I've lost over100lbs since April 2009. I want to motivate & support as many people as I can through my virtual training & Beachbody challenge groups. I had to have emergency surgery in March 2014 for a ruptured appendix. Since then have had 2 more surgeries. Once I get approval to workout, I'll be better than ever & even more determined to reach my fitness goals!!
