It looks like a dummy + left human arm + weird shit as right arm.

My 🚬 theory is that they use robots in the theme park but for making them more real they fused them with... humans and whatever are those tentacles, and IT WHEN WRONG.

It's probably not, cuz it reminds of that horror game with furry robots and dead kids....
