Hi, instead of continuing the Jory OC-tober I have made so many more ocs in the past week instead. This is Charlie, he's super dead and he doesn't really haunt the narrative or anything, he's more of a catalyst and he kind of sucks but he gets a pass because (checks smudged writing on my hand) older brother privileges. Apparently.
