Tbh I don’t see Iscan ever truly feeling comfortable and Not Scared around ghost pokémon. he might be able to warm up to a couple of individual ones if everyone involved is patient and lets him make the decision to try it himself. and of course it also depends on how the pokémon behaves. but he will always feel a fear and discomfort around them that nothing can really be done about. including around ones he has warmed up to. they will always startle him very easily.
