style, flair, and a head of red hair – she’s the nanny?!
Tumblr media
oneshot. 5k. human au. the story of how crowley becomes a nanny. no, not that one. the other one. the fine type. this fic was inspired by @densewentz and this stunning piece of The Nanny/Crowley art that blew my socks clean off. i had to write it.
She is entirely perfect and utterly boring.
Aziraphale Edenson, ever the picture of perfect pleasantry, has recited three consecutive poems in his mind while she's been speaking, and he could almost swear one of them had been the entirety of Ginsburg's Howl. He can't be certain, as he's drifted. In front of him, the Mary Poppins palimpsest is finishing her impassioned speech that had begun somewhere in her childhood only to end, in a satisfying narrative conclusion, he is sure, in the childhood of Warlock, his unexpected teenage protegé, and somehow between those two childhoods she had also wedged in his, Aziraphale's, childhood too, though he isn't sure quite how that is possible. It seems she has done her research rather thoroughly.
It is not polite to interrupt people, so Aziraphale does not. He smiles, he nods at the right moments, and he offers more tea, and then he ushers her to the front door with perfect manners only to say, in one last moment of mental impasse, "Well, thank you so very much, Mrs Poppins, I will be sure to contact you by the end of the week. It has been so very lovely to meet you."
It only occurs to him half an hour later why her smile had faltered, and he smacks his hand to his forehead, producing a noise that sounds very much like oh, bugger.
A string of interviews follow this initial one, and after a fortnight, Aziraphale gives up. It’s not that the applicants are unsuited: rather the opposite, their credentials battle each other for excellence: if one has twenty years of experience in royal nanny service, the next will present a doctoral degree in Nannyology straight from Harvard. After all, Villa Eden is not only a beautiful and prestigious estate in the nicest part of London, but he offers a pay check that the best paid nanny in the world might have envied, promptly losing her her title. An honest wage for honest work, he thinks, and he certainly does not know what to do with a twelve year old boy. So if someone does, money shall not be the issue.
The thing is: hiring a nanny is… it’s like selling books. Aziraphale is selfish. Aziraphale does not want to hire a nanny. He does not want to share his space, his routines, his library, his home. He can do it for Warlock, for a few months, because it is the right thing to do. He does not love it. But he likes the kid enough. Especially because his parents… well, they don’t. Not properly, not like they should, and that is enough for Aziraphale to feel a bristling sense of injustice, and a burning desire to bestow the boy with a love that might not live up to the parental ideal, but make him feel safe and liked and cared for, at least.
So maybe he has to hire the Mary Poppins nanny, after all, to help him realize his wish, to support him in his quest, to breach the friendly but unbreachable rift between the old, reclusive neighbor and the bright, young boy that has been parked here by his parents, like a pet, while they are away for travel for half a year. Aziraphale huffs.
He stares out the window of his conservatory, but can’t make out the expanse of his glorious estate. That’s because it is cloudy and gray and rainy and grim, and also winter, which might have something to do with it. Darkness has settled over the hill and his mansion like a heavy blanket. His clock chimed five not a minute ago, and yet it is already pitch-dark. Aziraphale likes winter. It grants you more alone time that needs not be justified as much as during other seasons. The weather today suits his mood. With a grim face, he makes up his mind to hire the nanny.
In a dramatic last minute coincidence not at all necessitated by the narrative, the doorbell rings precisely in the moment Aziraphale starts to dial the number on the resumé.
Aziraphale puts the receiver back down. He walks to the main entrance.
(He does not believe in servants: for the same reason that he does not believe in nannies.)
When he opens the door, it takes him a moment to make sense of the picture of personified misery he is presented with.
“Cosmetics,” the picture of misery says.
“Excuse me?”

Tumblr media
As soon as Atom knew that they were able to finally leave the bunker after what felt like forever, receiving word from Octavia that his girlfriend had infact made it after being part of Bellamy’s group that went to space, there was only one person that he really cared about seeing. HARPER. Being separated for the past six years without even so much as a ‘goodbye’ after the two had argued about her decision to stay back at Arcadia with Jasper and the kids that were planning to overdose rather than allow the radiation to kill them had only filled Atom with guilt and regret. Knowing that he had to apologise and make things right with her. Taking a second to bask in the fresh air, sighing with relief that he was still alive, he quickly resumed his task of scanning the large crowd for the familiar blonde. His gaze falling on her after a few seconds as he noticed her running in his direction. Opening up his arms and just pulling her into his embrace, holding her close. Remaining silent as everyone around them reunited with family and friends.
Moving to cup the face of the blonde that stood before him, Atom was unable to wipe the smile from his lips. A content sigh slipping from his mouth as his eyes scanned over her face; taking in every little detail of the woman that he had been separated from over the past six years, admiring the beauty that she had always had but he hadn’t necessarily appreciated enough until this moment. For the first time since he had found out that all of their lives had been at risk because of Praimfaya and that they didn’t necessarily have a solution that would save them, he was filled with a sense of happiness. A sense of thankfulness and gratitude. His constant worry and the recurring nightmares of Harper not making it that had haunted him, causing many sleepless nights where he would just wonder around the bunker, were now distant memories in the back of his mind. His thumb gently brushing over the skin of her cheekbone while he breathed out softly, still currently unable to finally find the perfect words to sum up the relief that he felt causing him to just remain silent.
‘I don’t think you quite understand how hard the past few years have been without you.’

Five books I'm looking forward to reading in 2022:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
1. The Mere Wife by Maria Dahvana Headley
Two mothers—a suburban housewife and a battle-hardened veteran—struggle to protect those they love in this modern retelling of Beowulf.
From the perspective of those who live in Herot Hall, the suburb is a paradise. Picket fences divide buildings—high and gabled—and the community is entirely self-sustaining. Each house has its own fireplace, each fireplace is fitted with a container of lighter fluid, and outside—in lawns and on playgrounds—wildflowers seed themselves in neat rows. But for those who live surreptitiously along Herot Hall’s periphery, the subdivision is a fortress guarded by an intense network of gates, surveillance cameras, and motion-activated lights.
For Willa, the wife of Roger Herot (heir of Herot Hall), life moves at a charmingly slow pace. She flits between mommy groups, playdates, cocktail hour, and dinner parties, always with her son, Dylan, in tow. Meanwhile, in a cave in the mountains just beyond the limits of Herot Hall lives Gren, short for Grendel, as well as his mother, Dana, a former soldier who gave birth as if by chance. Dana didn’t want Gren, didn’t plan Gren, and doesn’t know how she got Gren, but when she returned from war, there he was. When Gren, unaware of the borders erected to keep him at bay, ventures into Herot Hall and runs off with Dylan, Dana’s and Willa’s worlds collide.
2. The Only Good Indians by Stephen Graham Jones
Seamlessly blending classic horror and a dramatic narrative with sharp social commentary, The Only Good Indians follows four American Indian men after a disturbing event from their youth puts them in a desperate struggle for their lives. Tracked by an entity bent on revenge, these childhood friends are helpless as the culture and traditions they left behind catch up to them in a violent, vengeful way.
3. The Broken Earth Trilogy by N. K. Jemisin (I know this is technically 3 books but I'm counting them as 1)
This is the way the world ends for the last time...
A season of endings has begun. It starts with the great red rift across the heart of the world's sole continent, spewing ash that blots out the sun. It starts with death, with a murdered son and a missing daughter. It starts with betrayal, and long dormant wounds rising up to fester.
This is the Stillness, a land long familiar with catastrophe, where the power of the earth is wielded as a weapon. And where there is no mercy.
4. Annihilation by Jeff VanderMeer
Area X has been cut off from the rest of the world for decades. Nature has reclaimed the last vestiges of human civilization. The first expedition returned with reports of a pristine, Edenic landscape; the second expedition ended in mass suicide, the third in a hail of gunfire as its members turned on one another. The members of the eleventh expedition returned as shadows of their former selves, and within weeks, all had died of cancer. In Annihilation, the first volume of Jeff VanderMeer's Southern Reach Trilogy, we join the twelfth expedition.
The group is made up of four women: an anthropologist; a surveyor; a psychologist, the de facto leader; and our narrator, a biologist. Their mission is to map the terrain, record all observations of their surroundings and of one another, and, above all, avoid being contaminated by Area X itself.
They arrive expecting the unexpected, and Area X delivers—but it’s the surprises that came across the border with them and the secrets the expedition members are keeping from one another that change everything.
5. The Icarus Girl by Helen Oyeyemi
Jessamy “Jess” Harrison, age eight, is the child of an English father and a Nigerian mother. Possessed of an extraordinary imagination, she has a hard time fitting in at school. It is only when she visits Nigeria for the first time that she makes a friend who understands her: a ragged little girl named TillyTilly. But soon TillyTilly’s visits become more disturbing, until Jess realizes she doesn’t actually know who her friend is at all. Drawing on Nigerian mythology, Helen Oyeyemi presents a striking variation on the classic literary theme of doubles — both real and spiritual — in this lyrical and bold debut.

Ah! I’ve never been tagged in something like this! 😂I’m honored, thank you @meetmeatthecoda! 💖
Favorite snack: This is a hard one! I struggle so hard with favorites! 😂 I suppose I don’t like peanuts or trail mix for snacks because they make me thirsty but if I had to chose fruit or gummies or vegetables! :)
Favorite place to go on vacation: Unpopular opinion: Texas. More relatable answer: New York!
What’s a song that makes you dance immediately? “I Feel Good” by James Brown has NEVER not worked! The place I work sells a teddy bear that sings it when you press it and it’s the mightiest of challenges to not react because everyone presses it!
Tea or coffee? And what kind? Neither? (Don’t kill me!) I’ve never gotten into the taste of tea and coffee makes me so sleepy! 😭But I like to pretend I like coffee--really, it's just an exorbitant about of sweet and condensed milk with just a drop of coffee.😂
Do you play an instrument? I used to play piano when I was bit a wee little babe, but I lost it when school actually took time! So, no. I’m not that cool!
What’s your favorite type of personality? Again, I suck with favorites, but I love extroverts because they most often are super funny and make me just feel super comfortable and good since I’m so awkward. But the smart, nerdy geeks are just the greatest. As long as someone is kind I just feel happy and immediately love them.
Favorite comedian? Kevin Hart is amazing Kate McKinnon is my all time favorite SNL star. James Cordon is just the sweetest diva and I my favorite late night host. But, I find everything funny so...
Gummy candy or chocolate? Gummy candy! Chocolate is GREAT, don’t get me wrong but gummy candy always makes me feel like a kid again, and recently I just found out that sour gummy bears are a thing and I’m gonna get a cavity from it...
What did you wanna be when you were a kid? Everything. Any kind of scientist, a painter because I used to be a self-professed professional. A singer, an actor, a ballerina--I actually still wouldn’t mind being a ballerina--a doctor, a lawyer, a teacher was a big phase. As you might be able to tell, I struggle with decisions...
What’s your favorite physical feature about yourself? I won’t lie, I’m still battling to love myself but maybe my hands...? I like my fingers which I feel like is a weird thing. But I’m TINY and just recently I’ve begun to LOVE that. I get to climb things, people still think I’m a kid, I get discounts, it’s all great! So my height, then! 😆(Or my lack thereof 🤣)
When was the last time you watched a show, or movie on a TV? If you mean like an actual show that I’ve dedicated time to following then a few months ago with The Blacklist season six finale. If it’s just like mindless browsing and exploring then a few seconds ago. I’m thinking of watching When They See Us which, fine is technically on Netflix, but if it’s connected to the TV that counts, right? (If not, then a day ago with the last five minutes of Olympus Has Fallen.)
Unpopular opinion: Okay, fine, I wear socks to bed every day and it’s great. Sue me!
Are you scared of bugs? YES! (Is there anyone who isn’t?👀 )But I’m also the one that kills them, and finds them, and disposes of them no matter who I’m with! 😭😭😭
Cats or dogs? Cats maybe? Dogs are for when I’m feeling hyper and cats are my general mood.
Are you allergic to any foods? I don’t think so...I used to be! But I grew out of those allergies...I should probably be better with that but nothing’s killed me or given me an allergic reaction yet! 😁
Does the description of your star sign match your personality? Sometimes. I don’t really know how reliable that stuff is but I’m born on the last day of one so supposedly I’m kinda a combination of both...? I’m not sure how it works to well, sorry!
Favorite type of accent? I have no idea. I love all accents except my own. I’m oddly intrigued with them. I love the differences in letters, the subtleties that lie within. The way they poke out when you’re feeling a base emotion, the cadence and rhythm. How for some reason, people with more regional accents can pick up the mainstream accent of their country but people with mainstream accents can’t so easily pick up regional accents...Honestly, I don’t have a really answer, I’m sorry again, but I love accents so much! But for the US--Southern and Bostonian.
Name the first song that comes to your head! “Cry Me A River” by Justin Timberlake but only because I had to look up the description for my star sign!
Who is the sexiest famous person to you? Argh, I don’t know! It changes every time I see a new sexy actor! Off the top of my head, Chris Pratt.
Cake or pie? Both! I love cakes, I love pies. Pies are usually better in smaller cities, let’s be real, but when there’s sugar involved, I’m game.
When’s the last time you read an entire novel? I tried to read East of Eden by John Steinbeck but I’m so busy lately that I renewed the book the maximum amount, and returned it overdue. I’m going to try again, however, with a new book so I’ll let you know how that works!
Favorite junk food? ALL JUNK FOOD IS GOOD JUNK FOOD! :D But perhaps v.
Do you like your height? Yup, I’m beginning to love it! :)
Apples or oranges? Little Cuties are the best! They’re like mini oranges so I’ll go with oranges.
Do you like salad? YES! I love salad! :D Salad is tasty. The only salad I don’t like is the kind that contains cranberries and walnuts and fruity stuff like that. :)
What person inspires you the most? My dad! He’s my favorite person in the world.
What’s a song that has made you cry? I’ve never cried while listening to a song! Or watching a movie, or anything of the sort. Sometimes I wonder if that’s weird, but I very rarely cry.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS! I’m sorry I’m boring, but I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed yours! I promise you aren’t boring! <3 I had so much fun! For the tagging part: @isa-renee / @lotrluvr922

Premier League Tactical Preview: Arsenal to overpower Man Utd and other key battles

Premier League Tactical Preview: Arsenal to overpower Man Utd and other key battles Please share.
. looks ahead to the 15th round of Premier League matches, predicting a tough 90 minutes for Manchester City at Watford… “Lucas Torreira, dominant against Spurs, can take advantage of the disconnect between the United midfield and attack to ensure Arsenal maintain pressure, but it is Ramsey – restored to his favourite number eight position – who can make the most telling contribution.”
Watford v Man CityTuesday, 20:00Live on BT Sport 1Injuries have begun to disrupt Manchester City’s flow and despite beating Bournemouth at the weekend their opponents were competitive for long periods, adequately holding Pep Guardiola’s side at arms length. Watford’s dreadful run of one point from four matches ensures the visitors are heavy favourites, and yet Javi Gracia’s narrow 4-2-2-2 should make this closer than anticipated. For the first time in a while, Gracia’s tactical stubbornness gives the Hornets a possible advantage.City struggle to build through the middle without Kevin de Bruyne, often relying on the crossing of Benjamin Mendy (now injured) or the instinctive centre-forward play of Sergio Aguero (also injured). As their usual attacking tactics slow down, narrow formations – such as Bournemouth’s 5-4-1 – can shut down the half-spaces and make City seem a little flat. Consequently Watford’s box-shape midfield may keep the score at 0-0 for a long time. However, Watford’s narrow system inevitably leaves gaps in wide areas. Over the last two games right-back Kiko Femenia has been consistently beaten by Leicester’s Demerai Gray and Sadio Mane, and so Leroy Sane – back in form with two goals and two assists in his last four games – should win the one-on-one. Expect Sane’s movement to outwit Femenia, eventually leading to the German firing one of his low crosses in for a City goal.Man Utd v ArsenalWednesday, 20:00Live on BT Sport 1Unai Emery’s second half switch to a 3-4-1-2 against Spurs saw Aaron Ramsey make runs ahead of the Tottenham midfield to combine with Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang; together, they formed a front three that constantly looked to run off the shoulder and receive quick forward passes. Arsenal should continue with this fluid attacking system against Manchester United, ensuring they out-battle their timid opponents.Jose Mourinho was remarkably negative against Southampton, starting with seven defensive players on the pitch and a back five – which is why Romelu Lukaku and Marcus Rashford were so isolated and why Paul Pogba looked lost in possession. If that’s how Mourinho approaches Southampton then presumably it will be even more cagey when Arsenal come to Old Trafford, which means the Gunners have the chance to swarm and harass them into submission. Lucas Torreira, dominant against Spurs, can take advantage of the disconnect between the United midfield and attack to ensure Arsenal maintain pressure, but it is Ramsey – restored to his favourite number eight position – who can make the most telling contribution. The Welshman will break beyond the struggling Nemanja Matic, creating the sort of overloads that led to all three of Arsenal’s second-half goals on Sunday. Wolves v ChelseaWednesday, 19:45The main reason Wolves have won one point from their last six Premier League matches is Nuno Esperito Santo’s predictability. He picks the same 11 in the same system for every game, and inevitably opposition managers have started to work out how to nullify them. But it gets worse: such consistency means they struggle to cope with forced changes, which is why Ruben Neves’s suspension spells disaster for the Midlands club.Neves has played every minute of the 2018/19 Premier League season while his partner, Joao Moutinho has missed just 44 minutes in the 2-0 defeat to Huddersfield in late November. Wolves are ill-prepared for a disruption in this department, especially given the replacement will be 18-year-old Morgan Gibbs-White. The youngster is technically gifted, is unlikely to cope with the speed and fluency of the Chelsea midfield; Gibbs-White failed to make, or even attempt, a single tackle in 45 minutes against Huddersfield.Maurizio Sarri’s team are back in their groove after a comfortable win against Fulham, whose inability to track Jorginho highlighted the brilliant jobs done by Dele Alli and Gylfi Sigurdsson recently. Wolves, with an inexperienced two-man midfield and low on confidence, won’t be able to suffocate the Italian, which means plenty of time on the ball for Matteo Kovacic and Eden Hazard down Chelsea’s left. A comfortable win for the visitors with early goals seems likely.Fulham v LeicesterWednesday, 19:45Fulham have become more resilient since Claudio Ranieri took charge, with Callum Chambers moving into central midfield (12 tackles, six interceptions in the last two games), but they remain a work in progress. Jorginho ran the game at the weekend, outmanoeuvring Tom Cairney to combine with Kovacic and wear down the visitors. Leicester City should be able to similarly take advantage, using Chambers’ flat-footedness to get James Maddison into the game. The 22-year-old scored the second goal at the weekend and, following a slow few weeks for the England U21 player, weaved through a congested central midfield with aplomb (three successful dribbles). Fulham are highly likely to give Chambers too much to do, while Jean-Michael Serri is error-prone and vulnerable to being caught in possession; it is easy to imagine Maddison getting on the ball in dangerous positions to slip Jamie Vardy through on goal.Vardy is also back in form, scoring in each of his last two league matches, and his most significant contribution against Watford was running clean through on goal to earn a penalty in the 12th minute. It will take a few more weeks at least until Ranieri has strengthened Fulham’s soft centre – or made them capable of defending the Maddison-Vardy partnership.

‘Talking Point’ Part 20 - (5th April 2017)
With no more international breaks between now and the end of the season, the run-in is well and truly underway for all 20 Premier League sides.
Gameweek 30 served up some ‘tasty’ ties at both ends of the table, including strugglers Swansea hosting Middlesbrough, a South Coast derby between Southampton and Bournemouth, and the Merseyside derby.
The biggest game of the weekend however came at the Emirates on Sunday as Arsenal and Manchester City faced off, with both still fighting for a top four berth.
Top four rivals share the spoils to keep the race wide open
There was nothing to separate the two sides, as they held each other to a thrilling 2-2 draw.
It was the away side that were first on the scoresheet, through summer signing Leroy Sane after only four minutes.
After struggling early on in the season, the German has found his feet and contributed to seven of City’s Prem goals this season (four goals and three assists).
It took Arsenal a little while to respond but they managed to equalise in the 39th minute - Theo Walcott with his ninth goal of what has been a solid season for the 28 year-old.
City then fired back in front within ninety seconds - their goal machine Sergio Aguero with his 14th league strike of the campaign.
Shkodran Mustafi has played a key role for the Gunners since his £35m move from Valencia in the summer - he got the second equaliser on 52 minutes.
Tumblr media
Mustafi has started 21 out of 29 league games this season
Both sides seemed keen to make sure they didn’t lose as the game entered it’s closing stages, but really this was a must-win game for Arsene Wenger and Pep Guardiola’s men.
Man City stay fourth on 58 points, while Arsenal languish in sixth and seven points less than their opponents.
Benteke batters Chelsea to blow title race wide open
Christian Benteke starred for Crystal Palace as they secured a shock 2-1 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas got the league leaders  off to a flying start, netting the opener with only four minutes on the clock.
But Sam Allardyce’s Palace battled right back and equalised through Wilfried Zaha with eight minutes gone - Benteke providing the assist.
The winner incredibly came only two minutes later, Zaha repaying the favour to help Benteke reach double figures in the league.
Chelsea’s attacking stars, including 17-goal Diego Costa, Eden Hazard and Pedro, failed to find a way past Palace keeper Wayne Hennessey and his defence, holding on for a famous win.
Having struggled for much of the season, resulting in Alan Pardew being sacked, this is a huge result for Palace.
They stay in 16th, four points from the bottom three, while Chelsea’s lead at the top is now down to seven points.
Benteke becomes the first #CPFC 🦅 player since AJ to hit 🔟 #PL goals...https://t.co/Aygm5Tl9WQ

Toffees torn apart in Merseyside derby humiliation
Everton collapsed to a 3-1 defeat in the Merseyside derby on a disappointing day for Ronald Koeman’s men.
Sadio Mane has been tearing up trees (or more accurately Prem defences) since his arrival at Southampton back in 2014.
He has stepped things up another gear since his summer switch to Anfield - netting thirteen goals and setting up a further seven.
He got the opener for the home side after seven minutes, before Matthew Pennington equalised with his first Everton goal 20 minutes later.
From there Liverpool took control - Phillipe Coutinho restoring their lead on the half hour. He’s now on seven league goals in 2016/17, not a bad return considering he has been injured for spells this term.
Tumblr media
Coutinho now has 28 goals in 130 Prem games for Liverpool since his arrival from Inter Milan in 2013.
Divock Origi has been a solid scoring source for Jurgen Klopp’s men this season - five goals from seven starts is not a bad record - and he netted the third just before the hour, to end the game as a contest.
The Kop stay in third, just a point in front of Man City, and three away from Spurs in second, so still much to do to secure their top four finish.
But this win will be a huge psychological boost for them given it is over their most bitter of rivals. Everton are in seventh, tied on 51 points with Arsenal.
N’Didi wonder strike helps Foxes continue revival
Wilfried N’Didi scored a long-range strike as Craig Shakespeare’s good start as Leicester boss continued, with a 2-0 win over Stoke.
N’Didi, a January signing from Genk, has been impressive in midfield as the defending champions have begun to see an upturn in form.
And he struck a sensational long range effort to give his team the lead after twenty-four minutes.
Jamie Vardy was one of the stars of last season’s title triumph but has struggled to achieve those same heights this campaign, along with the likes of PFA Player of the Year Riyad Mahrez.
But he has found his form again of late and netted a decisive second early into the second half, leaving Stoke with no response.
Shakespeare’s troops have now gone from a relegation battle to the lofty heights of 10th place, although that is a long way from their dizzying achievements of last season of course!
Mark Hughes’s Stoke are just a place below, only behind the Foxes on goal difference.
Check out N’Didi’s phenomenal goal below:
What a way to open the scoring! 🚀 Here’s @Ndidi25’s unstoppable strike in #LeiSto… #YesNdidi 👏 pic.twitter.com/LEYFUtTLQV

Sentai Announces May Slate And 7Seeds
Tumblr media
Senta Filmworks has announced upcomng home video titles and the acquisition of 7Seeds:
HOUSTON, TX — February 22, 2021 — Sentai announced today that it will be releasing the second season of post-apocalyptic anime series 7SEEDS, based on the award-winning manga of the same name, on home video in Spring 2021.
Season 2 picks up where Season 1 left off. A meteor strike has left the world a shattered shell of what it once was, but a government initiative involving cryogenics has given humanity a fighting chance. To date, the subjects of the 7SEEDS project have survived giant insects, post-apocalyptic weather, ferocious animals, and the greatest danger of all: other survivors, all of whom will do anything to live another day. But the 7SEEDS project’s chosen few aren’t safe yet, and the monumental mission of rebuilding society has only just begun.
A Studio KAI (Cagaster of an Insect Cage, Uma Musume: Pretty Derby Season 2) production, 7SEEDS’ second season is directed by Yukio Takahashi (director Dog & Scissors, episode director LASTEXILE -Fam, The Silver-, Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit and The Qwaser of Stigmata) while Toko Machida (Akame ga Kill!, Chaika -The Coffin Princess-, Wake Up, Girls!) provides series composition. The series stars the vocal talents of Nao Toyama (GATE, My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU, KAKURIYO -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits-) as Natsu Iwashimizu, Jun Fukuyama (Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions, Assassination Classroom, Maoyu ~ Archenemy & Hero) as Arashi Aota and Yoko Hikasa (BanG Dream! 2nd Season, K-ON!, No Game, No Life) as Hana Sugurono.
7SEEDS is based upon the manga of the same name by Yumi Tamura; in 2007, the manga received the 52nd Shogakukan Manga Award for “Best Shojo (Girl’s) Manga.”
