made garashir Sims mostly bc there was a cool skin for cardassian Sims in Sims 2 and a lot of other stuff so uhhh anyways I put them in a house together and basically they just keep yelling at each other and making each other cry. not sure what else I expected tbh.

I did get them to mind meld btw it was sort of underwhelming. basically their friendship went up that's it. but apparently sims can learn stuff from other Sims like recipes and such I read somewhere on Reddit so I'm wondering if I try again Spock will learn a recipe or two from Jim cause he's like.. a level 10 cooking skill chef and he knows a lot of recipes from watching the cooking channel all the time (there's a mod where they learn recipes from the TV)

now I'm basically at square one editing their new house but honestly I'm enjoying this new development bc I'm realizing there is so much I can do better with their neighborhood and characters I can add now. I have to make a lot of the characters again though as a lot weren't saved into the bin or whatever.

so guess what
this video is actually made at the right time because my Sims 3 Trek save file like all the files going back to the beginning of that game are totally broken and corrupted as far as I'm aware. I haven't deleted them but I will be remaking all of the Trek characters in a new world and starting from scratch.
as for the Sims 2 Trek save that is still going on strong and will continue as soon as I get the kids to finish university which I will also have to post updates in regards to that.
there's a lot to look forward to despite my save for Sims 3 going completely corrupt to a point where loading any of those files results in an immediate error that says to restart the application and it just happens again and again and again no matter what I've done. going to the backup saves does nothing
and I know it's only this save because my king of the hill save loads up fine and a new game works okay so it seems like something I did in my previous game totally fucked up the save. mods including tons of custom content may be the issue amongst other things.

this is the last thing that happened before i saved and then tried to play the next day and basically it errors immediately when loading this save and this save only and i tried going to the backup save and same thing so im probably gonna have to go back to when Bones was in Egypt if i even want to continue playing this monstrous save file.

sorry for lack of updates, been practicing my gouache painting but I might open Sims 2 or 3 later tonight
sims 2 has been hard to get through with the kids in college and with sims 3 well I kinda sent Bones to Egypt so that's also a little bit stressful in its own way
