Monterra, my new Beverly Hills inspired neighborhood! (clean unpopulated version)

this neighborhood includes many community lots including, multiple clubs, multiple restaurants, A grand Hotel, many clothing stores, a 6 story department store, a salon, cafe, bank, church, 6 different apartment lots ranging from starter to luxury, including a trailer park and penthouses, many mansions, many middle class and starter homes, and 2 parks!

this has been a work in progress for many months and i hope you enjoy!

Mimi and Dudley Landgraab!

I feel like Mimi is like a mix between Avril Lavigne and Harley Quinn in the Birds of Prey movie

And all I think of when I see Dudley, is the song “I’m Just A Kid - Simple Plan” (Also he strongly reminds me of Jude from the 6Teen series)

Anyways, I have never played The Sims Bustin’ Out, and I cannot do it now either, because I do not have my playstation 2 where I live anymore Oh well, it seems like an interesting game though! >:)
