Couple of scar headcanons for a few pla muses (non rp blogs. DO NOT reblog!)
Palina: Burn scars on both her lower arms and her left shoulder from training with a couple of playful Growlithe.
Iscan: A couple of cuts on his arms and legs from when he made a nasty fall once when running away from a couple of ghost poké.mon. He had only been a warden for about a week when it happened.
Mai: She has a couple of slashes from Scyther on her arms and back from when she protected Teddyursa and Munchlax when she was a teenager. There’s also a scar on both of her feet from when she slipped and made a nasty fall around deertrack heights. Mai didn’t end up with more scars from it because Ursaring saved her before she reached the ground.
Melli: Has a few, luckily not too deep, scars on his chest from when he once held a very playful little baby Gligar.
Irida: Burn scars on her hands from when she tried to approach a Ponyta once. There’s also a scar on her back from when she got hit in the back by a Glalie once.
Adaman: Several scars on his arms, legs, shoulders and back from being way too curious and reckless as a kid. There could be more but Eevee/Leafeon has always ben there to protect and save him.
Ingo: He has a small cut on his left cheek and several on his hands and lower arms from when he first ended up in Hisui.

Tbh I don’t see Iscan ever truly feeling comfortable and Not Scared around ghost pokémon. he might be able to warm up to a couple of individual ones if everyone involved is patient and lets him make the decision to try it himself. and of course it also depends on how the pokémon behaves. but he will always feel a fear and discomfort around them that nothing can really be done about. including around ones he has warmed up to. they will always startle him very easily.
