Can we just talk about how Kuvira used Toph’s move? What if Toph trained Kuvira and that’s why she’s so amazing? My theory is that when Toph would visit she would train Su’s kids and since Su had adopted Kuvira she would have gotten to train with her too. Especially since Opal couldn’t earth bend. Kuvira was the only girl in the family who could and I think Toph would have taken a special interest in her. Kuvira also looks kind of sad and angry when Toph says she gives metalbenders a bad name, and she doesn’t even try to fight back. I think it’s more than just that she doesn’t think she can beat Toph, I think it’s because here is her mentor telling her she’s basically failed her as a student.

I love how Zuko learns from everyone. He learns to stay rooted like Iroh tells him and actually imitates Admiral Zhao from the agnai kai he had with him. He’s just always striving to be better.
