I think you can all guess that UV and Ray aren't on the best of terms right now.

Basically, all of the macaque vs wukong stuff has happened but it's happened in a way that the two aren't headed for reconciliation or anything like it.

That's mostly because Ray did a lot more than just kill Macaque in this blogs canon. But that's lore for another time!

All this about their Wukongs... It wasn't his business, honestly.

He hadn't talked to his in a few years now. Well, actually, a lot of years now.

Sure, he annoyed the guy and his student but they'd never really had a full conversation since... well. He didn't even know if his Wukong had changed, or if he even saw him as more than just 'UV' now.

That's all he was back then, not Macaque, not The Six-Eared Macaque... Just UV. At least, to him. He always saw Ray as Wukong, Sun Wukong. The great Monkey King. His sworn brother.

It was just weird to him, seeing all the other Macaque's and their relationships to their Wukongs.

He snorted. It wasn't technically his stuff if Syntax had stolen it first.

He opened the second letter.

It's MK! Just wondering if you'd be free to help out tin Pigsy's noodles for a day or two? I've got some stuff to do with Mei and I REAALLYY need a replacement!! Let me know as soon as you get this!!

He'd have to get back to MK on that one.

He opened the last letter.

"Dear Macaque,

It's Ray, I'm sorry about what happened between us. I'd really like to s--"

He dropped the letter.
