the more that comes out about the live action atla the more I feel it's gonna be a mid adaptation, but so many people are like "THE CREATORS LEAVING WAS A SIGN!!" and like maybe it was, but it's not like they've made anything as good as atla since so why are people trusting their judgement???
sure, bryke may have been correct to jump ship for this project, but they A) helped start it and B) have tried to make a live action version of their one good show twice to Not So Great Results the last go round, so idk why some people hold them leaving the project as the canary in the coal mine? the fact it was Netflix doing it should have been the canary, look at The Witcher show and how as that went along it strayed further and further from the source materials (see also the Wednesday show, which I literally couldn't sit through one episode of because of how bad it was).
I've also seen people promoting the upcoming avatar studios stuff in addition to all the backlash to character changes in the live action show, and again, why are they trusting that those movies will be any better than lok or the comics, which are both terrible at characterizing the gaang? I certainly don't trust the adult gaang movie that's upcoming because of how much bryke have let us down with those characters since 2008, Netflix at least had the benefit of the doubt of having never touched those characters before. bryke has proven over and over again that they don't know their own characters, so it should honestly be More Shocking they jumped ship from the Netflix show lmao

Hi! Me again :).
I have some more questions. I’m genuinely trying to understand.
1. What if you directed and wrote a movie? Are you then allowed to promote it, since you’ve directed it?
2. Are you allowed to promote other people’s movies? Is it just limited to your own projects?
3. Are you allowed to respond to casting announcements as an actor? Even when the movie is not coming out any time soon? Or does that count as promoting?
4. This May sound stupid: but let’s just say you’ve been cast in the adaptation for a book and now the strike is happening. Are you allowed to talk about the book on your socials or is that crossing the line? Even if you don’t mention the adaptation?
5. Another stupid question: let’s say that you’ve been cast in the sequel of a movie that came out a few years ago? Are you allowed to talk about the first movie without mentioning the upcoming one?
These are all my questions. Sorry for asking so many, but I’m genuinely interested in supporting the situation and understanding it
These are good questions, no apology necessary :)
The Directors' Guild of America (DGA) is not currently on strike, since they reached a deal with the AMPTP in between the start of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move, to quote Douglas Adams. The DGA deal doesn't really sufficiently address AI or get wage increases to match inflation. So directors can do whatever they want right now. Some DGA members are also dual members with the WGA or SAG-AFTRA—for instance Greta Gerwig (Barbie). As a director she's free to promote the film, though not as a writer. The WGA and SAG-AFTRA might give her some side-eye right now but she's not breaking any rules. Otherwise WGA and SAG-AFTRA on strike cannot do promotion for their stuff, period.
No promotion of struck material as a WGA/SAG-AFTRA member, period. Remember the purpose of the strike is to grind Hollywood to a screeching halt and remind the studios of just how important writers and actors are. The more Hollywood stops working, the more successful the strike.
That probably counts as promoting. Again, the spirit of the strike is to basically stop all work so Hollywood gets reminded of how important the union members are to its basic functions. Strikes are supposed to be disruptive. Members who understand that will refrain from looking for loopholes.
Books aren't struck so I think that wouldn't be crossing a line. But again, members who understand that disruption is the point will not be looking for loopholes to talk about their projects, so hopefully won't do that.
Struck work includes both past and present movies/shows from struck companies (all the American networks, studios, and streamers: 350+ companies but the main ones are Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, NBC Universal, Sony/Columbia, Disney/ABC, CBS, and Fox.) SAG-AFTRA is asking people to not promote/discuss past works either. Again, it's about being as disruptive as possible.
Let us know if you have any other questions or clarifications needed—we're happy to talk the strikes anytime!

Since Netflix has cancelled Shadow & Bone (yes I am indeed salty about it), have some modern Genyalina headcanons, including a few with chronic pain Genaya. Also, this is quite long so apologies 😅
Modern Genyalina Headcanons
They meet in university, probably as roommates.
They're a little awkward at first, both of them are shy of each other and neither's had a lot of friends before, so for the first month or two? They tend to avoid each other (one leaves if they're gonna be alone in the room)
Zoya is very protective of Genya and doesn't particularly trust Alina not to upset her. Mal is very much the same way with Alina and not trusting Genya
The way they eventually end up befriending each other is that Genya offers to make Alina a cup of tea while Alina is stressing about an upcoming test
Alina takes a break and they end up talking for a while about various things: Alina's time in foster care, Genya's friendship with Zoya, their classes, anything really. Genya is a languages student, while Alina studies child psychology.
Genya talks about her chronic pain, undiagnosed despite her best efforts, which upsets Alina. She noticed that Genya walks with a cane, but she'd always avoided asking about it.
And thus begins, not an unlikely friendship, but an unexpected one. Both of them are introverts, so they'd fully expected college to just be studying and occasional hang outs with friends they already had. But after they start being friends, the two of them spend a lot of time in cafés or in the library together
Alina walks Genya to morning classes, since her pain is always worst in the morning. This greatly endears her to Zoya
By the end of their first year, Alina and Genya are incredibly close, and even manage to make a few friends together. Going into second year, they move in together with Zoya and her boyfriend, Nikolai. The two of them make it their personal mission to get Genyalina together by the end of the year.
It takes 3 months before they finally manage to trick the girls into going on a date. Two previous attempts were also made (one involved sending them to movie together, and the other involved sending them to the beach) but both times, Alina and Genya thought it was totally platonic. The set up that finally works is setting up fairy lights and a picnic in their garden and then make themselves scarse for the night. Alina and Genya end up blushing and flustered but they have a very nice date.
They are such a snuggly couple, it's not even funny. They were already snuggly, even before they got together, but after they start dating? Genya is basically always curled against Alina's side, if Alina isn't already laying with her head in Genya's lap
Their favourite dates are just staying in and snuggling while watching movies, or reading to each other. Alina usually falls asleep during said movies, but Genya doesn't mind because Alina looks adorable.
Alina gives Genya massages whenever her pain is particularly bad. She also goes with Genya to doctor's appointments to argue with the dr on her girlfriend's behalf (they've treated Genya so bad when it comes to her pain for so long, that Genya gave up fighting a long time ago)
They graduate together, Alina becoming either a child psychologist or a social worker, and Genya ends up working as either a translator or some form of writer. They continue living with Zoya and Nikolai for a few years agter graduation, until they save enough to move in together (they still stay close to their friends though)
Genya is the one to propose about 4 yeats after graduation and Alina obviously says yes. The ring is platinum with both diamonds and rubies.

Raayan- I have high hopes (thank you tamil cinema)
I have for some time lost hope in telugu cinema improving in diversity of tropes and performances but with recent stars and movies I have been brought back
Gam gam ganesha, prasanna vadanam, Hi nanna (kinda iffy for some reason but diverse storyline), and Hanuman
And I am waiting to see Kalki 2829 AD which I think will be definitely a big game changer given its dystopian setting something Indian cinema hasn't really approached a lot before especially on this kind of budget.
I've been limited to telugu movies for a long time because language barrier but due to subtitles and Telugu dubs my options have increased recently I watched the hindi movie Maharaj on Netflix in telugu which I really loved despite people claiming its hinduphobic while the movie is based on a real case and the movie claims yet again how hindu practices aren't bad but people misusing them is then again not a lot of people have comprehension or actually watched the movie and jump the train on any movie that slightly criticizes the religion or even raises just a few questions
*cough* *cough*
"Hindi movie PK starring Amir Khan"
I've watched a few good tamil cinemas when I was younger I didn't watch a lot of Dhanush movies because of the language barrier the only one I saw maybe was Maari 1 and 2 because it was dubbed in telugu but now I've grown to watch a lot more realizing he has a lot of diverse scripts and am so glad this man exists I need to binge his movies over the summer.
So I was listening to telugu songs on youtube when I came across this one called
"Peechu Mithaya"- telugu version
It's from the upcoming movie Raayan and oh my god just seeing this lyric video made me want to pay anything for this movie to come out right now and watch it.
Not only is the music beautiful ( i can listen to this for hours I don't know how I found this gem but I did and I'm grateful)
But the visuals and implications we are given is something I am screaming for.
PLUS SIZED ACTORS ON SCREEN HAVING AN ACTUAL LOVE STORY!!!!
Indian cinema has a lot of colorism especially to heroines especially from what I've seen in telugu movies. And they have to fit this perfect bod I've never seen a heroine be remotely big or a bit chubby even if it would show off their curves thats how the industry is and that saddens me.
But then we get this song and we see Aparna Balamurali who is first of all a plus sized character in the film with a dark complexion not milky white now tamil fans may be used to this but for me being born in Telugu cinema this is a jackpot especially when I have to really dig for inclusive films. The only cinema I've watched which supported a plus sized heroine having a love story is "Size Zero" starring anushka shetty an Iconic queen but I honestly have not seen any other films having a plus sized heroine or at least side heroine as a plus sized character with actual depth where we see her love story or ability to get happiness I think there was one Allari Naresh film but I don't remember it well.
edit: Totally forgot HanuMan existed which is also a good representation even though the mc's sister dies she was empowered and was on the brink of marriage so love that
In the Lyric Video "Peechu Mithaya"
We see an unconventional girl (Aparna Balamurali) who doesn't fit the beauty standards end up with an average/ attractive character (sundeep kishan) or at least have a romantic relationship in the songs visuals and a healthy one so far.
I am primarily gonna be watching this movie for them seeing the side hero carrying the plus sized side heroine brought me joy knowing that it would give hope to other women who aren't the conventional beauty standard or plus sized that they can be loved and have a love story like them that they aren't too heavy and the right guy will do anything to make them feel appreciated.
Look at the way he carries her and looks lovingly into her eyes!!!!!!
Tumblr media
And there's just something about seeing this man looking so utterly in love with a girl who thinks she won't be good enough because of her physical appearance or other insecurities and he wants to prove her desperately wrong that makes me go feral.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Do you see what I mean!?!?!?
And I don't know if they will even delve into that kinda trope in the movie but I really wish they will since its something women especially women who've not been exposed to that kind of concept in their media want. Keep in mind we don't even have a trailer for this movie yet so pure speculations
And there's just so many cute clips like-
Nudging each other playfully!?!?!?
Tumblr media
Having a couple argument/ confrontation!?!?!?
Tumblr media
Riding on a bike together?!?!?!?
Tumblr media
*cues internal screaming montage*
I love LOVE especially something so simple yet beautiful we need this more than Pushpa bribing Srivalli with money for kisses and putting his hand in inappropriate places without her consent. Or men just stalking in general and normalizing it????
Now I know that this couple might not even play a big part in the movie maybe one of the characters dies yadayada but knowing that scenes like this exist in the movie and that we'll have an entire song dedicated to THEM just quells my heart.
Dhanush sir thank you for this 4 minute montage that ignited my hope in Indian cinema and is making me want to delve into tamil cinema even more

Fallout - season 1 (2024) review
Tumblr media
The evolution of the phrase “okey dokey” throughout this show says so much for the good old fashioned writing of this season.
Plot: Over 200 years after a nuclear apocalypse devastates America, a violent raid by bandits on an underground fallout shelter forces one of its residents to set out into a barren wasteland filled with radiation, mutated monsters, and a lawless society of those who remained on the surface.
For a very long while in the cinephile and gaming community there has been this shared agreement over the video game adaptation curse. Video games have been plagued with adaptations that end up being met with terrible reception due to a combination of bad writing and poor visuals that don’t live up to the original game. To this day this fact arguably still continues with the likes of Resident Evil and Uncharted. And look, I love Hiroyuki Sanada as much as the next person, but that Mortal Kombat flick from a few years back was not great either. That being said, in recent years there has also been a trend of genuinely successful attempts that have translated surprisingly well. Detective Pikachu banked a lot on Ryan Reynolds sarcastic persona and the Pokémon creatures were utilised well; Netflix’s The Witcher has done pretty well for itself, well until now when they’ve swapped their lead actor for one of the cheaper Hemsworth brothers; Super Mario Bros. Movie and the Sonic flicks I’m not a fan of myself, but evidently from the box office numbers and audience reactions they seemed to have hit the right spot in the fans’ hearts. Then there’s The Last of Us. The original game won people over for its heart-wrenching human drama against the backdrop of a zombie apocalypse, and the TV show has done a perfect job of capturing that. Every episode has recreated the game down to the last detail, and even when things are changed, the spirit of the source material is still kept alive. All of that makes it a rare adaptation that succeeds in giving people a new version of the original game and then some, giving it plenty to offer for old and new fans alike.
Now it seems that positive trend continues, furthermore underlining that the video game adaptation curse is now a myth. Well maybe, as that upcoming Borderlands movie is a looking suspiciously clunky but we’ll see how that one turns out. As for presently, Prime Video has shocked us all by giving us a truly fantastic show in Fallout. And I say shocked as the last time Prime Video adapted a famous property was The Rings of Power series and they butchered that one hard! I mean I’m sorry, but making an entire over-bloated season about the mystery of who is Sauron, and at the end the reveal is he’s some teen-Twilight-era dude and we’re supposed to all gasp in awe?? Look, I get that it’s not Prime Video themselves to be blamed, but the show runners and writers, but naturally Prime has left a sour taste in my palette. HOWEVER - Fallout is actually genuinely a good time!
I’ve never really played any of the Fallout games. Never appealed to me, and I have always found it difficult to get into any Bethesda games. My fiancée however tried Fallout 4 half a year ago and apparently gave up as she found it too confusing and she got stuck at a monster boss fight early on. I do hope she wasn’t stuck fighting one of those tiny little bugs, surely not. That would be embarrassing. So I went into this show without being a fan of the games, though I was aware of its post-apocalyptic backdrop. One of the best things about Fallout the TV show is that it’s very accessible whether or not you’ve played the games. Yes, fans of the games will notice a lot of fun stuff from the source material, but even if you’re a total newcomer, you can watch and follow along without any issues.
The story revolves around three main characters 200 years after a nuclear war basically destroyed everything, driving some survivors into underground bunkers called Vaults. Ella Purnell (that’s right, one of Miss Peregrine’s peculiar children!) plays Lucy MacLean, a Vault Dweller who, through unfortunate circumstances, leaves the relative safety of Vault 33 and travels to the surface on a life or death mission. She’s joined by Maximus (Aaron Clifton Moten) a squire in the secretive Brotherhood Of Steel - Power Armor-wearing knights who roam the land looking for lost technology. Maximus is almost as green as Lucy, venturing out on a quest he’s not very well prepared to tackle. Finally, rounding out the main trio, we have Walton Goggins as The Ghoul, a gunslinging bounty hunter and mutant who’s managed to live for well over 200 years. We learn more about his past as celebrity Cooper Howard through a number of flashbacks. Naturally more characters pop up along the way. I just want to urge anyone sitting on the fence to give this series a shot. It’s great fun, with plenty of humour, action and mystery and its creators clearly put a lot of effort into making it true to the game universe, while also being inventive with their storytelling.
It’s also really gory. You get to see a lot of human flesh out on display (heck, there are even zombies in this thing!) and it’s all visually looked really well done. Again with Bezos’ Amazon budget, like The Rings of Power show, Fallout looks like an expensive series. It just so happens that unlike Rings of Power this one happens to also have good writing, characters and narrative. There’s some impressive world-building, with every shot filled with various details that I’m sure will please the game fans. The story is really engaging, and I loved getting into the politics of this world and how companies like Vault Tec have more to them that meets the eye.
The primary element that works for Fallout is that’s its easy. As in it’s really enjoyable and straightforward and makes for a solid binge watch. Walton Goggins is superb as the Ghoul. Johnny Pemberton as Thaddeus, a squire for the Knights, was a great use of using a comedic actor and making them play things straight by simply trying to survive in this world, so that when the funny lines did come up they hit strong. Oh, and did I mention that Agent Dale Cooper himself, my boy Kyle MacLachlan is in this show?? Honestly, Fallout is a great time! Amazon, I still haven’t forgiven you for Lord of the Rings, but this is a good attempt for an apology.
Overall score: 7/10

Hey! Do you review tv series? because I think the male lead in the chinese drama well-intended love is a yandere. He is really possessive and controlling. The plot twist too is very creepy. It's available in netflix and free on youtube if you want to trt watching it. Love your reviews❤
Tumblr media
Phew, man I am not used to watching dramas. Cherry and I watched two seasons of Well Intentioned Love, but only the first season has the relevant yandere stuff going on. It’s got a lot from cancer, to car accidents, dogs, the driver, falling into a lake, kidnapping, cakes, amnesia and acting. There is so much going on and yet nothing going on at the same time. Sorry it took so long, but this will be a very long ask. I also found this wonderful review on this website that also tells probably a better summary from what I can tell.
Season 1 and Season 2 are sort of AUs of each other, with the first season set in the world where main character Lin Lin is a struggling actor and in the second season she’s a successful actress instead. We’re going to go season by season.
The first season starts with Xia Lin, an upcoming actor with bad luck who finds out one day that she has Leukemia. She's matched with a CEO Ling Yi Zhou, to which her and her best friend Jia Fei try to break into the company to talk to him. Lin is able to talk to the CEO about her situation, and he agrees under the condition that the two get married. The CEO wants to get married to make his grandmother happy, and we also run into An Ran, the CEO's childhood friend, who is in love with him. After an encounter at a rich jeweler show, Lin runs into her ex, and in a grand gesture of love, the CEO ends up buying the most expensive jewel to dunk on the ex and to court Lin with. The two get married, and Lin gets some visits from Chu Yan, a famous actor who seems kind of offended that Lin is ignoring him, and An Ran plots to separate the newly wedded couple. Lin gets a ring to further sell the idea of the two getting married for the grandmother, and Lin learns more about the CEO by finding a toy robot in his room, while the CEO helps her career by getting her into a movie. Lin ends up finding a dog one day by the park, and keeps it until she can return it to its owner. The man who owns the dog, Nan Jin Tian seems to be conspiring for something while the CEO and Lin bond over making cakes. Lin has to go meet Nan after he finds out he's sick to return his dog. The CEO ends up buying her a dog after because of how much she loved the dog she was taking care of. Also Jia Fei and the CEO's assistant/driver Wen Li get together. The CEO gets into a car accident (off screen?) and loses his memory of the past two years. Lin tries to win over his heart, and we learn that Nan seems to have had a hand in the accident. An Ran makes a soup for the CEO to make him feel better, but we find out that the soup was actually poisoned and that that she's been hypnotizing the CEO so that he will fall in love with her. While the driver and Jia Fei get closer, we find out that the CEO actually forged the documents about her having lukemia and the bone marrow transfer, something that makes Lin question their relationship. We learned the reason why the CEO fell for Lin in the first place was when the two of them met at a cake shop on their birthday (since they share a birthday) as well as helping him once when he was really drunk. For about two years, he's gotten the driver to essentially stalk her for the past two years. The CEO also eventually gains his memories of her back.
Lin gets framed by An Ran and Nan Jin to make it look like she was groped by Chu Yan as the two have been meeting up periodically. We also get more insight into Chu Yan's family as his father hits him with a cane for dishonoring the family image, as well as Chu Yan realizing that he has a crush on Lin. He ends up at the hospital because of his father, which leads to an explosion where he dies. They find Lin's earring at the scene of the crime, suspecting her as the one who caused Chu Yan's death, as well as a photo taken that made it looks like she was attacking him before he died. The driver (and CEO) find the culprit behind the photos and during a press conference, the CEO announces him and Lin's marriage towards each other. Lin finds out that An Ran was the one that framed her and that Chu Yan is actually alive. As it turned out, he was kidnapped by Nan Jin and met Xiao You who helped him escape (though initially unwillingly). Lin and CEO try for a baby and the driver and Chu Yan get into a car accident. Lin gets the driver to find the CEO's mother so that the CEO and him can bond (since she left when he was young). We find out that Nan Jin is actually the CEO's step brother and was the one who planted the earrings so that she would be arrested for Chu Yan's death. He seems to have done all of this for revenge for his mother(?), and we also find out that Lin is pregnant. Lin and Chu Yan get kidnapped by Nan Jin, and he and the CEO get into a fist fight after the CEO goes to try to look for the both of them. Chu Yan's dad gets a redemption arc and we find out that the CEO's mom was using him so that he could get Nan Jin's love, even though Nan Jin doesn't love her back. Nan Jin gets shot at some point and dies. Lin is saved and everyone is happy with the end credits having Lin and CEO get married.
The second season starts out in an alternate universe where Lin is a successful actor. She ends up being in fake engagement with the CEO and in a realty show with him to up the numbers. A lot of the season is fluff between characters, including going to sports together and eventually get married when they find out that CEO's grandmother may die soon. We also find that Xiao Yu is much more different in this version basically being a more naive girl who doesn't know much about the world and has a hard time talking with men. There's a person that tries to drag down Lin's reputation because of a car accident he was in. We also find out the manager is the one who is blackmailing Lin? The entire thing ends with the CEO and Lin having a child and living happily together.
Cherry and I watched the second season just to make sure that we were watching all of the yandere portions of the show, but really all of the yandere things by the CEO are in the first season. I will say if you do like the characters and a lot more fluff that you would probably like the second season as well.
This show is... I don't really watch a lot of dramas (and especially not a lot of C-dramas), but I felt like this show has really weird pacing. Often there will be important plot points that are then added with fluff, and specific important scenes will be shown off screen, like when the CEO gains amnesia from a car crash, or people who were built up will die very abruptly, like Nan Jing, who seems to die from a gunshot (not even from the CEO) and then never brought up again. I know that a lot of chinese media, like manhwa often have a bit of pacing issues where the stories can often be a bit choppy, but this one really takes the cake. It's not necessarily bad since there are quite a lot of cute moments and the characters are fun and endearing, but the plot is... kinda just all over the place. I feel like for the first season a lot of the important information was dumped near the end, with most of the middle being fluff, and there was just so much going on constantly, from drugging people to brain washing to kidnapping and not really in any order. The second season is more for fluff, but like I said, don't expect any proper plot or even that much yandere things going on.
That being said, the CEO, or Yi Zhou is pretty calculating all things considered. After falling in love with her, he got Wen Li to stalk her for about two years before swapping out the tests she got for anemia with results for leukemia so that the two would meet and he could get the marriage scheme going. I will say that the two of them meeting in a cake shop because they have the same birthday is super unorthodox as a love at first sight thing and it is pretty funny to see Yi Zhou drunk and attempting to drive on the wrong side of the car. I believe at some point Yi Zhou ends up also trapping Lin inside of the house after she learns that she faked the report. In the end with the giant plot of Nan Jing trying to usurp Yi Zhou, it is nice that Lin believes in Yi Zhou and that he won't betray her, and ultimately ends in a happy ending but... it does seem weird considering the vibe of the series tends to be more light hearted, so all of these random car crashes and people trapping the CEO and Lin inside of a storehouse to freeze are really weird out of context. Lin and Yi Zhou do care for each other despite these mishaps, which is something that I always find nice in yandere media.
I will now take this moment to talk about how Wen Li is the best character. He's the driver and he has the best surprised pikachu face ever thoughout the entire series, so much so that me and Cherry kept making jokes about him. He honestly does so much for the CEO and it was really funny watching him hang out with the girls only for him to be forced back into work despite him only wanting to play cards. He's the best character honestly and I think it would be super entertaining watching a show that is based around him.
Overall, this show was honestly kind of confusing, even though the characters themselves were pretty solid. I honestly watched like two episodes of this in a row once and got a headache because god does so much happen and yet so little happens at the same time. Big thanks to Cherry for helping me summarize all of this because lord knows that I wouldnt' be able to do it myself. If you are looking for a fluffy show that suddenly has a lot of drama and a yandere, maybe this one is for you.

What Is Hate Watching And Why Is It An Issue?
We all see a lot of bad entertainment in our lives that we heavily do not like. Whether are from buggy video games, movies with horrendous visuals, and episodes from television shows that are so mean-spirited. However, there is a new term on the loose that has been going on on the internet, mostly from Twitter. This new term is called hate watching.
So, what is hate watching? It described that do not like a show despite watching it anyway. This is also an issue among those who enjoy good entertainment because hate watching is giving the show they do not like too much attention. So much so that they somehow give a bad show the #1 most viewed on streaming platforms or television.
Two of the biggest examples that ever surfaced are HBOMax's Velma and Netflix's Big Mouth. There are a lot of good reasons why these shows are being loathed.
Velma is a new spin-off from the Scooby-Doo franchise, but it feels like it takes place in an alternate universe where the characters we know look and act differently, and there is some really questionable content. So much that one side says that it is too woke, while the other side is too bigoted. Also, it lacks Scooby-Doo and the show has the worst reason for it.
And then there is Big Mouth, the "golden show" of Netflix. We all know that Big Mouth is notorious for bringing in disgusting humor, and its main demographic are diddlers. The worst part is that Netflix considers this show a cash cow. They slash animated shows made by passionate animators for newer seasons. In short, Netflix prefers Big Mouth to other shows whether they are upcoming or otherwise!
So what do these two shows have in common? Both are coming the main target of hate watchers people are curious to find out what this is all about. Perhaps another reason is that they have a glutton for punishment. OR let's just say that they are bored and have nothing else to do.
But what people do not realize is that regardless of the reason, they are giving bad shows like Velma or Big Mouth too much attention that the corporate executives realize that the very bad shows bring the bling. So they axed some of the good shows in favor of the bad ones. Do you see what I am getting here?
I am not pointing fingers or anything but does it seem like the people who hate watching are at fault here? Think about it. If you hate bad shows like Velma or Big Mouth, the easiest way to avoid corporates from doing this is not to watch the shows. Listen to the wise words from The Critic's Jay Sherman.
"If the movie stinks, just don't go!"
This also applies to not just movies, but television shows, literature, and video games. So if you do not want to watch them, especially if it comes to hate watching, then giving them attention will be nullified, and the corporates will have to reconsider by taking the bad shows off the air. Does that make sense?
So in conclusion, if you even try to perform hate-watching bad shows, then you are giving these shows too much attention that the ratings will skyrocket. What you should have done is prevent yourself from doing so and simply ignore bad shows.
Now I know the word "hate-watching" seems to lack context to some people, but I do not think that there is another word for it.

Upcoming Movies In 2024: What new movies are going to come out in 2024?

TAG 9 PEOPLE YOU WANT TO GET TO KNOW BETTER
I was tagged by @hughungrybear :)
THREE SHIPS
Current or all-time? I’ll just go with the three that immediately come to mind:
Pat and Pran, Bad Buddy (obvs)
Steve and Tony, MCU
Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian, MDZS
*Honorable mention to Jake and Amy from Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
FIRST SHIP
Ever? Hmm, before Pacey and Joey it was Anne and Gilbert from the Anne of Green Gables series (books AND Kevin Sullivan’s tv adaptation from the mid-1980s). Gilbert Blythe was my first crush. Anne and Gil’s relationship taught my younger and impressionable self that love was friendship caught on fire and to never settle for anything less; that you can fall both slowly and ardently. Gilbert and Anne set the goalpost for all my future ships, with Gilbert proving that sometimes the nice guy does get the girl.
Also, I cannot imagine a more picturesque backdrop to fall in love in than Prince Edward Island. It’s on my bucket list to visit.

LAST SONG
I’ve been listening to a lot of K-Drama OST lately. I usually have one song on loop for weeks until it wears itself out on my spotify. Last month it was “With You” by Jimin and Ha Sung Woon from Our Blues (fantastic drama btw, I ugly cried in nearly every episode). This week it’s “Goodbye” by WENDY from The Beauty Inside.
LAST MOVIE
I’m embarrassed to admit this, but just yesterday I rewatched Leap Year on Netflix. I shamefully also own the DVD. Gah, *hides face* don’t look at me.
It’s a cheesy, clichéd, and improbable romcom about an American who impulsively follows her boyfriend to Ireland to propose to him on February 29th. Cue the endless mishaps and series of incredibly manufactured bad luck. She ends up falling instead for the stranger who helps her on the way. The script is silly and absurdly unrealistic, but damn if the chemistry and charm of the two leads doesn’t save the day.
My favorite scene is when Matthew Goode’s ‘Declan’ wakes up alone on a bus stop bench and realizes that Amy Adam’s ‘Anna’ has left him without waking him to say goodbye. The disappointment and regret in his body language is so palpable that Anna who is standing behind him watching, feels every ounce of his turmoil. She studies him for a beat before breaking the moment with banter. And damn, Matthew conveyed all this just by the way he stands and very subtly slumps his shoulders in defeat. And Anna’s reaction to seeing him this way is just...so telling that you want to shake her and say c’mon girl, you’re chasing the wrong guy.
It doesn’t hurt that this era of young Matthew Goode is totally my aesthetic. Just look at him. Add to all this the brogue-y accent and WOOF.

CURRENTLY READING
I consume written media the same way I consume music and shows. I devour it. I practically subsist on Ao3 content alone. Lately, it’s been a lot of Red, White & Royal Blue fics in anticipation and giddiness for the upcoming movie.
CURRENTLY WATCHING
I’m in the middle of season 2 of my annual West Wing binge-watch. I’m by no means into politics, but I have yet to discover better American television than Aaron Sorkin’s The West Wing. It’s nearly perfect in its execution.
Currently waiting on a lot of shows to finish airing so that I can binge watch (I’m not making the mistake I did with Bad Buddy by watching it every week, I nearly died). On my list:
Never Let Me Go
My School President
Crash Course in Romance
Moonlight Chicken
CURRENTLY CONSUMING
Right now? Snacking on Irvins Salted Egg Salmon Skin chips that I got from Costco. It’s deceptively bad for you (high in both cholesterol and sodium content), but the ‘dangerously addictive’ boast on the packaging is wildly accurate.
Tumblr media
CURRENTLY CRAVING
Food-wise? A big bowl of homemade pho with all the accoutrements.
ONWARD TAGS
@depressingly-lonely @hereforlou @reasonablysurmised @aliceisathome @keelpay @inhumanevoid @frostluvrs @faillen @leconcombrerit @rosetintednerdglasses and anyone else that wants to join!

Hi TT!long time no see..how are you?also I'm so happy to know that you like Ok Taec- yepn 💖 he's...dreamy..have you heard his English? It's very..uhh..proper without being overly formal..is it weird that I like that about him?? Have you watched the Netflix documentaries like 'The Romantics' or the new Crime thriller 'Dahaad'? I'm not a series girl thanks to my attention span of a goldfish but I watched both and they are not bad!!the Romantics takes me back to those golden years of the Yash raj studio Mannn🥺🥺 Dahaad was a good watch, the victims or the crime were not shown distastefully and maybe cause it's made by a woman...please watch it if you can TT..also sorry for my previous ask which was REALLY long and messy before this( I don't even remember what I wrote 😓)..hope you have a really great week and hugs to your Kitty 💖💖💖
Hi friendddddd!
How you been!? Long time since I've seen you around these parts! Hope life has been kind to you.
Girl, I went into Vincenzo for the female gaze and Song Joong Ki as a Mafia man taking down capitalism (which is what Mais baited me with) but I came out IN LOVE with Ok Taecyeon. I truly loved his unhinged performance and had to find out allllll about the guy, and to my absolute delight, he's suchhhhh a fucking dork (affectionate); I can't believe that they saw this gianttttttt silly boi and were like yeah, HIM; he'll play the psycho!!! I'm not into K-pop like at alllll, but I'll listen to some 2PM occasionally just coz he's in it, lol. I'll also watch anything he's in coz he's truly one of my fave Kdrama actors (if not the toppppppp fave!) His upcoming vampire show looks absolutely adorable and is my most awaited thing of this month.
Tumblr media
(This show can fix me, i know it can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I tried watching The Romantics but like..... 2 minutes in, Ranveer Singh walked in being annoying and I was like nope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and turned it off. I'll revisit it again when I'm in a much more patient mood lmao. I haven't been watching any Desi stuff other than the occasional movie here or there (and mostly not bollywood), so Dahaad is one of those things I put on my watch list, but am not currently in the headspace for.
Neverrrrrr everrrrrrr apologize for asking for help/comfort!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like yes, the words may not be perfect, and my replies sure as hell will never always make it all better, but that's the human experience babyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy *Coach Beard from Ted Lasso voice*

I created this blog because there are soo many memories and so much of me that went into this story. Everything from the titles of the chapters to the content in the chapters themselves. An author of a popular series that got turned into a movie on Netflix created a blog for his upcoming novel and I thought I can do that. There’s just so much to say. So, lets just jump right in.
Lunch Meat
Chapter 1
*(MEANING BEHIND THE NAME)
When I started off I just gave him the name “Lunch”. In the earliest chapter I wrote I made him look like a “lunchable”. I think I gave him a tan chef’s hat, a pink shirt, yellow pants, and tan shoes (the cracker, the bologna, the cheese, and another cracker).  I decided on  Oscar as in “Oscar Myer” who made Lunchables.  Then I just gave him the last name “Able” Or (ah ball)
*(“LUNCH’”S ILLNESS)
Lunch is so much of me. He has “an illness that doesn’t let him keep food down”. Rather he did when he was younger.  For a long time I had “Gastro Peries”. I don’t remember when this started but I remember a very hard time in my life when I couldn’t eat or drink anything without it coming up. I remember losing so much weight that there was a doctor that wondered if I was anorexic. That time in my life I didn’t have the energy to do *anything*. I spent a lot of time laying on the floor or laying over a hard chair.  Sometimes I just couldn’t get comfortable so I’d have to “sleep” on my knees bend over.  I would also have spasms and a dull ache in my chest.  It got to be so bad I remember they were talking about giving me a feeding tube. I was practically living on Ensure. I was going in and out of the hospital for dehydration. I remember getting so confused one time, I called my aunt and told her I was locked in my mother’s room and couldn’t find the door. I was SO weak! Thanfully there was a doctor that knew of a pill that the compound shop made that was rare, but it worked for me. I haven’t had an episode since but sometimes off and on over the years I have had to deal with throwing up. I’m not sure if it’s been from my stomach getting too full due to that or something else.
*(LUNCHS LOVE OF COOKING)
I didn’t know this at the time (or maybe I did) but “Lunch” reminds me a lot of my uncle Thomas “Johnny” Edwards (my mother’s brother) who passed last year.  My uncle had a reddish-brown skin tone. He was of medium height.  He wore his hair cut low.  Amost none. So much so that my cousin (his son) use to vent about why he needed to have this guy come and cut it (because he didn’t have any and he thought it was a waste of money).  After a while he stopped cooking but there was a time when he really seemed to enjoy it. At the funeral, the pastor praised him for his lemon pies.  I remember he would make really good banana pudding and Italian sausage. He would also make *the* most tender bbq! Lunch is a little more timid than my uncle. He always seemed to be cheerful and laughing.
*(JOBS)
TOYS R US
All of these jobs were onces I held. My first job was working at Toys R Us.  What I remember was working the floor. There would be baskets of toys and it was my job to put them back where they belonged.  From what I remember about it it was a never ending thing because it seemed like the baskets never STAYED empty. Soon as you cleared one there for four or five or ten other baskets full of toys to put back up.
RICHES AND MACYS
I worked sales. I worked at the Galleria at Macy’s and Brookwood (I think) Rich’s. Like “Lunch” I had a knack for helping people pick good choices in clothes and jewely. Surpringly because I’m not a big clothes and jewelry person. I probably would be tho if I had the money!  And like  “Lunch” my least favorite past of it was constnaly having to go in the dressing rooms and put things back (much like with the baskets of toys). Cleaning up after people just wasn’t it for me!  Like “Lunch” I also didn’t feel like one of the people life favored. I didn’t have a car so I had to stay after work and wait for someone to pick me up. Sometimes after everyone had left I’d be the only one left in the parking lot! And that was *NOT* fun! I also didn’t like when we had to do early days when we’d have to come to the store and do inventory.  I remember what I wanted to do back then which was either being a buyer or one of the people that did the store window displays. I worked in quite a few sections including lingerie, womens, juniors, and the jewelry counter.
ADVANCE PCS
I worked in a Data Entry center called Advanced Pharmacy.  Data Entry was a challenge for me. You had to have a certain amount of orders processed every day. Like with “Lunch” it was hard to keep up with even when I wasn’t sick. But I soon started to have the episodes again.  Some days I remember just having to go into a room and lie there a minute.  I also remember during this time having to wear a heart monitor. Alhtough nothing was ever found.  Which to me is even odd to this day.  It was during this time I have a vivid memory.  There was a girl there that worse a blue and yellow “Michigan” jacket. I causally commented to her how much I liked the jacket and she said “Do you want it?” Just like that she took the jacket off and gave it to me.  Some months into the job I was fired.  The lady that hired me (who was black) wasn’t there and told my mother had she been there she definitely wouldn’t have let them fire me, but by then it was too late!
THE MCWAYNE CENTER
I worked here it seemed just for a few months. The exhibit was working in the gift store for the Titanic. It would have been temporary anyway but unfortunately I goto sick again and wound right back up in the hospital.  Do you know what was crazy to me tho? When I think about it I’d be ok until I started to work again and then BAM the gastro would hit me again. My body just DID NOT want to work. This is something I kinda wish that my half sister would have seen with her own eyes the struggle I had to go through when I was working jobs
*(LUNCH’S DEPRESSION)
This comes from a very real place. Lunch wants to create something to end his misery. There have been times I’ve suffured from depression.  I remember a time when everyone else seemed to have found love and married, and all the relationships I had would fail on me. I wanted love so badly then. I’d pray to God and it would fall on deaf ears. Instead I got bad health, failed job attempts , and dead end relationships so I would pray that he would just take my life in my sleep, That didn’t happen either. It felt like God wanted me to just suffer through all the hardships and they never seemed to end for me. I wish I could say that it got better.  Depression is still something I struggle with.  There are days when there will be too much pressure on me from family or too much noise or thoughts that why couldn’t I just have been born “normal” I will say “Must” you can take me now. He hasn’t so I guess I have a bigger purpose here first tho at times that’s so hard for me to even concieve but I still keep going ..  slowly. Even when all the appointments, and procedures and everything else start to make me tired.
*(THE FRANKFOOD CHANNEL)
For the LONGEST time I wanted to watch this show! I use to try to look it up and it only gave me clips.  I didn’t realize until later the show only had a few episodes to it.  The combinations just always looked so interesting. One of the things I use to do was watch videos on You Tube where people would go to all the restaraunts on the Disney property and vlog the foods. This was fascinating to me and something I wished I could do.  I started to look up “Frankenfoods” to see if there were any websites dedicated to combination foods. I wanted there to be something unique about Lunch’s foods.  While looking around on Amazon I found two books called FRANKENFOOD RECIPES. The The descriptiosn of the pizza flavored Mac and Cheese, the breakfast cookie, and the fried chicken coated in chocolate and marshmallow coating came from the book. At the end of the chapter, the maple, bacon, muffins also come from this recipe book..  I thought that it would be fun -later- to give him the gift of creating foods that taste the exact same as when you had it years ago, because today NOTHING taste the same as it did years go!
*(THE TELEVISON)
Here is the first clue that we get that Lunch is a cannibal.  I’m pretty sure I got the imagery of the hand coming out of the tv from one of the NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET movies.  The television show was a scene from THE DONNA REED SHOW
*(PIG EAR SLIDERS)
One day my uncle “Johnny” was watching Yo Tube and he saw some people talking about this out of the way place that sold Pig Ear Sliders and they claimed they were so good. So, he got my cousin (Thomas)-his son- to take him to this place. When he got there (as expected) they weren’t good which goes to show you can’t believe everything you hear from other people on You Tube, television, commercial, etc.
*(GATEWAY AND MOONBEAMS)
These refer to a series of text books and practice books I used by Houghton Milton I used when I was in elementary school. Later on we’ll find out “Gateway” is the access point to get to the Nostalgia Theme Park. “Moonbeam” I think I saw in my head as the park’s dark side. I also thought that behind “MoonbeamS” was the dark park of “Lunch” himself. The part that “Teddy” erased early in his childhood.
“TEDDY” (THE BUTCHER MR. GRAM)
I always knew that when  I got to the last chapter (which would be about what went into creating the Nostalgia Theme Park) I would call him “Teddy” so I could make a double play of the word’s “Teddy’s Jam”. “Teddy’s Jam” was a popular song from the group GUY which consisted of Teddy Riley, Aaron and Damion Hall.  “He stood about six or seven feet” is a line from the song “My Mind Is Playing Tricks on Me” by the Ghetto Boys. And a lot of Teddy’s description can be taken from imagery *from* the video. There’s a man in the shadows (that turns out to be a woman-hmmm-) and the figure is wearing a hat with it’s head bowed so you can’t tell it’s sex.
Teddy tells Lunch to  “Look into his eyes and tell him what he sees”. This is a line from the Bone Thugs and Harmoney song “Look Into My Eyes”.
*(THE TOYS)
THE ADMANS FAMILY and SUPER MARIO BROTHERS 3 bring back very special memories! My aunt had a pull out couch bed. This was during the time when my grandparents still stayed in there old house. After my aunt moved out and my grandparents passed it got rented to a man that I heard changed it so much that I wouldn’t recognize it today. But during those good old days, my cousin and I would stay up until we saw the sun come up and then just pass out on the couch bed. We’d also be up watching old Batman reuns.  Just a couple of weeks ago I pulled up the game play of THE ADDAMS FAMILY and all it took was for me to hear the sounds again and it took me right back to those days!
I do remember having CANDY LAND and HI HO CHERRIO.  I didn’t have any of the Playdooh sets but they were so much fun to look up on You Tube.  I thought it was cool to give him another odd food related talent to be a “food sculptor”, I myself never had this skill. I took pottery at an art college and I’m not even sure how I passed that class.  Poettery definitely wasn’t my “gift”.
I did also have the BARBIE KITCHEN, ICE CREAM SHOP, BAKE SHOP,  I also did have all the vintage STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE DOLLS, THE EZ BAKE OVEN, THE COKE MACHINE, and maybe the SNOOPY SNOW MAKER (I think). I wanna say I had a ROSE PETAL lunch box as well as a STRAWBERRY SHORTCKAE one.
*(“LUNCHS” HOUSE)
Lunch’s house’s layout was the house I remember growing up in when I was a child. I haven’t seen it in years but I remember it VERY clearly. The thing I remember the most is that my bed was by a window and I use to fall asleep looking at the sky and the stars!
*(THE FALLING LAMP)
When I was small, I once was running in a pair of footy pajamas and bumped into the floor lamp in our living room. It left a scar below my eyebrow.

G.I. Joe, Transformers Crossover on the Horizon
Tumblr media
Chris Hemsworth might be suiting up for a whole new kind of battle. Deadline is reporting that the Aussie actor is in talks to star in a Paramount Pictures mash-up movie featuring everyone's favorite 80s toy lines: G.I. Joe and Transformers! Hemsworth is no stranger to big-budget action flicks. He crushed it as the hammer-wielding Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and even starred in the record-breaking Netflix movie "Extraction." Now, it looks like he might be trading his hammer for a laser rifle or maybe even a giant wrench (because, robots). A Match Made in Toy Heaven? The idea of G.I. Joe and Transformers teaming up isn't exactly new. The two franchises actually crossed paths in a comic book series back in the 80s. And last year's "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" movie even teased a potential cinematic crossover in a post-credits scene. Chris Hemsworth adding his involvement would be a major win for Paramount. He's already voicing Optimus Prime in the upcoming "Transformers One" animated movie, so he kind of knows the drill. Plus, with his charisma and action hero skills, he'd be a perfect fit for this epic throwdown between soldiers and robots. Will this be the ultimate 80s nostalgia trip, or a box office bomb? Only time will tell. But one thing's for sure: getting these two legendary franchises together is a gamble Paramount is willing to take. So, get ready for a battle unlike any other, because when G.I. Joe and the Transformers join forces, the fate of the world (and maybe your childhood memories) hangs in the balance! G.I. Joe: America's Elite Soldiers G.I. Joe first burst onto the scene in 1964 as a line of action figures from Hasbro. The Joes, led by the iconic Duke, were a team of highly trained special forces soldiers who battled the evil Cobra organization. The franchise exploded in popularity in the 80s with a cartoon series and a ton of new characters, from Scarlett and Snake Eyes to Roadblock and Destro. Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye The Transformers were another Hasbro toy line that hit it big in the 80s. These robots in disguise could transform from vehicles like cars and jets into powerful warriors, either Autobots (good guys) led by Optimus Prime or Decepticons (bad guys) led by Megatron. The Transformers also got their own cartoon series in the 80s, featuring epic battles and catchphrases like "Yelling in robot voice is required by law!"   (Source: Deadline) Read the full article

In somewhat happier news...
Sony Animation has a new movie on the rails. And it isn't TAO, or TUT, or BUBBLE, or K-POP: DEMON HUNTERS, or anything previously announced.
GOAT.
Tumblr media
It's an NBA collaboration. I had a fleeting interest in local college basketball for a while, so I know none of the players involved here. Stephen Curry produces, a pretty big deal!
Releasing February 13, 2026 - in time for the '26 All-Stat Weekend, it comes from a BOB'S BURGERS director, Tyree Dillihay. He also directed on PINK PANTHER & PALS, and ALLEN GREGORY, and is joined by Adam Rosette, a DreamWorks story artist who worked on THE CROODS: A NEW AGE, THE BAD GUYS, and ORION AND THE DARK. Creators of the Amazon Prime animated series FAIRFAX, Aaron Buchsbaum and Teddy Riley, are writing this.
Not much was said about this animated sports comedy's premise, but it appears to have intertwining storylines. This approach sounds a bit similar to the "one game, multiple teammates' perspectives" approach of Pixar's upcoming Disney+ series WIN OR LOSE. I'm also curious to see what they do with this, given how Sony Animation really expanded the idea of what a CG animated film could look like. And coming off of seeing CHALLENGERS, and how innovative that was in presenting a tennis match in ways I would've never expected, I'm even more curious. Animation can really bring out basketball games in a really exhilarating, dynamic manner.
I'll be curious to see where this one falls on their slate.
Genndy Tartakovsky's FIXED was completed and given a rating by the MPA over a year ago, but Warner Bros./New Line - who are distributing it for some reason, and not Sony themselves - have been sitting on it. Word from the trenches say it'll come out next year, but I'm not holding my breath. It is within the clutch of the Zas, after all. K-POP: DEMON HUNTERS entered production a while back, and is confirmed to be a straight-to-Netflix title... But zero word on it in ages. SPIDER-MAN: BEYOND THE SPIDER-VERSE still doesn't have a new release date, which is good - again, take your time, folks.
So, does Sony Animation go this whole year and next year without a new release?
FIXED is done, K-POP: DEMON HUNTERS is likely closer to completion than not, BEYOND THE SPIDER-VERSE is a massive production that's gonna need all the time it can get. There's also that animated GHOSTBUSTERS movie. I'm not sure if TAO, BUBBLE, etc. have made it past being announced. And they were announced a looooong while ago, too. There's a tendency in the industry to announce these films, and then nothing happens... No one tells us if they've been axed or not... And it just kinda becomes apparent that, no, they aren't making that movie.
GOAT, by contrast, was announced *and* it nabbed a release date in the process. Seems to be pretty far along, pretty clear-cut. Whatever comes after it in 2026/2027, it may or may not be those previously-announced movies.
Worth noting: Their website lists FIXED, BLACK KNIGHT (Genndy's other movie in the works there), TUT, and K-POP: DEMON HUNTERS as upcoming films. BEYOND THE SPIDER-VERSE isn't on there, nor are TAO, BUBBLE, GHOSTBUSTERS Animated, or anything else... So, it's up in the air. Who knows, really... But good to see that a project other than BEYOND THE SPIDER-VERSE is out in the open now.

Damn, that's cool getting to learn about Poe so much. We only had to analyze Shakespeare. I only know Annabel Lee because of a Clexa fic. It got mentioned there and then I got curious and looked it up. Moral of the story? Fanfictions teaches you a lot! I adored Juno! She was so hilarious with her few lines and facial expressions. She made me laugh every time she was on screen. Oh yeah Gerlads Game, I forgot about that for a sec even though it was shown on TV in House of Usher 😂 Geralds Game is a more "realistic" movie, which makes the horror much more real. Which scene was it? 👀 One with the Moonlight Man? The Scream TV show obviously does not compare to the movies in the slightest but it's a good watch if you want some kills and a cool whodunit. Overall House of Usher was really fantastic. All of the references, metaphors and poetic stories together with the horror aspect really made it stand out.
Oh if we don't get to see Sam again, especially all sweaty and bloody in a tank top, then I will travel to the USA and force them to include Melissa myself. That's so unfair and as if it would be a good idea to make a seventh, possibly last Scream movie and not include the last recurring characters. Especially when it is taking place during Christmas, which would fit the timeline of Scream 6. I guess we really have to kidnap Mel then and create our own movie with her...
Yes I will spam you with pictures if that little guy!! Of just him and our other 2 guard dogs together. Dogs are the best 😌
I personally like Poe more than Shakespeare, but Shakespeare has some good works. You only knowing Annabel Lee because of a clexa fic is absolutely amazing!! do you remember which fic it was? Fanfics have taught me more things than I have ever learned in schooling. Juno has my heart!!! My brother also loves her and he felt so bad when Tammy sniped Juno with the mic 😭 Gerald’s Game is certainly interesting, and a little different than his normal stuff, but still just as good. The degloving scene disturbed me, but also the scene with the Moonlight Man going to town on her feet 😭 I’ll have to add Scream TV to my over growing watch list! House of Usher might have to my second favorite creation of Mike’s, everything about it is perfect. I’m sad that it is Mike’s last show with Netflix, BUT he’s working with Amazon Studios and he’s already working on 3 upcoming projects!!!
It will be an international crime if we don’t get to see Sam sweaty and covered in blood; no one does it quite like Melissa. It would be unfair to all of the actors who were in 6, but I would be surprised if they actually stuck to it and didn’t include Mel/Jenna. It would be cool if we got to see Ghostface interrupting Tara’s birthday, as it would kind of mirror how her father left around her birthday. I kind of also want Christina Carpenter to make an appearance as well. But I will gladly help you ‘surprise adopt’ Melissa and get her onto the set of Scream 7
You will absolutely have to spam with pictures of the little fur ball!! I absolutely love dogs! (I might be more of a cat person, I still haven’t decided yet)

Bad Buddy Season 2
Season Summary: The two couples have managed to survive through university successfully. Will they be able to handle it when their career aspirations try to pull them apart.
Episode Descriptions:
Ep1- Pran is finally back to stay after his 3 years in Singapore. Pat and Pran are excited to be in the same country again, prompting Pat to ask Pran an important question. How will Pran respond? Pha is looking forward to working on her movie. Will it be as much of a fun experience as she hopes it would be?
Ep2- The boyfriends are looking forward to move in together, and plan an intimate housewarming party to celebrate the milestone. Will their parents accept their invite and be gracious guests or will they stir trouble again?
Ep3- Pat is being the ever supportive boyfriend as Pran considers if he should venture into the music scene. Pha brings Ink with her on the first day on set of her movie. There’s one particular pair of eyes watching her every move closely.
Ep4- Thun, the main lead in Pha’s movie tries to woo Pha. Would Pha break it to him that Ink and her are actually girlfriends and try to maintain an amiable environment while filming? Pran wins the competition he signed up for and gets the chance to write lyrics and work on the new single for Prince Viriyanon, an upcoming pop singer.
Ep5- Pha starts to be obnoxiously loud about how amazing her girlfriend is, hoping Thun will finally believe that Ink and her are indeed together and not just really close friends. Pat and Pran realise that living together after being in different countries for years is quite a huge jump. Can they work through the tiny squabbles that keep popping up?
Ep6- Both Pat and Pran are looking forward to finally be able to celebrate their anniversary together after a long time, and they start making plans for it well in advance. Ink decides to come visit on set more often, after hearing Pha complain about Thun. She made Wai back off before. It should work a second time right?
Ep7- Pran gets very stressed trying to handle both his work and the music gig. Somehow despite his best intentions, whenever Pat tries to help things always end up getting worse. Despite their numerous tries, Thun firmly refuses to stop hitting on Pha. Will the mishap that happens on set finally convince him?
Ep8- Pat finds out that he has to make a trip to meet a vendor to settle an issue on the day of their anniversary. Will he manage to convince Pran to come join him on this trip instead of going with what they had originally planned? Ink realises that life is too short to postpone certain things. Will Pha feel the same? Will she say yes?
Ep9- Pat finds himself all alone in a familiar bar on the day of their anniversary. Pran is also not answering his calls. How did it end up like this? Junior who is also back for the holidays chances upon Pat tries his best to cheer him up. Will he succeed?
Ep10- Done with Pat’s whining, Junior brings him to an empty beach house for Pat to spend the night. But things aren’t always what they seem. What is going to happen in the beach house?
DISCLAIMER : Having Ink and Pha make out just to prove they are together is not even an option. Since season 1 did approach their relationship with a few real issues, I wanted to include how WLW relationships tend to be overlooked easily. PDA does not validate any relationship, nor does it determine the nature of relationship.
