thought i had omw to uni today. trc characters if they were uruguayan and their relationship with drinking mate. gansey doesn't often because it leaves him feeling way too nervous but he'll have some if someone else is drinking. declan doesn't because it makes his stomach ache. matthew doesn't because he says it's too bitter (hell grow into it eventually). ronan does but mostly at night or quiet morning at the barns. he has an absurdly expensive black thermos and a steel mate. blue also does frequently but she drinks it sweet or with herbs or one of those fruity yerbas. her mate is ceramic and artesanal, and her termo is filled with political stickers. adam does 24/7, takes it to classes and stuff. he is the guy you do not see without a termo under his arm. the guy has to run on very few sleep And cheat hunger and mate does the job perfectly. his is a traditional mate, his termo clear of stickers though. yeah. thoughts.
