The affair that MC has with Shay is it like something that happens along the line if MC pursues them, an affair that’s already been taking place or will it be a choice ?

1. It can be something that happens gradually. This focuses more on the romance. Sex is secondary and optional. For those who want a more meaningful playthrough. And angst yay.

2. It can be pre established if mc chooses for it to be. If you go for this, the game will assume shay and Mc have been sexually involved with each other. Very immature, angsty and ...uh, very messy and Shay is a cowardly asshole.

Note that Shay's disposition towards the mc is different on both routes due to the change in their dynamic and the affair is a purely physical thing for shay (only if you opt for the pre established affair route). That, however, does not mean they won't ever develop feelings for the mc. It's just that.... they will start off sounding like a typical cheater who is afraid of taking responsibility. There is a lot shay needs to contemplate over in both routes.

No, it's not mandatory and yes, MC can be viewed as conventionally attractive even without the surgeries. Those who choose to go under the knife will have a slight boost in the looks department but either way, MC is canonically attractive. (Anyone who says otherwise is just being a hater lol)

CRUSH ROUTE : There are nights you catch Kai's gaze lingering on you longer than usual, their trembling fingers reaching out for you yet halting only a breadth away. You think you hate Kai a little those nights. Always pulling away the last minute. Always a coward. You don't think you can keep this yearning inside you any longer. It's been festering inside you for all the years you have known them. It threatens to spill out of you and you think you will need no one other than Kai to hold you in those moments. Only if Kai would let you. But that's all wishful thinking on your part. You know they never will. You suppose, it's a little too much to ask of them in this life. There's only so much a dog can bear before breaking.

PERSONALITY : Kai is a person of a few words. They don't smile often. You don't know whether their facial muscles are even capable of moving that way. Level headed, expect when it comes to you. A feral dog when required of them.

APPEARANCE : Fair skin. 5'11. Monolid dark eyes. Long jet black hair that reaches their waist; often tied in a bun or ponytail with strands of loose hair framing their face. Androgynous features. A good physique. A tattoo running down their spine in Japanese that says 'fall down seven times, stand up eight.' A tattoo of a dragon covering their left arm in green and red ink. Another one of a butterfly on their throat. One on their wrist that says '08/16'. Often dressed in perfectly ironed white— tucked in— button downs, black suit jacket with black trousers.

Hello! I hope you are all well and good! It's been over a month since I published the intro. I am currently working on the first draft of the prologue and decided to update you on the progress and what you can expect.

The pilot episode is a bit messy and fast paced. Lots of things happening all at once lol. Also more social media focused than the coming chapters. I wrote a good amount in August but September didn't start off well for me. I ended up falling severely ill and haven't written a word since then ahaha. I am back now though. I am hoping to have this draft finished by the beginning of November so that I can move on to polishing everything— which may or may not lead to scenes getting added or removed lol. I want this out asap. Fingers crossed!

hello! love the premise of this if. :] how much do we know about vic's personality so far? ... is there any chance of putting them in a more submissive role?

They are unapologetically outspoken—blunt to a fault. They may hurt your feelings at times with their words, but know that it comes from a good place, lol. They're prickly to work with and the exact opposite of Shay, i.e, uncaring and ruthless. The only reason they cast the MC is because Shay begged, and they'll forever hang it over your head, lmao.

As for putting them in a more submissive role... you totally can! It just involves a lot of wrestling around in bed. ;)

You know, I usually don't like romancing all the ROs in one play but BOY am I absolutely tempted right now. Which is weird because I usually get nervous about consequences of such actions in games (anxiety gang, where you at??). Kinda like how you sometimes choose a rude option to see what happens, feel bad about it, then go back to your previous save and choose a nice option.

But. But the temptation is there. I need MC to be a no-strings-attached minx. I think they deserve it.
