In a picture taken on Deadpool 3 set, there's a character driving a cupcake truck (from Moon Knight) that looks an awful lot like the Winter Soldier!

Knowing Sebastian is in Toronto filming the Trump movie, if this is the Winter Soldier, he must be a stunt man. Unless the picture is from before the strike.
