Day 21

I've been thinking a lot about the sidewalks and roads while i've been here. like the cross walks often are not formalized with crossing signals, motorbikes cut up onto the sidewalks to avoid traffic, people continue to drive through intersections for a couple seconds after the lights tell them to stop, etc. i works though. without protection and separation built into the roadways, drivers and pedestrians are forced to pay more attention which is ultimately gonna lead to increased safety.

the sidewalks are usually narrow, they often disappear abruptly, and get blocked off by randomly by signs, carts, tables, parked motorbikes, or utilities. tbh i thought i had a lot more sidewalk pics but i guess not...here is an example of a sidewalk i saw today getting kinda cutting off as the road turns and a sign bisects the pedestrian area.

burlesque dance class was way rougher than jazz. this class was bigger, and they new more of their routine for the recital already. i sucked significantly more, but at least im a little less tired the past couple days.

tonight i went to another opening (no regrets) and then went to a lil potluck to hangout with some folks i met through the propaganda poster collection manager. i bought weed off a freelance art handler. deff entered a zone that would probably be deemed too familiar for the bounds of this fellowship.

i cant stop thinking about quitting my job when i get home. like i cant quit i need money and health insurance, but when im back in qns think i will actively begin looking for a way out.

What is Ableism?

 Here are 10 examples (that I’ve experienced or witnessed, as a physically disabled person) that have nothing to do with using the “Wrong Words,” or being mean:

In countdown style, but really, no particular order:

10) Strangers asking “innocent” questions, such as: “How do you go to the bathroom?” or “Do you sleep in a bed?” as openers to conversation

9) Caregivers, teachers, therapists, etc. controlling, and limiting, access to someone’s Augmented Assistive Communication technology

8) Not being allowed, as a wheelchair user, to sit next to the fire exit, because you’ll block other people’s escape

7) On a period drama on TV: the entire street has been dressed up to look right, with building facades, and lampposts accurate to the period, but no one has taken the time to disguise the wheelchair access curb cuts.

6) The city’s art museum has a grand staircase for its main entrance; If you use a wheelchair, you have to use a small door with a ramp off the back parking lot. The door is kept locked, and you have to use an intercom to call someone to unlock it, and then wait. The intercom speaker is at the height for a standing person.

5) Wait staff at a restaurant asking the normate person at the table with you what you want to eat.

4) If your wheelchair or other assistive tech breaks down, the only business allowed to fix it is the business you purchased it from. If that establishment has gone out of business, or if you have moved to a different city, you’ll have to call up your insurance company, and negotiate something (good luck!)

3) Medicare and Medicaid only paying for assistive tech if you need it for “daily activities” inside your home. “Daily activities” are limited to: Eating (but not cooking), “Toileting” (bathing and using the toilet), and transferring to and from your bed. Holding down a job outside your home, caring for children, participating in your neighborhood events, escaping your home in case of a fire, are not considered “daily activities,” and thus anything you need for those things is not covered.

I'm thinking of writing a no pressure contemporary story about uni students in a slice of life style. The cool thing: they would all be writers studying literature, having metafictional debates and different projects and processes to talk about. I mean, that's what I'm thinking about most of the time anyway, so why not use it as content for characters' daily lives too?

Another thing I'm considering about this is making the characters Slovakian at the Vienna university. This would a bit too personal and realistic for my style, but it would allow me to:

bit of context into eu lifestyle, like free universities in rich historical buildings, everyone has health insurance etc

Philosophic discussions, comparisons of media and books, anime taken seriously, dub vs sub and voice actors are a big deal

Hello!

I know in my last chapter post I would try to get back on a more consistent schedule with posting chapters for You’ll Always Be My Angel, but that kind of went to pieces😅. It has been a little more than a month than I posted and I’m really sorry about that. And I do have reasons for it I promise!

Part of it is these next few chapters were giving me a little bit of writers block! So it did take a while to figure out what I wanted to write. But unfortunately by the time I figured that out, some stuff happened. My mental health went into a small decline and my dysphoria kinda got the best of me for a while. And some chapters were particularly hard for me to write. And then add some personal stuff to the mix, that I would rather not put on the internet for right now. But it did involve some trauma from a few years ago resurfacing.

But I have slowly been getting back into the rhythm of writing and I’m making some progress. I think I’m going to try to have some chapters completed and ready for when I have times like this so I don’t leave you guys hanging.

But to keep you guys entertained until the next chapter, I’ve decided to answer some questions I’ve gotten! Whether it be from my friends or family who read my story, or you guys messaging me with them. But you guys have asked some really good questions! So I’ll go ahead and answer some of those now!

1) Why is Crowley’s scar golden?

I love this question! And there are actually two reasons behind this! The first being I liked the idea of body marks and traits that are holy being golden. Like angels who have moles or freckles and they’re golden. So it made sense to me that any scar left by someone/something holy be golden as well. Even on a demon. The second reason is it was also inspired by Kintsugi. Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold. It’s meaning is to learn to embrace your flaws and imperfections. And seeing as Crowley is insecure about his golden scar, he will eventually learn to and be comfortable with embracing this part of him!

2) Why didn’t Aziraphale take Crowley to a hospital?

Well, I think it would have been a little awkward for the both of them. And how would they fill out the forms? No birthday or insurance provider. And I’m not sure how any medical exams would play out. It would cause a lot of issues if Crowley’s wings suddenly emerged. And also the process of Aziraphale explaining how this happened to Crowley. So having Aziraphale take care of Crowley himself seemed more logical. Also, I’m a sucker for couples tending to each other’s wounds🥰

3) How long will this story be?

You know, i’m not really sure. I have about twenty chapters structured, but there’s still a lot more to add. So it’s safe to say this will be a long one!

4) Will the reveal of season 2 effect the story at all?

I’ve actually answered this before I think, but I’ll answer it again! Seeing as I already have a plot and ending in mind, I have no plans on letting season 2 impact it. But who knows that may change! But for now, the answer is no :)

5) When will we find out what happened to Crowley?

Soon! But not for a few chapters, so stay tuned!!! ;)

6) What inspired this fan fiction?

It was actually an animatic on youtube by Magismol-v (if you know if they have a tumblr, please tag them!). It was to the song Icarus by Bastille. I instantly fell in love with the idea of Aziraphale Falling from Heaven for Crowley. And thus, this fan fiction was born!

7) What’s with the content warnings? They just spoil things. (Yes this is a real question I got)

In this fan fiction, there will be a lot of things that might have the potential to trigger someone. And the last thing I want is for someone to be upset or triggered by something I wrote. So, I include the warnings. But seeing as a can’t prepare for every warning, I am always welcome to warning suggestions. If you suggest a trigger warning to me, it will be added. If you don’t like the trigger warnings, too bad. They’re not leaving. So. You can either skip past them or just not read. Yes, spoilers suck. But so does being triggered.

8) What communities, religions, identities, cultures, etc are you planning on including?

I don’t have any specific plans for representation right now. It’s mostly based on what each chapter is about. I don’t want to add representation where it doesn’t benefit the community I’m trying to represent. But I am also open to hearing about representation you the reader want to see! And if I ever write any representation wrong or offensively, please let me know so I can fix it!!!

i find it hilarious that margaret (@featherrwbyrnjr) who i guess has me blocked now would assume a lot of things especially because i was in no way hostile in my recent post.

margaret and her friends have all been monitored by twitter countless times and suspended for abuse and harrassment. this includes monty (margaret's friend) telling me he hopes i get hit with a car, and promptly getting suspended afterwards.

margaret has said extendedly homophobic, ableist, and transphobic things towards several of my friends, including my current boyfriend. monty has stolen art from one of my friends.

monty and margaret are adults. ADULTS. who have been harassing people who are as young as 13 over a ship.

1: you deciding that shuake and shuakes as a whole are bad people because of your bad experience with your ex friends is your own fault.

2: do you even know what yaoi means? yaoi is the sexual fetishization of mlm couples and generally mlm people. the people who usually create yaoi content are usually straight women. a huge majority of shuakes are mlm/nblm, wlw/nblw, trans, etc. this includes myself, apollo, briar, cyber, kayla, and literally EVERYONE who you have attacked on twitter and verbally abused and sent threats to.

3: you repost shuake content with the intent to attack others for shipping shuake. YOU are the instigator. you don't know how to mind your business even if it could save your life.

4: i was actually referencing to a twitch stream in which robbie commented on shuake. get your shit straight.

5: you throw around the term biphobia like fucking CRAZY dude. biphobia this biphobia that do you understand that akechi's entire dialogue is gay coded? do you understand that, even in atlus' attempts to be homophobic in other contexts, you can still have lgbtq undertones? atlus is also notoriously bigoted in more ways than just homophobia yet has several autism coded and otherwise neurodivergent characters in the entire persona series.

6: shutaba is fucking vile, as well as akesumi. these are ships involving characters who are minors shipped with characters who either are portrayed as a sibling figure and/or an adult. akesumi is the equivalent to a senior in hs dating a freshman in hs. shutaba is a literal fucking stepbro x stepsis type ship and it is disgusting. futaba shouldn't even have been a romance route but atlus made her one because apparently female characters in persona games have to be dependent on the male main character.

margaret only ever mentions her autism when someone brings up a valid point - even in a very civil way - just so she has something to pin against the people who are telling her she is wrong.

margaret has told shuakes that she HOPES GORO AKECHI KILLS THEIR PETS, which is an extremely sensitive topic to me and my osdd system as a whole, hence i said some ugly things due to a persecutor's reaction, which i later owned up to and apologized for. upon people telling her sending death threats to ANIMALS was disgusting and uncalled for, she DISMISSED IT and said "goro said it not me".

she denies the fact that a huge majority of shuakes are disabled and/or lgbtq, including myself, and continues to call shuakes who have had it with her vile behavior ableist and homophobic.

upon people who tell her she's in the wrong, she blames it on being autistic, and when someone says "i also have autism/am disabled and i have never said shit like this", she attempts to privilege check people by saying things like "i don't have access to health insurance" or "i work several jobs" etc etc. (also known as the oppression olympics).

margaret and monty both have targeted several minors under the age of 16 to attack them for shipping shuake, including on tweets that do not say a single thing about shuakes or them in general.

Here's another #RichDekuAu thing

- Deku's pet Informatica can split into 2 (Let's call em Inform(Info) and Mathica(Math)) Info usually goes with Izuku and Math usually goes with Katsuki

-These two are the go to Eyes in the sky, Info likes to go around the Midori Inc like a Flying Surveilance drone while Math likes to perch on Katsuki's shoulder looking at people creepily. It makes them feel tingly in their motherboards (awz).

- The Midori Inc has another way to make money other than information brokers. Hero vs Villain (Hero vs Hero and Villain vs Villain works too) Matched arena fights. They do this on the basement floor thats as big as a small town and as high as a Airplane can go.

-In these matched fights Heros and Villains are required to wear safety bracelets, they will be strapped securely around either their Wrists or their necks anywhere you can find a pulse easily. These willl ensure that there will be no heavy casualties or deaths inside the arena. If anyone dies in the arenatheir families will be given a heafty condolense insurance money+sponsorship for any children under the household name.

-The safety bracelets will monitor their pulse and blood pressure from time to time and their health will be shown as Health bars, if their health reaches low or if the refree deems the contestant unfit to continue (ie excessive bleeding) they will automatically lose by default, another way to lose is to admit defeat but that rarely happens. people can bet for who they think will win and Midori Inc will get 20% of all earnings. And if you lose the bet Midori inc will provide a 5% Refund.

- Every Hero and Villain are obligated to sign a Waiver + an agreement not to bring personal grudges into the arena all fights must be fought fairly (in accordance to the rules) and with caution for breaking the rules will black list you from Midori Inc INDEFINITELY.

-Viewers can watch the show and show support by donating to their Heroes/Villains (Usually Villains who join are Retired/ seeking a good fight with no risks) Midori Inc will not take any of such earnings other than Show Revenue. Which they will take 90% of the 10% will be split To each opponent by half.

- Allmight has participated in a special episode for the arena where anyone and everyone who wants to fight with no huge risks, that episode has over 10M views in the first week. Allmight did not take any of the earnings instead donated them to Orphanages who needed them.

- there is also The Maze in the third upper basement floor where Detectives and Policemen like to participate in where they work together with and without heroes to solve hypothetical Cases with very realistic props. A lot of people like this show. Midori Inc splits all profits 50/50 for this show since the detectives and Policemen come not to gain fame or anything but just to have fun with no real consequences. Tsukauchi comes by sometimes (He's a crowd favorite ;D)

- The second upper Basement is a place where Heroes, Villains, Detectives and Policemen alike can take a rest and enjoy themselves while they wait for their turn on the Arena/Maze, they can get free deserts and food with some complimentary drinks to highten the moral.

- Katsuki likes to appear A LOT on the Arena he's not a certified hero YET, but its a great way to train. (The fans love him (u gotta admit he has the looks))

- Endewhor- I mean Endeavore has joined once or twice it was eh.

- Aizawa instead likes to part in the Maze. He thinks the puzzles are interesting.

-The Arena and Mazes also have Teen Sections where Hero/Villain to bes can spar in and be watched by hundred to test their metal and if some are lucky they can catch a glimpse of the green haired big boss.

-If any trainees look promising they will most probably sponsored by Midori Inc, all their support items and basic neccesities will be funded by Midori Inc, Hitoshi Shinsou has a sponsorship and the Midori Inc has been faithfully supplying his gear ever since (Katsuki's sponsorship is a no brainer)

- Izuku watches the matches Religiously he loves them (Katsuki was the one to think of the idea tho, at first he just wanted to spar and train more so he jokingly suggested an arena "WOW KAACHAN! That's an Incredible Idea" goes to talk logistics with his mom " Wait no Izu-chan.... ugh god fucking dammit"

- The building also has Private Training rooms where you can be assigned your best suited trainer or bring a trainer of your own. Endevore and his son have meticulously used these state of the art facilities and Shouto has his own Trainer (Who Trains him hard but within reason).

- Endevore and his Agency has tried to make contact with the Boss of the Corporation but alas the big boss is too anti social to talk with poop sty so he has to settle with the Madam. Who obviously told him to F off but continue to support the corporation with his Agency's training sessions. Which he still does.

- Shouto has "Met" (more like seen a glimpse of) Izuku but he was stopped (Blocked) midway to talk to him by Katsuki.

-It was a Cat Fight told by many.

- Izuku just wants to watch the world progress but he won't supply his tech to anyone outside the Corporation even AllMight had a hard time trying to convince Izuku to supply his Agency. (In the end Izuku did relent but only if AllMight's Agency is willing to sign the papers to merge with Midori Inc in which they reluctantly did)

- Midori Inc tech is Super si fi, You can find Lazers, Mechanical WORKING wings, Spy gadgets, multi purposed shape shifting Gloves, etc etc.

-and ALL of them have GPS's to make sure they don't go into the wrong hands, if the gps is somehow compromised the tech will Self Destruct there is no failsafe to this.

- Izuku and Katsuki like Sitting on the penthouse balcony just watching the stars

-the Midori Inc building is in fact not in the city but rather is a vast forest Island of which Midori Inc is in the process of Purchasing every inch of, they have currently succeeded in buying 80% of it with the building as its center piece. Theres a Railway connecting the building with the city as to make commute easier.

- Katsuki travels via Private Jet to school since its slightly far away, the first time he arrived everyone thought he was some kind of celeb and others recognized him from The Arena fights he's somehow always won. He avoided signing a lot of Autographs that day.

- The private jet has Wifi, Bookshelves for school books and a 70inch Plasma screen Smart TV which Katsuki treats like his own baby.

- Everyone from class 1-A wants to ride the jet during the field trip but Katsuki rejects saying "If you guys wanna ride my fucking Jet to My fucking house, Your gonna be riding on the roof with a loose string to keep you straped on"

-No body but him and the driver + a few robot attendants came with him back home.

-everyone else took the bus + Bullet Train there.
