Hearing this story as someone who played gamelan in school is wild. (Petition for their next album to include gamelan sounds, anyone?)

When I was cleaning my memory yesterday, I realized I haven’t posted anything from their Jakarta concert last November.

Here is when Gary told a story about his music teacher who taught him Gamelan (traditional instrument from Javanese/Balinese culture in Indonesia) and in love with Indonesia and lived in Jakarta. The last time they met was when TT went to Jakarta in 1995. I think I heard this story once in a magazine article.
