In order you have: Tabby (20-21, any pronouns), Donna (24, she/her), and Nancho (haven't decided how Fae age works yet, but she's an older adult, she/her)

Tabby's a commentator for kart races in Boom Hill, though they do partake in Item-based races themselves sometimes. The water balloons are they're favorite!

Donna's a super popular music artist/singer who tours all over the place, has a lot of fans, and is just recently starting to get into kart racing! (Though she has to get used to racing at high speeds, oof.)

Nancho's a fairy originally from the land of fairies (I don't remember what the place is called in English lmao) who traveled out of it in search of cool and intriguing items to collect. Her backpack is full of stuff 24/7, and she has a secret, hidden home up in the mountains near where Mistfall Factory is located.

I was aware Neo had that little robot dog for a bit, but during my prime Rush+ days in the recent Moonhill season I found out about the Rat Packer pet that was clearly R-Men themed. So I thought: "what if was Rex's pet?"

you can't really blame Neo, Rex. Lil' guy looks more like a hamster than a rat.

Moonhill Mayor's Secretary

Before she became a Therapist, Cary used to have quite an important job, originally getting it thanks to her College Study Job, she managed to secure the position as Mayor Zippi's secretary due to her diligence and hard work.

One could say that working with a mayor as great as him is a dream job! But for her, it was the opposite...Being able to see the Mayor in a more personal manner, she can't help but to think of him as greedy...
