What an incredible night! Supper at @shiftresto with the gift certificate @sherry.goetz gave us at our wedding, watching a live production of one of my favourite musicals, Sweeny Todd at @persephonetheatre - also my friend Deanna was one of violinists and we had a quick catch up after the show. Today @basementgalaxy1 and I had a perfectly mellow Canada Day. We had bacon donuts from @darksidedonuts with our brunch, fed the dog, checked my flowers and they have just exploded!!! Tried to go on the @yardandflagon patio but it started raining - so we went inside and had their delicious potato skins!!! Fortunately the rain allowed me to not water the flowers, but the thunder scared Eddie.
