Oh boy another food log
- TW: This is, as said in the title, a food log. I will not include my calories this time as I dont wish to trigger myself or anyone else with issues related to food and eating.
Im proud of myself, I ate a pretty good but still very healthy amount while trying to keep an eye on my nutrition! Even though this is only my second day I feel satisfied and like I could sustain this for many more to come :)
Alright so
Breakfast/Lunch: Homemade smoothie (1/4 low fat Greek yogurt, half a cup raspberries, half a cup strawberries, one whole small banana, half a cup of 2% milk and a bit of ice) i woke up super late today so I actually ate "breakfast"
Snack: 1/2 cup blackberries and havarti cheese
Dinner: Panchero's burrito bowl w/ 1 scoop chicken and extra black beans to get some ~protein~
Snack Pt. 2 electric Boogaloo: Soes frozen vegan udon noodles. (I dont remember what brand but they smacked!)
All in all I still think I definitely ate under 2000 calories and wayyyy under what I usually ate so a pretty good day. I also only ate one small portion of meat today, which is way different from my usual three or four so heck yeah! I'm gonna go take a shower and journal this in the brand new weightloss journal I made last night!

FOOD LOG BABYYYY
- TW: I am in recovery for an ED. This has a lot of food mentions please do not read if triggered. I am still working on how I eat, how I feel about what I eat, and how much I eat. I know I didn't eat quite enough today but im proud of myself nonetheless. You should never eat below 1200 calories on purpose. Im fairly certain 1200 calories is the daily reccomended amount for a toddler. Which I need to remind myself of constantly. As long as food and stuff doesn't bother you read on!!!

Breakfast: I never eat breakfast it makes me nauseous.
Lunch: Homemade Berry smoothie (Low fat chobani Greek yogurt, raspberries, blackberries, frozen acai, 2% milk, a lil bit of stevia) - around 250 calories
Dinner: Vegan pad Thai with extra peanut sauce + Sriracha - 405 calories
Snack: four gardein chicken tenders w/ ketchup - about 200 calories
Dessert: one dark chocolate bar - 160 calories
Total: 1009 calories
Exercise: none :(
Im honestly super proud of myself? I feel full and satisfied. This is also my first day of no meat after eating it probably twice a day my entire life. It was difficult but im gonna stick to it. Im also saving for a gym membership. New years resolutions here I come!

New Years resolutions baybeeeeeeee
Okay, okay. Had a bit of a mental breakdown in December so we gonna hit the easy ones first.
Wash face/moisturize every day.
Brush teeth at least once a day (u forgetful b)
Save for a gym membership
Get all missing school work done (its only 20 assignments you got this!)
Eat cleaner/try to eat less processed food.
Workout once a week, even if its just yoga.
Eventually, try to lose weight. Start small with twenty pounds.
Buildup to working out three times a week.
A lot of weight based stuff as you can see lol. I've struggled in the past but im turning eighteen this year I am DETERMINED to become a legal adult looking nice.
