as of today (Oct, 7) I am officially spiraling down. haha.
on the other hand, A PACKAGE OF FROZEN VEGGIES COOKED ON A PAN WITH SOME WATER AND A PINCH OF CURRY POWDER. IT SOOOO GOOD! A half of a package (200g which is HUGE serving) is only about 90 calories. It is so filling and satisfying that like 100g (45cal) would also be perfectly enough. Honestly, it feels like a full meal.

I was 65.3 yesterday, the lowest I have been in like 6 months or something.
I am having some terrible side effects from my depression medication. A terrible weakness, brain fog, both sleepiness and insomnia, inability to concentrate on anything. So I couldn't workout at all.
Also, I ate a lot more then I supposed to. My daily calorie limit is usually around 500calories with 4 workouts a day, but today I was around 900-1000 calories without any physical activity.
My doctor advised me to cut my medication dose in half. So we will see.
So, my main issues now are the following:
- I still feel awful, and I am afraid of what the next day of medication will look like
- i am afraid that limiting or going off medication will inhibit its effectiveness
- I am terrified to see the scale tomorrow.
- I am nauseous now and still very weak, dizzy and hungry, so I plan on eating a couple of plain breads (15cal each) and an apple (around 80cal).
- so now I am even more terrified to look at the scale tomorrow

It's 65.6 today, yay! Lost 0.7 grams since yesterday.
2.6 kgs are to go to my next gw.
So, my caloric limit is 550 calories nowadays. And I actually feel good.
Also, I am starting fluoxetine tomorrow for my depression and intrusive thoughts. I am nervous, of course, as to how it will affect my mood, willpower and appetite.
