I’ve somewhat realised that I’ve been hoarding a lot of empty sketchbooks on my shelf. And so it occurred to me the perfect art goal for the year: to fill one of these up by the end of the year, with sketches and drawings of random things!

“I AM THE F**KING DRAGON!” Quite literally.

Here’s my entry for tattle-crime‘s #BoldlyBecoming contest! I wanted to do something where Dolarhyde transforms from human to Tooth Fairy to DRAGON (in a Shonen manga type villain kind of way :D).

New year = time to knuckle down some drawings, and maybe fill up a sketchbook (?!) ... that's the goal for the year, at least! O|-< (wishful thinking there)

Inktober Day 8: The Thrilling Life & Times of Bertholdt Broccolini, The Vegetarian Broccoli. 

Aka... the broccoli that eats other broccoli (or uses them as decorations). He's like... the Hannibal Lecter of Broccoland.

I had this one cracktastic idea at dinner last night, while we were talking about broccoli... and Broccoland (aka this town where Broccoli people come from) (yeah we had a completely random dinner convo hahaha... we also established that the Cauliflower were the Broccoli's white or purple cousins).

That awkward moment when you accidentally paint what looks like a dodgy drug deal going down in the middle of the North Pole.

Tried my hand at “speed” painting today… Orz. Was originally trying to paint the scene from Hannibal where Jack and Will were having a top secret meeting on the ice? But something went wrong along the lines somewhere I am pretty sure hahaha…. Or did it (THIS IS MY DESIGN) xDD

Inktober Day 5: Evil Monkey/Ape/Overlord Thing With Strong Hair Game Today's drawing was a bit of a speed drawing experiment; was trying to draw something in under 30 minutes and see what would happen.. So excuse the rough sketchy drawing style.

Inktober Day 4: Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul! Drew this for my friend, and I think I had too much fun mucking around with pens hahaha. Also, I think I may start taking inktober requests on stuff to draw so if anyone has suggestions, hit us up!

Finally caught up with the manga for AoE! Also, when did Shima become so badass?! And the fat dude from Team RHEKSFHKDE is also really gross and creepy D=.

Inktober Day 1: The Joker from the New 52's Batman comics.

Joker is pretty scary these days, especially after the whole HFKJDHFKDSDSKFHDSKH ordeal (shhhh spoilers!)!! o______O||

Also, sorry about the sloppy inking, my pens were either dead or dying (I was not prepared for that, but I am prepared for dinner! << fail Tegal chicken reference... //slapped) ... I shall go pen shopping tomorrow.
