1) Download flash player from here (https://www.techspot.com/downloads/downloadnow/1530/?evp=a52135c74d55f9bb8f8b39006991aa68&file=1708)
2) Open file - any .swf files
3) You can download swf files from any site that holds flash games by these steps:
a) enable or delete any extensions that emulate flash games like ruffle
b) press right click on your mouse and choose to view page’s source code
c) ctrl+F search .swf you’ll find link that ends with this and you can download game by pressing the link or copy and open it on new page
d) If link starts with Cache this link is damaged but you can try to save it by copying link where it only starts with ‘www’ or ‘https’
4) Now when you downloaded you know how to play them straight from your pc
