I - The Magician

Main Theme: The Magician is an immensely self-confident card and is denoted by the numeral I. The first thing that jumps out is the fact that all four minor arcana suits(swords, wands, pentacles, and cups) are present in front of the Magician and he presides over all. This alludes to the main theme of this card which is a mastery of all aspects of life. This card believes in a person’s individualistic ability to bring forth the things and experiences that they desire. Emphasis is placed on believing in one’s own abilities in order to manifest our hopes and dreams because we are powerful. This card can also be seen as a very me me me only card because it prioritizes your individualistic needs first. While that can be a positive trait for some, it can also be an indicator of a selfish person.

Why I like this card: Personally, I love love love all the symbols present in the imagery of the card. The lemniscate, especially, has always drawn me in. There’s just that thrill that comes with acquiring knowledge and mastering different skills. This card is also so empowering??? because it basically is an invitation to remove self-doubt and self-sabotage from your life and gives you a means to do it as well: by continuing to learn and develop skills until your foundations are so solid that there are no cracks present from which self-doubt can seep in.

Some Interesting Information: Interestingly, the numeral 1 or I is associated with unity which is much in league with the Magician’s(also known by the names Juggler or Magus) ability to combine and unify multiple aspects in life.

0 - The Fool

Main Theme: The Fool is the essence of a new beginning as denoted by its numeral as well. 0 or XXII symbolize the end of the past and the start of a new period in your life. The Fool embodies energy(which may both be lucky and foolhardy), movement, and an almost childlike naivete. This card can be most definitely associated with taking ‘a leap of faith’ into the unknown and learning by experiencing rather than planning.

Why I like this card: lts possible numerals are most interesting to me because it gives me this hope that no matter where I am in life, I can start anew if I so choose. I hold that power in my hands. Additionally, I’m so enamored with the energy of childlike innocence and curiosity that emanates from the card. Being innocent or unaware isn’t portrayed as a negative or positive thing. It is just fact and we all find ourselves at this point somewhere in life and that is nothing to be embarrassed about. You learn as you go. 

Some Interesting Information: It is said that the major arcana can also be likened to the Fool’s journey. A cycle that may be repeated throughout our lives

An Introduction to my first and only tarot deck(at least for now)

So a little backstory first about where I got my tarot cards from. I got my cards 5 years ago in 2015 when I was in the 10th grade. I didn’t really know anything about tarot cards or divination or cartomancy but my father gifted me this first set and I don’t quite remember why he bought me these out of the blue but I’ll ask him when I next see him. This deck came in a long box with the book ‘The Pictorial Key to the Tarot’ by Arthur Edward Waite, a booklet with keywords and divinatory meanings excerpted from the book, and a blue page with the celtic cross spread printed on to it to place cards on. I left the outer box and the spread page back home when I went to university and it was sadly misplaced while I was away but I still have the book and the booklet. I also only started seriously doing readings in my freshman year of university so basically in september 2019 because I became aquainted with people who had their own decks and from then on I started frequently doing readings for people and recently I decided to start journalling my research on individual cards. I’ve started with the major arcana cards and have researched all the cards until Death and I’ll be posting about each card.

I think all content creators can relate to this.

In my opinion, I don’t think followers really understand how much your requests/likes/reblogs/etc. and random asks mean to me. It’s just so refreshing and nice to know that people enjoy what I’m doing and support me.

People that go the extra mile and send an ask or message letting me know they liked my stuff honestly makes my day. I love reading tags and stuff…it’s honestly so cute….

And people who ask about how I’m doing or send me random questions or cute asks….I just want you guys to know it honestly makes my day. I just love all the interaction and such. It makes running a blog so much more enjoyable.

And Fanart/Fanwork? Honestly that’s one of the greatest things to receive. To everyone that draws or writes, please don’t feel too insecure to send it end! No one is going to criticize you over quality. It’s so sweet that you even thought about making something…I will always appreciate it no matter what, and I’m sure all other content creators feel the same.

It’s been 1 year!!!

Okay so on june 12th it was our one year anniversary, but we’re dummies and we missed it. Fml. Anyways, we know we both are real lazy and big ass procrastinators and we don’t send in requests on time. We’re really sorry for being like that and we’re gonna try our best to change our villainous ways.

And we love you all. We both have college and feel really stressed out and a lot of stuff goes on in our lives so its like tiring. But we feel so happy whenever we see how so many of you are following us even though we’re so shitty. And getting any sort of support from you guys makes me so happy.

iKON playing hide and seek

Sorry for the looooooooong loooooooooooong wait. I love procrastinating. ♦Adm Jelly♦

Jinhwan: Rolls around stealthily. Knows exactly where you’re hiding but takes pleasure out of torturing you. Making as much noise as he can so that you know he’s nearing in on you.

Yunhyeong: Tries to have fun while playing but he cant let go of of the nervousness that keeps increasing with each step you take closer to him. Also he doesn’t know how long he can stay in his musty ass hiding place.

B.I: Gets tired and lowkey upset because he can’t find anyone let alone you. He knows you must be somewhere nearby seeking pleasure in his suffering. Highkey wishes that two people(you and him) could be the seekers together.

Bobby: You locate him almost instantly as you can hear him angry muttering as he bumps into a lot of stuff. You find him in the middle of the room unable to find any hiding spot, laughing in shame that you caught him so quickly.

Donghyuk: He’s like so confused, he could swear he heard you giggling nearby but then he looks around and he thinks its impossible for you to be hiding anywhere. But little does he know you’re just under a desk.

June: He sees you through a small crack and he knows you’re coming close and will eventually find him. He tries using telepathy to send you off course. But you just end up catching him making weird faces.

Chanwoo: You just ran and he turns around and instantly pin points your location. Black Magic? Cheating? Whatever it is, you know he’ll enjoy spending the rest of the game with you.

Just in case you wanted to know, my one’s have the ♦ in front of them and the ones Adm Marshmallow did have ~ in front of them. It took long ;-; coz it was hard for me and we started college. But I hope you enjoy it. ♦Adm Jelly♦

Jinhwan~:

What lead to it: You’d be play wrestling each other while trying to grab the remote in order to watch your own favorite show. And you’d end up tripping over each other’s limbs and falling on top each other. And hence commence the giggles and cheesy statements. “Maybe we can choose a different channel today... One that we both would like.” Jinhwan says with an exaggerated wink. And lets just say stuff went down from there. What happened afterwards: “You’re so manipulate Jinhwan I swear to God.” You scold him. “Come on, we put on a better show than anything that you could’ve seen on that rusty piece of television.” He whined back. “It’s not rusty!” 

Yunhyeong♦:

What lead to it: You’d spot Yunhyeong in the kitchen. For some reason, the fan wasn’t on and he was sweating due to the heat from the burner. You walked over and turned off the burner. His face snapped to you, noticing your presence. You couldn’t help but admire how he looked, so focused with sweat rolling down his neck.  ”There are other ways to sweat, you know.” You say as you wrap you arms around him and start pulling him away from the food. ”Wait! I thought we were taking it slow?” He pants out. “I don’t recall saying that~” You tease, feigning ignorance as you drag him to the bedroom. What happened afterwards: “We don’t have any dinner tonight because of me.” You mumble. He drapes his arms around you with a smile of his face. “You are too spontaneous for your own good but I guess today is an exceptional day so we can order take out.” 

Bobby♦:

What lead to it: You’d be playing video games one night and continuously competing against each other. You set a deal that the winner would have to do what the loser said. And in the end, you did win. You turn to look at him with a grin on ur face before settling down in his lap. “I won!” You whisper-shouted into his ear as you proceeded to stare at him. “So what?” He shrugs before tackling you. 

“Now. Do. As. I. Say.” He says as he begins planting kisses along your neck.  You don’t need much time to understand what was about to go down, and in a second you forgot that it was you who had to make the loser do something. Well, who could blame you? After all, Bobby’s grasp and the feeling of his soft lips navigating your body were more than enough to make you lose focus.

What happened afterwards: “If I won, then why did you order me?” You asked but were met with silence. Bobby had his head covered by the blanket and he absolutely refused to come out of it. You practically had to pull it off by force and even then he wasn’t meeting your eye. “What’s wrong?” You were getting worried. “I’m sorry!” He blurts out. “You were looking at me so intensely so I thought this was what you had in mind. This was so uncool of me.” “I mean, I didn’t mind but I kinda wanted you to dress up as pooh.”

B.I♦:

What lead to it: You guys were at a friend’s party and were just taking a break from the dancing. You went pretty wild out there. You dragged Hanbin out with you on the balcony in hopes that the air outside would sober you up. “By the way, you were so against coming here but now you’re pretty silent. What’s up?” You probe. “I mean you look beautiful today,” he says as he pulls you close, “and the thought of me ripping those clothes off you today, is helping me go on.” You realize you’ve been holding your breath while he was talking. You allow yourself to relax for a bit and playfully punch him. “Guess we’re going to have to leave the party earlier than scheduled. Let’s leave after the next round of dancing.” You pull out a mirror to freshen up your makeup. “There’s no need for that, it’ll get ruined anyways. You know I can’t wait.” He pulls you close and leads you to your car.  The risk factor was large and you were worried but Hanbin placed a light kiss on your lips and cleared your worries before proceeding to slip you out of your dress. 

What happened afterwards: “I cannot believe we just did that. Like we could’ve been spotted!” You mumble in disbelief. “But we weren’t, so it’s all good.” He replied, shooting a wink at you. “It was long overdue after all.” You shook your head in disbelief and let him wrap and arm around you.

Donghyuk~:

What lead to it: He’d be minding his own business, working hard and being quieter than usual. That just didn’t sit well with you. You needed to see a happy Donghyuk instead of a stressed out one. So you started off with tickling him and poking and prodding him. When he failed to give you a reaction, you decided to whisper little nasty statements in his ears ignoring him when he tried to say not now. Visibly smiling by the end of it, he decided he had enough of you provoking him. What happened afterwards: “We should do this more often.” You beam up at him. “I swear, I get into so much trouble because of you.” He sighed but deep down you knew he wasn’t really mad. 

June~:

What lead to it: You hastily zip up your dress and slip into your heels as you hear the door bell ring. June promised to take you on a dinner date after a rough busy week. The door opens and a smile spreads on June’s face. His eyes scan you from the top to the bottom leaving a tingling sensation where ever they linger. His smile widens as he enters, not keeping his eyes off of you. Blushing, you turn away and go in your room to grab your purse. You take a little longer and when you are about to leave you find June standing on the door frame with a smirk on his face. Seeing you flustered, he takes a few steps towards you. You look down clearly aware of his intentions. “Were you planning to go out with your dress half zipped?” His hands grab you by your waist, puling you closer. June gently runs his fingers along your dress and pulls the zip down, planting a gentle kiss along the nape of your neck. “You certainly look better with the zip all down,” he whispers in your ear. What happened afterwards: “Well there goes our reservation and our dinner as well.” You murmured. “I dunno about you but I’m pretty sure I ate enough tonight.” June nudged you. “You’re so nasty! Can you not say that while I’m thinking of actual food.”

Chanwoo♦:

What lead to it: “I’m bored.” You whisper to yourself. Your eyes scan the room, looking for something to relieve your boredom. Your eyes lock on Chanwoo and you snicker slightly because you’ve found your new target. He sets down a pack of cookies next to him. Sneaking up behind him, you make one swift movement to snatch his snack away from him.  “What the hell Y/N! Give that back. It’s mine.” He makes his annoyance clear. However you just rip open the packet and start indulging yourself.  Although you have no idea as to how a chase for cookies ended with him on top of you, pinning you down as he bites down into the cookie that’s hanging from your lips.

What happened afterwards: “What the fuck just happened?” You laugh at the absurdity of the situation. “Y/N... Go buy me another packet. Seriously. You ate most of them and I only got one.” You could see that Chanwoo was only pretending to sulk. “ARE YOU SERIOUSLY WORRYING ABOUT THE COOKIES?!” You fire back, giggling as you tackle him once more.

Jinhwan: He’d try real hard to resist at first because he knows you’ll start pinching him or tickling him in order to tease him. That just makes you snuggle into him more and play-tease him until he gives up and you both end up falling asleep.

Yunhyeong: He immediately returns the snuggle and holds you in a tight embrace, lowkey making it hard for you to breathe. After a few moments though, you return to a comfortable position and fall asleep in his neck as he chuckles softly.

Bobby: “Ahh! Why are you doing this? Being so cute? Oh my gosh” *Highkey dying of feels as he watches you sleep* “This is bad for my health.”

B.I: Let’s be honest, he’s probably the one who initiated the cuddling, trapping you in his arms. And when you finally surrender and start snuggling back, you can see a small faint smile of self-satisfaction cross his face.

Donghyuk: He wraps his arms around you and softly rests his head on your head, breathing softy. Must be feeling super blessed to have you like this, resting on him.

June: You slowly pull him to the couch as he was standing. He pretends that he’s being dragged back by you against his will but he’s completely enjoying all the attention you’re giving him. Snuggles back and falls asleep before you.

Chanwoo: Let’s you snuggle up to him only under the condition that you’ll shower him with love and affection and not go straight to sleep. You do that for a while but soon fall asleep. He pouts softly but he lets it go as he pulls you closer to himself.

2 years in kpop

Its been 2 years since I joined the kpop fandom and I can't believe that it's been that long. I still feel like such a newbie at times but this fandom has given me many things. It has given be the chance to experience amazing music, know some beautiful hardworking idols and also make lifelong friends in the fandom. It has also made me grow into a better human. Kpop has and will always be an integral part of my life. I will always be so glad that I decided to check it out.
