Drink water, take daily walks, shower with cold water (or some cold water before coming out of the shower), count every calorie and eat only if really need it, never push yourself towards eating if you actually not feel like it.
Get your control back, you know what you need to do to get there, what is stopping you? Yourself?

After working for some hours you head into the break room to unpack your lunch- a caesar sallad (with only chicken and lettuce) and brew some more coffee, to drink it without milk.

After a long day at work you’re pleased to discover your boyfriend already boiled some eggs and cooked tofu. you scrape out the yolk, microwave 7 broccolis and cut an apple

Exercise
at 7 pm you pack extra clothes and a towel to head to the gym to go on the treadmill for 45 minutes, then you shower and walk home.
SNACK

you come home again, tired, having walked a total of over 20k steps. Snacking on some grapes and then having a cup of chamomile tea before going to bed at 11pm.

ballerinas, figure skaters, dancers are dainty and disciplined. if they're tired, theyre not gonna give up! they'll keep going. sleeping is for the night.
you don’t eat because you’re bored, because it looks tasty, because your friends offered u food and you “dont wanna be rude” or because “why not”. you eat when you need to, to give your body energy.

RULES
- eat twice a day!! breakfast, then choose either lunch or dinner. super low cal snacks are okay, like tea, gum and black coffee.
- it’s okay to fast if you’re not exercising tho.
- take vitamins/supplements!! you don’t want ur hair and teeth to fall out. id recommend iron, b12, zinc, calcium. or multivitamins are good.
- be tidy. keep your room clean, practice pretty handwriting, do skincare. focus on your schoolwork and yourself basically.
- remember to get a full nights sleep!! prevents acne and is good for your brain. (your body is probably very tired too)
- IF you MUST b1ng3, at least have something healthy, like fresh fruit or veggies. fast food is poison.
