Finally get to make a post about Dream! Gosh, there’s just so much neg to say! (I could also talk about GNF n Sapnap, but we don't got enough time for that)

First off, the minute I got into the dsmp fandom, I knew that there was something off about him. He ticks me off. The way he used fandom and shipping culture to his advantage made me disgusted, he knew what he was doing when he allowed himself to be shipped with his friends. 

He has ADHD, I have pretty severe ADHD. Doesn’t excuse our actions, it explains them, doesn’t excuse them. I made a person cry once. by accident(my impulse control was out the window that day) that was six years ago now, I still feel awful about it. He accidentally sends his fans after people? Possibly getting them doxxed or at the very least forcing them to go private? He does not show very much remorse. 

The way his fans treat him... oh gods, its so damn creepy. It gives me the shivers. They revere him! I hate celebrity adoration and idolization so much, but dude, this is a whole other level. (arospec person here, never had a celebrity crush, don't understand them one bit)

Speaking of the way his fans treat him, like he’s a child. Like he has no responsibility for his actions. He’s a man, a full grown man, who rose to media popularity because of how he was able to maneuver the algorithm and act with his fans. He didn’t just stumble upon it, it wasn’t thrust on him, he planned this. He did. 

Overall, I think most of the way Dream manages himself online comes from privilege, and ego. Not to mention his act of purity, which teaches his fans that he’s just a helpless lad, and the poor twitter meanies are coming after him. It’s the way of the cishet white man.
