real answer: I dunno yet!

no concrete idea or something, mainly focusing on thinking up basic designs first. but top of my head, it could might actually be Takumi, honestly, especially playing into the multiple paths and route stuff, and his personality molded and changing to fit the route's themes and plot. If anything, he prob would be down with the promise of FREEDOM if it'll get him and his friends out of whatever hell he's in, only to get corrupted by it.

plus it could be fun to place him in a weird route scenario. Its your future, after all.

pretty much, most of the gundam series has that theming, even ones with mainly adult casts ala ideals and misconceptions about war.

I have a question about gundam. would you say a theme of the gundam series is "adolescence is incompatible with war." witch from mercury was obviously about teens play-fighting but then being utterly destroyed by the reality of war. gqu~ux feels like it has a completely different style and visual language for the teen life scenes and the military scenes and it's jarring when they mix. so is this an idea that always shows up? teens think fighting is cool but when war actually breaks out they stop being kids and start being soldiers
