Sometimes I think about how, considering Angela wasn't constructed with part of her hair put up in a ponytail, it was something she did herself and not Ayin. As such, Angela taking out her ponytail isn't emblematic of rejecting his wish for her to replace Carmen, but her giving up on trying to.

Finished my Persona 3 Reload playthrough last night. As is par for the course, I bawled my eyes out as the credits rolled. I definitely have my fair share of complaints about how certain things were handled (as will everyone!) but I seriously think the game is far more beautiful and well-done than many fans are currently willing to admit. It’s gorgeous, the voice actors did phenomenal, the music is amazing, it plays incredibly smoothly, and it doesn’t really take away any charm from the original game past pure nostalgia. Persona 3 is a pretty bumpy game as far as I’m concerned, but there is genuinely so much heart in it. By far my favorite of the three modern Persona games. I hope a lot of other people can have as much fun with Reload as I did 🥲
