the main spotlight in vol 3 is finally Mii kun gave his virginity to Kei chan, and finally Kei chan realized how lonely Mii kun is, after he lost his mother along with his mother's lover in accident (there's assumption that it was not merely an accident but Mii kun's mother committed suicide), also he was forced to leave Otaru and Kei chan then moved to live with his grandmother in Tokyo after that (from the prequel story, いとしいのねこっけ小樽編/Itoshii no Nekkoke Otaru hen http://suritsubusanight.tumblr.com/image/64208874198), it seems Mii kun is still deeply regret he was on fight with his mother before the accident, eventhough Mii kun won't admit it.

Marugoto no Nekokke is Itoshii Nekokke's fanbook with illustrations and comments from fellow mangaka/Kumota Haruko's friends, without bonus story or short manga from Kumota Haruko.
