Polar bear ice.
I'm happy to be able to eat the polar bear that I've always wanted to eat! The bear's face with this blurry feeling is very cute. I'm also happy that the sweet potato and beans were like ears. It was the size of Yaesu and smaller than it should be… but it was just the right size.

Raspberry and Earl Gray inspiration.
Earl gray milk, raspberry sauce, earl gray cheese sauce, caviar balsamic vinegar, honey, black pepper, etc. It was my first combination, but it was a perfect match. It's fun to have a crackle in your mouth.

Sakura bean paste butter soybean flour.
Soybean flour cream is delicious. It didn't have much of an buttery feel to it, but I remember liking the gentle sweetness of the cherry blossom flavor. There is a big strawberry on top, but there were a lot of them inside as well.

Ice Ghost
The simmering shiratama mochi was delicious. Cherry blossoms, cherry blossom leaves, shiratama rice cakes, and cherry blossom milk sauce on top. The inside is black honey, red bean paste, fruit agar, and it feels like anmitsu. The bottom was milk sauce, matcha milk sauce, walnut black honey dressing, and whipped cream, and it was fun to eat.

Spring urara.
The cherry blossom-like appearance of pink and green is wonderful. The sweet cherry blossom sauce, the rich and slightly bitter matcha green tea, and the dark cherries add a refreshing touch, creating a good balance. It also had black beans.

An butter made by that girl.
Salted buttermilk syrup, red bean paste cream, grainy red bean paste, butter sauce, salted butter whip. It has a wonderful melty feeling that makes it a hit on the plate. It's butter, but it's not too heavy, and has a gentle sweetness that makes you want to eat it all the time.

Cherry blossoms

Strawberry.
During Valentine's Day, a limited amount of shaved ice is available every day. While I was eating, there was a story telling me that it was sold out, so I'm glad I made it in time. It was a little expensive, but the composition was ruby chocolate cream, white chocolate sauce, strawberry milk base, strawberry white chocolate coating, dried strawberry, strawberry rare cheese whip, pistachio, pistachio cream, florentine, cranberry, chocolate mousse, cassis raspberry jelly, blueberries, popping chocolate, and it was gorgeous and delicious! Hopping chocolate crackling in the mouth was also a good accent.

It's fun to see the same cherry blossoms, but the appearance and taste are completely different.
Cherry blossom cream, cherry gyuhi, cherry blossom soybean flour, salted cherry blossoms, brown rice tea milk base, cherry plum bean paste, strawberry fruit, cashew nuts, jasmine tea jelly, brown rice tea mousse, and goji berries. Cute bright pink color! The sakura gyuhi was delicious and melty, and the overall feeling was Japanese-style, and I personally preferred the cherry blossoms here.

Cherry milk sauce, hojicha milk base, gorgonzola cheese cream, green laver and black pepper rice tuile, cherry agar, cherry bean jelly, cherry bean paste sauce, walnuts, strawberry fruit, red beans, and raspberry jelly. The peculiar gorgonzola and the sweet cherry blossoms went well together and were delicious!
