I am so disgusted at how I let myself go literally last year I lost 20+ kilos and now I have gained it all back and more. Currently at 118,9kg. I was too focused on uni.
I am going back to starving myself cause I literally cannot look at myself in the mirror 🤢

So I went to the store today and I got these stuff. I am so happy that I didn't waste my money on binge food. I walked around the store for like an hour or two trying to fight the urge to buy binge food. So today I went to the doctor and he decided that to put me on fluoxetine (I was on it during 2020). He also said I had anemia🤦🏾♀️ so he put me on a bunch of medication. Plus based on what I said I have to go see a psychologist🤦🏾♀️. I mean trust me I need help, but at the same time I am scared.
