it's 1:30 am and after a month of peacefully enduring Interesting Times, trying to set up a new laptop is turning me into the joker.

every day i am spending money and having problems.

#…#so i just learned that the $500+ laptop i bought #agonized over the purchase of #did the research on for months #was sold by a third party seller notorious for replacing the drives with cheaper models and basically selling refurbished instead of new #i only realized because something was going on with the fan #and on the bottom were 2 different serial numbers and the system gave me a third seperate one #none of which could be registered on the official site #and then went back to the order and realized the seller was an obvious shady company #and IF I HAD JUST LOOKED THEM UP I WOULDN’T HAVE #BOUGHT THE COMPUTER FROM THEM #i feel…not sick exactly #just furious #i mean at least the computer is functional it just was not worth the money i spent on it #and will hopefully last for the next two years or so

let's see how long executive dysfunction will kick my ass before stress let's me do all the tasks that need to be done in the next 10 hours

#it's “buy new laptop” day but financial related things cause me an unreasonable amount of stress #and i need to go to the bank before i go to the store to deposit the cash i scraped together #and i need to wait until i get paid for my contract work (which is 600$ but it depends on if they send my payments through today or not)#and i need to hope that i get the same employee discount I got last time (I do not work for this store but Im working in the same mall)#and i have to hope that they'll let me use 500$ in gift cards #I have a market on Saturday and nothing set up so I need to paint like 10 more things while in the hotel before I leave tomorrow #I was planning to get up at 9am and it's now 1pm

#ok this is literally so stupid so I'm just gonna put it in the tags #I have a vpn on my computer and not my phone #and I'm used to uploading pictures by putting it in a draft or emailing it to myself #but tumblr is blocked and so is gmail (and google stuff in general)#so I tried making a yahoo email #but it wouldn't accept my phone number bc it's not local #then I tried multiple school emails that don't use google #outlook said fuck you and didn't accept them #tried messaging my brother about the vpn but my messages don't send here #tried using wechat but I got logged out and I don't remember my password #tried slack but that was stupid for like 500 reasons #tried bandapp but it uses a google login or a phone number #also don't remember my password on there #ok I swear I keep track of passwords now I made these accs at a different time #thought about resorting to my laptop's camera but realized I wasn't that desperate yet #was gonna use my mom's phone but her phone number isn't fixed yet either #apparently discord works? but I can't message myself and I don't have a single friend on there that I would send hazbin images to #a literal hour later #I realize.
