Twitter is currently going wild with the hashtag #ReleaseTheJJCut where people are talking, and I mean REALLY TALKING about how Disney practically screwed over JJ not only during production but also during editing and in the weeks before the release. I cant show all the Tweets but I did find this source link to what everyone is going crazy over. Its long but if youve seen TROS I think it’s important. Star Wars was the one franchise that JJ didnt want to mess up but Disney ended up turning into a dumpster fire. Im honestly scared that Im going to get sniped for this but here you go

Disney are the clowns for switching if not HEAVILY editing that ending, because although I might not be the biggest Reylo shipper I still think that Ben and Rey deserved to be happy and they found that happiness in each other

Disney are the clowns for missing the opportunity to openly represent a huge amount of people who enjoy the Star Wars franchise. Everyone in the cast except for JJ wanted Finn and Poe together and Oscar and John were completely open to the idea

Disney are the clowns for not listening to the fans. They refuse to listen and they wont because changing their ways means earning less money

We were never the clowns for hoping, or for wanting a different (maybe better) ending to the movie, for wanting to be recognized and included. Disney are the clowns because Im pretty sure they dont care what they do as long as it makes them money, wether we are unhappy or not they wont care and thats the real clownery here folks. Not us but them

Anyway this is me saying Im probably gonna be staying off Tumblr and the tag for a lil while after the movie since I wanna go see it you know spoiler free

Anyway if you do go see it the day it comes out I hope its good and not a dumpster fire like Last Jedi. The reviews have said its good and I hope it lives up to what it seems because Im really wanting it to be a good fulfilling ending. As always I will go into the movie theather a clown and only come out crying once I 100% see nothing has happened between my boys. This is bye for now dudes see you in a week or so
