Hey, I plan to add to this as I go, this is just gonna be an ever changing index of recipes that can be looked through. These are a mix of recipes I have found from other people, some with my own edits, and some without - each have a link to the corresponding post.

Cooked Cinnamon Apple - 35-75cals per serving (depends on size of apple)
Small Chocolate Mug Cake - 50cals total
Banana Muffins - 108cals per serving (makes 6 servings)
Carrot Cake Muffins - 98cals per serving (makes 6 servings)

This!!!!!. It's better to have a bit more calories for adding protein then nothing. And as a pluss you fell full for longer which makes it easier to control yourself.

PROTEIN
IS
EXTREMELY
IMPORTANT
If you don't eat enough protein, your muscles will deteriorate (your heart is a muscle), your nails will break off, your HAIR will fall out. And ik most of us love our hair on our head not on the floor.
Ik protein is scary for some people but drinking atleast a protein drink with 30g of protein will help you so so much.
