if he knew that meant he’d have to deal with his sweating problem again.
“It worked!” Mabel said, looking around the forest, though there was a sadness still lingering in her gaze.
Looking at the time machine, Dipper noted that it looked just fine. Fiddleford had done a good job with it. “I guess we should-”
“There!”
A loud voice interrupted him and Dipper quickly looked around and saw two tall futuristic looking guys step out from behind the trees. They were led by the time traveler that Mabel and Dipper had stolen the time machine from.
Glancing at Mabel, Dipper held out the time machine. “Hey…uh…sorry we borrowed this, but we-”
“Do you realize what you did!?” The time traveler - Blar Blar? Something with a B – pointed at Mabel and Dipper.
“Look man, we did mean to get stuck, we just-”
“Mabel and Dipper Pines, you two are in violation of countless time crimes.” One of the other time travelers, Lolph, spoke up.
“Wait what?” Mabel looked at Dipper who found himself gripping the time machine tighter. He knew that messing with time might have its consequences, but he’d been trying not to worry about it. Now it was staring him in the face.
“The number of paradoxes that you two created will take ages to clean up.” The other time police dude, Dundgren, shook his head in frustration.
“We didn’t mean to-” Dipper started, but Mabel cut him off.
“Wait, clean up? You can’t! We just spent days getting Ford’s memory back. You can’t undo that!”
“We can and we will. As for you two-”
“But you can’t!” Mabel pleaded, looking desperately at Dipper then the time travelers. “Stan just got Ford back and they are happy!”
“Y-you two messed with time. Paradoxes are serious!” The B dude – Blendin? That sounded right - spoke up, pointing at them angrily.
“We didn’t plan to!” Mabel’s voice was shaking and Dipper quickly jumped in, not exactly sure what to say, but knowing he had to back Mabel up.
“Yeah, it was an accident. Isn’t there any way we can like…fix it but still let Stan and Ford stay together?”
“You c-can’t just fix time like that! It’s a delicate balance and it’s not like you have a Time Wish!” Blendin fumbled, his frustration evident despite the googles over his eyes.
“Wait, Time Wish?” Dipper and Mabel looked at each other.
“It grants the owner one wish, paradox free.” Dundgren said, his face stoic.
“Where can we get one?” Mabel asked, looking around the forest as if maybe they could find one somewhere. Though in Gravity Falls, finding something like that might not actually be too farfetched.
“You can’t just find one.” Blendin huffed. “A time wish can only be awarded to the winner of Globnar!”
“Globnar?” Dipper asked. It sounded just as silly of a word as Blendin was a name.
“Gladiator games.” Lolph said, hefting his gun. “The most intense games you will ever play. If you win, you get a Time Wish. If you don’t, your opponent decides your fate.”
Dipper and Mabel looked at each other. He knew that they’d messed with time, and it was their fault. But when he saw the desperation on his sister’s face, he didn’t hesitate. Stan and Ford deserved to be together. And Dipper would do whatever he could to keep them that way, and he knew Mabel would do the same. With a nod, they looked at the time travelers.
“Alright, we’re in.”
“What?!?” Blendin stared at them. “Y-you messed up the past and n-now you expect to just win Globnar to fix it?!?”
“You do need an opponent.” Lolph spoke up. “And the opponent has to agree to the challenge.”
“Uh…” Dipper looked at Mabel who was frowning.
“Blendin!” Mabel pointed at the stuttering time traveler.
“What?” Blendin stared at her. “You really think…”
“You are in for intense punishment for your slip up with your equipment. A Time Wish could be used to fix that as well. To shift all of the blame – and consequences – onto these kids.” Dundgren pointed out.
For a moment, Blendin pouted in thought, then a smile slowly grew on his face. “I do have the upper hand…training and experience watching Globnar…O-okay, I accept!”
-----
“A whole day on the beach without sunscreen, what were we thinking?” Ford laughed quietly as he looked the picture in his hand. Stan had shown him plenty of pictures, but this one was by far his favorite – a picture of both of them standing in front of their broken sailing ship, The Stan O’ War.
Stan let out a short laugh. “We weren’t thinking! Just having fun.”
Glancing at his brother, Ford couldn’t help but smile. Despite the emotional conversation they’d had not long ago, he felt more relaxed than he had in a long time. Sure, it’d taken him a while to remember the rift that had existed between them, but before that, he had noticed a tension in the air whenever him and Stan were alone. But now that tension had eased.
“I suppose so. Though…” Ford shook his head. “I do recall us not being able to sleep well for a few days afterwards due to the burns.”
“Eh.” Stan waved his hand, a grin on his face. “It was worth it.”
Glancing at the picture again, Ford tilted his head in agreement. “Agreed.”
“Hey, you remember when we got a bazillion splinters while trying to clean it up?” Stan held out his hands. “We had bandages covering our hands all summer!”
Shaking his head in amusement, Ford was glad when he realized that he did indeed remember that summer. “But then we put it in the water and it was finally floating in the ocean again.”
“Heh, yeah, that was a good day.” Stan leaned back on the couch and closed his eyes in contentment.
For a moment, Ford just looked at him. Memories played in his head, as if his mind was scrambling to find all of the pieces and put them together. It was a little disorienting, but compared to the first few days, it wasn’t bad. However, the one memory that kept coming back to him was the Stan O’ War.
“Do you know what ever happened to it?”
“Hmm?” Stan opened an eye. “What?”
“The Stan O’ War. I…I don’t remember what happened to it.” Ford frowned, glancing at the picture again.
“Oh…” Stan sat up. “Honestly? I don’t know. I had to leave Jersey not long after…well, I never saw it again after that.”
There was a wistful sorrow in his voice that Ford couldn’t help but relate to. Sure, he’d wanted to go to college. More than anything. But…he’d never hated the Stan O’ War. Back then, he supposed he would go to college and sail with Stan in the summers. Or at least return to it after he graduated. After Stan had been kicked out though, that dream had died. Replaced instead by Ford’s desire to make a name for himself. Even thinking about it made him cringe. Sure, making a name for himself in the scientific community still sounded nice but…he hadn’t reached that goal. And striving for it had cost him his relationship with Stan. Which he realized now was far too high a cost.
“I bet some other low lives took it.” Stan muttered, pulling Ford from his musings.
“Hmmm, maybe…” Ford looked at the picture again. “Do you think we could find another one?”
“What?” Stan straightened up, looking at Ford in shock.
“Oh…I don’t know…I mean…” Ford ran a hand over his neck, a little worried that it might be too late to make amends. But he had to try. “It’s winter now, but…maybe…one day we could find another Stan O’ War and…go sailing for a bit.”
For a moment, Stan just stared at him. Then he asked in disbelief. “You…you really mean that?”
Ford smiled at Stan and nodded. “I do. I mean, I’d have to figure out what to do with my house while we’re out. But those are details that we can work out later.”
A grin slowly grew on Stan’s face. “So, you’re saying that you want go hunting for treasure and babes?”
Laughing, Ford nodded again. “I really do. I…I’ve been on my own for far too long and…it’s long overdue.”
Stan punched him. “Yeah it is! Where should we go first? Not Columbia. I can’t go back there, oh maybe-”
A bright flash of light interrupted Stan, causing them both to jump to their feet.
As the light faded, a few figures slowly came into view. Ford didn’t know one of them, but the other two…
“Kids?!?” Stan spoke at the same time as Ford, and they looked at each other before looking back at Mabel and Dipper. Both of them looked a little more beat up than they had been when they’d left.
“Grunkle Stan!” Mabel raced forward and hugged Stan, a grin lighting up her face.
Ford watched, a smile on his face, then surprisingly, she released Stan and hugged Ford too. He gently returned the hug before speaking up.
“What are you two doing here? I thought you returned - did the time machine not work!?” He looked around, only to see the machine in the hands of a man he didn’t know.
“No, it worked but…well…” Mabel and Dipper looked at each other, then back at Stan and Ford.
“It doesn’t matter.” Dipper said. “What does matter is-”
“We got you a Time Wish!” Mabel interrupted her brother, a grin lighting up her face.
“A…what?” Stan asked, clearly just as confused as Ford.
“A Time Wish.” The strange man spoke up, hitting a button on his watch. A moment later, a shining ball appeared, floating in the air. “It’s a wish that grants you the ability to change anything in history, paradox free.”
“That…” Ford looked at the orb with interest. He’d never heard of such a thing before. Then again, even if he had, he might not have recalled the memory yet.
“Wait, you can change…anything?” Stan was looking at the wish in awe.
“Yes. A-anything. These kids beat me…and won it…but they wanted to come and…give it to you t-two. And as I was reinstated, I’m here to give you two the wish.”
“They were going to ‘fix’ everything we went through!” Mabel jumped in. “But we couldn’t let them!” She glanced at Ford then Stan. “And now you can use it to…well…” Mabel looked at Dipper and the grey suited man. “I guess you can wish for anything.”
Wish for anything. Ford couldn’t help but feel skeptical. It sounded far too good to be true. “How do we know we can trust this…wish?”
“People will give a-anything for a Time Wish!” The man said. “It’s as real as Time Baby himself!”
“Time what?” Stan asked, which reflected Ford’s thoughts exactly.
“He’s this giant futuristic baby.” Dipper said. “But it’s real.”
“We wouldn’t give it to you if it wasn’t!” Mabel added.
Ford glanced at Stan and saw that his brother was already looking at him.
“Anything? What…what do you think, Sixer?”
For a moment, Ford considered all of the possibilities. Never meeting Bill. Understanding girls. Getting into West Coast Tech… Then he met Stan’s gaze. Stan had been through so much. And yes, Ford had too. But…he’d let his own desires get between them before. He didn’t want to make the same mistake again. So…
“You decide.”
“What? Ford, seriously, the kids got this for us and-”
“I am serious Stanley. I…” Ford closed his eyes for a moment, making sure he really did mean it. Then he opened his eyes and looked at Stan, resolution settling in his chest. “I want you to decide.”
Stan looked at him like he was crazy. “Why? I mean, you could change so many things and-”
“But I’m not the only one who would change things and…I want you to have what you want, Stanley. I’ve been selfish before, and I…” Looking at the floor for a moment, Ford found himself thinking about the memories he’d recovered. He regretted so many of them. But in this moment, he knew that this was one thing he wouldn’t regret. “I want to give you this.”
For a moment, Stan seemed too shocked to speak, but then he met Ford’s gaze and it melted away. “You sure?”
“Positive.”
Stan glanced at the orb. “So how do I…?”
“Just touch it and make your wish.”
“Okay…” Stan glanced at Ford one more time. Ford gave him a smile and a nod. For a moment, Stan just stood there, looking at the wish. Time ticked onward. Then, with a deep breath, he reached forward and touched it.
The world was engulfed in white. And as it faded, the world came back into view. Everything looked the same - aside from the kids looking a little more cleaned up than when they’d arrived.
“Stanley what…what did you wish for?” It didn’t look like anything had changed. If Stan had wished for something in the past to change, Ford assumed the present would’ve looked different.
Stan shrugged. “Eh…I thought about a few things…” He paused a moment and Ford knew he was thinking about the perpetual motion machine. “But I realized that…even if I changed something, I had no guarantee that things would actually work out. We’ve gone through so much the past few days and…I like where we are now, so…I just wanted to keep things as is.”
Ford couldn’t help but be surprised. He didn’t know if he would’ve made the same choice, but at the same time, he wasn’t upset with Stan’s decision. Like Stan said, the past few days had been a lot. But things were better now and the future looked brighter than it had in a long time.
“Oh, and I cleaned these kiddos up some.” He ruffled Mabel and Dipper’s hair which resulted in them laughing.
A smile grew on Ford’s face. “I’d say that was a pretty good wish.”
“Yeah!” Mabel said, tossing her hands in the air.
“This is sweet and all, but these t-two need to get back to their own time.”
“Oh, right…” Stan said, his face falling. Ford stepped forwards and gently rested a hand on his brother’s shoulder.
Stan glanced at him and Ford gave him a reassuring smile, which he returned. Then he looked at the kids. “You heard the guy in the bodysuit.”
“Are you sure?” Mabel asked.
“Heh, I’ll be fine, kiddo. And I bet we’ll have plenty to tell you two when you get there.” Stan winked at them and Ford laughed, nodding in agreement.
“Definitely.”
“Okay…” Mabel hesitated for a moment, then looked at Dipper. A second later, they both attacked Stan and Ford in a hug.
For a moment, they just stood there, enjoying the closeness of family. It was a foreign feeling to Ford, but he had to admit, it wasn’t an unwelcome one. However, it couldn’t last forever. The kids stepped back and Dipper looked at Stan then Ford.
“See you later?”
Ford gave his nephew a smile and nodded. “We’ll see you both in the future.” He glanced at Stan who grinned.
“We promise.”
With a nod, the kids grinned back before stepping back. The time traveler pulled out his time machine and pulled the tape. Mabel and Dipper waved bye before once again disappearing in a flash of light.
For a moment, there was silence, aside from the wind blowing outside. Then Stan broke the tension. “So…about the Stan O’ War…”
Ford couldn’t hold back a laugh. Leave it to Stan to continue right where they had left off. Slapping his brother playfully on the back, Ford shook his head in amusement. “We can figure out all the details in time, Stanley. How about for now we just catch up? After all, I haven’t heard anything about what you’ve done for the past ten years.”
Stan let out a huff but he couldn’t hide the half smile on his face. “Alright, fine. But I’m saving a few stories for when we are on the boat.”
“Sounds like a plan.” Ford nodded, and has he did, a memory sparked in his mind. It was one that he'd recalled before, but he couldn’t help but smile thinking about now. Hesitantly holding out his hand, he recited the old saying Stan had come up with when they were kids. “High six?”
For a moment, Stan just stared at Ford, then a grin broke out on his face and he slapped his hand against Ford’s. “High six!”

// CONTAINS COMMENTARY AND PICTURES OF TEARS OF THEMIS NEW EVENT: “ENDURING LIGHT.”
This is only the Prologue section I talk about in this one, aha and I ALRWDY HAVE SM TO TALK ABTR
first of all, another group event of course, you love to see it and they’re being dorks but in a cooler way already 💃 also btw happy new year!! hope it’s been treating y’all well already :]<3
okay so i’m going into this event basically being sus of everyone at this point LMAO, i don’t even trust our boys tbh - anything could happen and i’m excited! everytime there’s a big event i always am like “ugh… not another one i have to drain energy into and it isn’t even that interesting” (respectfully). like the last one on the train? i didn’t really care much about it, the only things that interested me were nxx being all up on eachother (exaggerating)
basically i prepare myself to be disappointed, which might sound messed up but tbh the events have only been hittin recently (for me) because of the fact that they’re not having nxx be at eachother’s throats lol. (not saying the past ones weren’t good though and that none of the recent ones were a miss bc again, i didnt fully enjoy the train event)
this one already had me though 😭 got me gagged, the ui is so fucking cool - the card system?? the OUTFITS make me wanna CHOMP my phone (esp luke’s… smth- smth abt it is just. hm, delectable). also baby davis always appearing is so cute his little “hello, miss… uh, i mean, little boss!” LMAO that is my son!!!
ANYGAYS we always have to start off with Marius talking about something going on ‘round town, intended to invite his lovely lady but of course the boys have to interrupt and say hey, where is our invitation??? 🤗 you love to see it
jxjddh “i didn’t ask you guys” LMFAO HE IS SO DONEEE - artem, vyn: “oh really? let me hit you with this comeback. give me my invitation.”, like why are they so angy ARENT YALL RICH? GET YOUR OWN INVITATION 😭😭 i just adore the difference here though like, luke is the one purely excited here and not just “oh, aha, trying to get alone with rosa? how about: no.” but vyn is like 😭 “okay, shit, thanks for the invitation, marius.”
ARTEM MINDING HIS OWN BUSINESS BY HIS COMPUTER AND DECIDING TO INSERT HIMSELF INTO THE CONVERSATIONNN. they’re silly billies.
of course we needed our typical marluke banner 🥺
“Without us, who would you team up with?” did he just call marius friendless or can i also mix that with delulu poly nxx and add a hint of, “bitch who else are you planning to invite? we are RIGHT here” LMFAO
“Luke, are things at work slow lately?” 😭😭😭 i have tears in my eyes u were gonna invite him anyway shut up
i want a group event where the guys don’t butt in just to see if marius invites them anyway HAAHSJS like he just has the stuff ready for the boys just in case they butt in again, but one time they don’t and he’s just confused 😭
kicking my feet, he loves them all dearly. they’re my babies, my lil ol family!!
ANYWAYS… we’re here. Li Hotel 🤨 && again, the wayyy i was entranced with everything omg obsessed obsessed. BY THE WAY i already suspect that the letter-friend is reporter pearce 🤨🤨 don’t ask me for proper reasoning besides the fact that they reveal the letter-friend is a guy LMAO
&& shares the same life goal (wanting to travel around the world) as little boss 😔💜 but who knows…
alright last two things ✨ nxx boys lowkey teasing rosa by being in character HAHAHDJ (NOT ME POSTING THE WEONG PICTURE AND MAKING MYSELF SAD)
same, rosa, same 😭 (and the invitation card?? zoo wee mama- the way that marius was the only one who kept his eyes on rosa thoughhj hejeejnffk GRRR. okay sorry. NAUR and the luke stare 😔 marluke strikes my heart once again!!! WHY IS VYN ALL THE WAY UP THERE BTW)
anyways. last but not least, this isn’t technically apart of the prologue but it’s when Davis takes you on a little tour as always to show you the event and there is one part where you can have discussions with the boys. you click on luke by default but the first conversation option you have, he talks about this:
&& this actually made me tear up pretty bad 😭 then i had a whiplash and went “OHH THE FUCKING CARD” LMFAOO,, LIKE WHY WOULD HYV DO THIS TO ME 😞 i love the parallels luke always has with his au cards though ugh, makes me depressed in the right way(??)

Baby come back! You can blame it all on me!! Miss your writing! Hope all is well with you!
Ha! Your message made my day! Thank you! And I’ve been busy and happily working on the next installment of Daughters. Rachel and Quinn get into a fight on the first day back to school after the New Year. Lots of trouble and hurt and love. Here’s a sneak peek!
A Mother To Both
Summary: Life for Shelby Corcoran is not as smooth and calm as she might have hoped as Quinn’s guardianship goes through and Rachel learns the truth about the other girl’s living arrangements. When the girls get into a fight on the first day back after the new year, Shelby must come to terms with what it means being the mother to both.
Chapter 1: Cold Hard Truth
Shelby Corcoran pulled in at the end of the long line of cars of parents dropping their children off for the first day back to school after the winter holidays, a sense of sadness settling around her. She wasn’t ready for Real LifeTM to start back up again. Things had been so nice during the Christmas break, even with the spanking she’d given Quinn after her 200-mile runaway road trip that kicked off their holiday. That had been the catalyst for the teen to finally let go and let Shelby take care of her completely. Shelby was now Mama to two blonde daughters and that felt right…but she didn’t feel whole. Shelby Corcoran wouldn’t be whole until she could be Mama to one last child—the child she’d been a surrogate for and then walked away from out of fear when she had the chance last April.
“Mama? You gotta pull up—you’re holding up the line,” Quinn’s voice startled Shelby from her thoughts. With a jerk, she stepped on the gas pedal and they lurched forward several feet.
“Sorry, honey!” she gasped as she flung her right arm out to brace Quinn.
“See? I told you. You should’ve let me drive this morning,” Quinn said, an air of superiority in her tone. “Distracted driving is dangerous, and clearly you’re—”
“Okay, brat,” Shelby interrupted the child’s gloating. “Get your butt into that school. Be good! I love you! I’ll see you this afternoon.”
Quinn giggled and leaned over the center console to give a quick, one-armed hug to the woman. Shelby laid a fast peck on her cheek and then nudged her toward the door. “Go on—you’re holding up the line,” she teased.
“Fine, fine,” Quinn sighed, pulling on the door handle and jumping out. The back door opened a second later and Quinn ducked her head in to kiss the mop of blonde curls atop Beth’s head. “See ya later, Bethie,” she told the baby. “Bye, Mama!”
“Bye, honey!” Shelby called as Quinn shut the back door and shouldered her bookbag. She offered one final wave before a horn honked from behind her. “Yeah, yeah,” she grumbled, waving her hand in acknowledgement.
As the black Range Rover pulled out of the drop-off lane to join the throng of cars in the main part of the parking lot, a certain set of angry brown eyes tracked a blonde cheerleader’s route into the main entrance of the school. Determined feet took off in pursuit, staying far enough behind so as to remain undetected as a plan began to take shape.
***
Rachel Berry stalked down the halls of McKinley High mid-morning, grumbling under her breath and going over her prepared speech once more. There were ten minutes remaining in second block and Rachel wanted to plant herself in the small alcove near her and Quinn’s lockers before the whole of the student population was in the halls. And now, she waited. And fumed.
It had been one thing when she thought Quinn was getting close to Shelby for Beth’s benefit. Part of it even made sense—Shelby knew what Quinn was going through, having given up a baby herself. And Rachel wasn’t completely unaware of her birth mother’s feelings and…regrets. It made sense to Rachel that Shelby would want better for Beth, this new little baby she was raising. But Shelby’s frantic phone call to Rachel two days before Christmas, asking if she’d heard from Quinn because Shelby was worried about her—couldn’t find her—spoke of something so much more. And coupled with what the small teen had seen and, more importantly, overheard, this morning…Well—Rachel was pissed!
Shelby had told Rachel that she was all grown up, that they should be grateful for one another from afar. She said she had wanted a baby—a family—and Rachel had her dads. Rachel didn’t need Shelby the way a baby would. Rachel had been hurt by that, and it was only in the last few months that she had begun to come to a tentative understanding. Shelby’d been right when she said she was Rachel’s birth mother but not her mom. Shelby Corcoran was a stranger—a stranger that shared DNA, but a stranger none-the-less. Rachel had two wonderful parents who loved her immensely. She didn’t need Shelby. But…was it so wrong to want her?
She’d been hopeful after receiving a text message on her birthday from the woman letting her know she was thinking of her and hoping her day was everything she wished for and more. Shelby had even gone on to say that she would love to get together for a coffee and get to know Rachel. Rachel had replied back enthusiastically and Shelby promised she would be in touch soon. So when the call came on December 23rd, Rachel had picked up ecstatic, thinking her birth mother was taking that first step. Her hopes had been crushed when it wasn’t about Rachel, but Quinn.
Quinn. Beautiful, smart, perfect Quinn. Quinn who had given Shelby a daughter to raise from the start. Quinn who probably offered Shelby an insight into what Beth could grow to be. Quinn who perhaps reminded Shelby of herself. Quinn was everything that Rachel would never be, and apparently, everything that Shelby valued in a daughter. Why else would the blonde call Shelby ‘Mama’? And why would Shelby let her if she didn’t feel that way too?
Rachel had tried calling Shelby ‘Mom’ all those months ago. It felt foreign on her tongue, and understandably so! She was used to Dad and Daddy. ‘Mom’ could have become natural if given time, but Shelby hadn’t afforded her that. She’d given up and gone away before anything could happen. Yet somehow, Quinn had managed to do what Rachel had only dreamed of. But how? And why—
Before Rachel could spiral further, the source of her ire passed by her hideout. Body vibrating now with adrenaline, the small teen shot out of the alcove and practically dove at the taller blonde. Quinn screamed and Rachel’s momentum knocked them both into the lockers.
“What the fuck, Berry?!” Quinn growled as she was pinned against cold metal, the combination lock digging into the space between her shoulder blades. “What are you doing?” she demanded, trying to force the other girl off her. Rachel was deceptively strong for such a little thing.
“What are you doing?” Rachel spat, throwing her body weight into Quinn and making the blonde wince.
“Trying to live my life, Rachel! Get off me!”
“I saw you with her!”
“Who?!”
“Don’t play dumb, Quinn,” Rachel admonished, pushing Quinn harder against the locker. “Who do you think?”
“What are you—”
“SHELBY!” Rachel bellowed, earning several curious looks from passerby. Whatever shown on her face was enough to get them to scurry away—a first, to be sure.
Meanwhile, Quinn’s eyes bulged and her heart rate skyrocketed. “Rachel—Ow, fuck!” Rachel body-checked her again, this time ramming her pointy little shoulder into Quinn’s chest. The smaller girl then glared up at her with angry, nearly black eyes and Quinn gulped. Her stomach plummeted and she wanted nothing more than to run as far and as fast as she could away from whatever was about to happen.
Quinn was then hit with a barrage of accusations and revelations that, quite frankly, was information overload for the sixteen-year-old. Rachel was coming at her with vicious words, listing all of the times she’d seen Quinn with Shelby. Quinn’s ears were ringing. Everything felt too fast and too loud. Quinn wanted to scream, but she was frozen, unable to make a sound.
Guilt swirled and settled in the pit of her stomach as Rachel continued her angry tirade and Quinn realized that, apart from those very first weeks with Shelby, she hadn’t given any further thought about Rachel, her feelings, or how she’d react when she found out—and she would find out. Shelby and Quinn weren’t hiding anything. The worst of her guilt, however, came from the fact that she didn’t feel guilty about her relationship with Shelby. Shelby Corcoran was the best thing that had ever happened to Quinn in her life and she wasn’t going to give her up without a fight. Rachel, it seemed, was ready for that fight.
“She’s MY mom, Quinn! She may not want me but if I can’t have her, neither can you! Stay AWAY from her!” Rachel roared, her shoulders rising and falling from her heavy breathing.
The venom behind those words were enough to knock the breath from Quinn’s lungs and her stomach knotted so hard that she felt as if Rachel had sucker punched her. The pain was so intense that she honestly wasn’t sure she hadn’t. It was then that her fight or flight kicked in. Finding her voice, Quinn used it to scream out “NO!”, and with a burst of pure adrenaline, she was finally successful in pushing Rachel away from her.
Rachel staggered backwards, trying to regain her footing. When she did, the girl let out a truly inhuman roar and came at Quinn, swinging. Quinn pushed her away, which only infuriated Rachel that much more. They’d attracted a growing audience now, but neither girl paid them any attention.
“STAY AWAY FROM HER!” Rachel screamed.
“NO!” Quinn returned just as heatedly. “I won’t, Rachel!”
Rachel’s face crumpled and tears cascaded down olive-toned cheeks. “Haven’t you hurt me enough over the years? Do you really have to use Shelby to hurt me too?”
Quinn could feel her own tears welling—Rachel’s pain was palpable. Quinn felt for her, she did, but that didn’t mean she was going to give up the only loving mother she ever had, either. “It—It’s not about you, Rachel! I’m sorry you’re hurting, but Shelby’s my—”
“Your what?!” Rachel snarled. “Your Mama? Go play house with someone else’s mother, but leave MINE out of it! You owe me that much!”
Angry and on the defensive, Quinn stepped forward and pushed Rachel hard. “Fuck you, Hobbit! I don’t owe you anything and I’m not going to stay away from Shelby—I live with her! And there’s nothing you can do to change that so just—”
It all happened so quickly. One minute Quinn was screaming at Rachel, advancing on her, pushing her and forcing her backwards; the next, a shockwave of pain overwhelmed the blonde. Her eyes stung and she couldn’t catch her breath—the cold was unbearable. It wasn’t until she was wiping cherry-flavored ice crystals off her face and her vision cleared enough to see that Rachel was standing opposite her holding an empty slushie cup that Quinn even realized what truly transpired.
Rachel Berry had slushied Quinn Fabray.
The crowd around them erupted in noise. It wasn’t long before it drew the attention of the teachers. Then Rachel Berry and Quinn Fabray were being marched past the growing throng of students towards the Principal’s Office.

"Sen-- Huff-- Sensei!" The sure but slow progress you're making through the excessive stacks of paper you have to file is, all of a sudden, interrupted by a certain set of double doors being thrown open. "Sensei, you've got to--...!" Panting, gasping, and even wheezing between her words, Yasumori Minori stands there, as defiant and triumphantly as a girl her size can stand. If leaning against the doorframe out of exhaustion counts as well, of course.
"Minori?" You manage to squeak out, confused and only a little bit concerned by your favourite student's red-faced hyperventilating. "Is something wrong?" Fortunately for you - and the fatty - Schale's office is entirely empty aside from you, so there are plenty of seats for Minori to sit her fat butt down on, if she can fit.
"N-Not... Haa-- Entirely..." Minori finally gives up the ghost; sure that nobody else is around, she nearly collapses, bursting into a fit of breathing, with her belly on full display, popped out of her work-shirt. "Why doesn't this... Nhhh-- This stupid building have elevators?!" Minori whispers to herself, tears welling in her eyes as her tired arms release her gear onto the ground. Waddling over to your desk with a furious, but equally exhausted expression, Minori manages to slam her hand on your desk - but you're not quite sure whether she's angry, or just taking a break. "Sensei, you... You're morally obligated to assist with-- Gaah-- With my weight loss...!" Proud of herself for finally spitting it out, Minori collapses into the chair opposite you, the poor thing's arms creaking as they struggle to fit all of her overfed ass. Minori's skirt rides up against her thick, shiny thighs, and you can just about spy a pair of sweat-soaked sports panties between those oh-so soft legs.
"Oh--Oh." You try to nod along with Minori's exultations, used to simply agreeing with anything the young revolutionary said. You bite back your disappointment - just a little bit sad that Minori hadn't run over for an impromptu feeding - and force a concerned expression onto your face. "Of course, your... Your weight loss." Minori certainly wasn't too enthused about losing weight when you were feeding pudding into her oh-so greedy mouth last night, but now she was simply overcome with it; so much so that she's forced her fat belly up dozens of flights of stairs in record time. Frankly, you're amazed you hadn't heard the THUD THUD THUD of Minori struggling up Schale's stairs.
"As you definitely know..." The redness of Minori's face gradually recedes, replaced with sweat and pale, struggling weariness. You're not sure if Minori's ever going to get out of that seat. "I--I've put on quite a bit of weight over the last few months..." Looking down, past her meagre chest, to the button-obliterating belly that sits, uncontained by her grey shirt, Minori manages a sigh - a wheeze - of frustration. "No thanks to you, Sensei." Puffing her cheeks out in a display of indignation, Minori takes a moment to try and pop her buttons back into place, only to find that one of them is long gone, having burst off while she was heaving herself up the stairs. "Ugh..." Groaning as exhaustion is replaced yet again by sheer embarrassment, Minori begins to wonder just why she let this all happen to her.
"S-Sorry about that." You try to laugh - to do anything to lighten the mood - but find that Minori is still glaring you down, even with her puffy, chubby cheeks making that irritation awfully cute. It's no news to you, but Yasumori Minori is horribly feedable. Ever since that fateful day where you fed her half - or, realistically, three quarters - of the premium pudding you'd managed to buy, Minori has been butting herself into your schedule to gobble up anything you had on offer; and as that butt got bigger, she only grew better at inserting herself into her Sensei's day. Now that it was at least twice as large as her own halo, each cheek a halo of blubber itself, Minori was a wrecking ball of greediness, able to just show up whenever she wants and swallow your entire lunchbox. You want to debase her; to insult and degrade the pig of a revolutionary, but you'd decided that wasn't too good of an idea, given Minori's hobbies. Her hobbies besides eating, at least. "But... Why? Why bother losing weight? You certainly enjoyed everything I fed you last night."
"W-Well," swallowing a massive mouthful of embarrassment, Minori clears her throat and considers her next few words carefully. "My... My peers are growing suspicious..." Minori gives her greedy tummy a pat, the part of it that's unclothed jiggling away like a slice of heaven. "If they knew of our arrangement, they might..." Blushing engulfs the glutton's entire face, as she realises - as if for the first time - that she has an indecent arrangement with her own sensei, of all people. Up until now, she's just pretended they had some sort of healthy, teasing relationship - but no. She's been fattened beyond belief, on purpose, by her teacher. The thought nearly makes Minori explode with every emotion imaginable. "They'll think-- I'm a pig... They'll think I'm some bourgeoise hog, laughing at them all behind closed doors..." The shame begins to eat the girl up, and she tries to wrap her arms around her chunky belly. "E-Eating premium pudding, and-- and limited-time snacks..." Wanting to wail her woe away, Minori can't do much but bite her lip, her brow knitting as she admits that she'd been doing most of those things already.
"You can't tell them otherwise?" Your head cocking to one side, you're only a little glad to find that for once you don't have any snacks for Minori to gobble up. Nothing for the greedy girl to stick her fingers into and snack on, purring and humming the whole time as she wilfully transforms herself into a fat pig of a protestor. She'd burst out of every shirt from S to XXL, and watching her chunk up had been enough to send you into a sweaty panic each and every time you had so much as thought of her.
"But I... I can't lie to them..." Minori mewls, admitting the truth as every last microbe of pride and pompousness drains from the corpulent communist.
