As far as rat cinema goes, flushed away is an interesting one because from the very first scene we're introduced to these tim burton male protagonist shapes rats, truly gangly manlike rats, but the main character is a pet rat kept by humans. We see him traverse vast, manmade spaces, clearly meant for something much larger than a rat. And so the entire film we're just imagining this man rat and what he looks like next to his human, what it means to snuggle a thin tumblrsexyman rat that is the size of a regular rat. and it just never comes. All that anticipation, wasted. I don't remember anything else about this movie even though I watched it less than a year ago .

I love how here on tumblr dot website we regularly cast the greatest curse we can muster on each other by pointing our long creepy fingers and intoning "10,000 notes" in a voice that carries the winds of the mountain with it.

It's juvenile, and it shows they don't care and they never cared. They tell people "vote for us, we'll be transparent with you!" and then they literally rickroll the people who voted for them because they wanted transparency. Actual contempt for their voter base

Yeah I don't think even the average conservative voter can defend this one. This is just plain disconnected from reality.
