Legends of Effire islands: Rising darkness part2

"PEAAARRLLLL!!! YOU AWAKEEEE???" a voice screeched. "Moooommm! Aurora's sreaming at me again!" Pearl hissed angrily. She knew she should wake up early, but this was too early for her. "Aurora you know i don't like to wake up before the ligines start to glow!" she scoffed pointing at the many plants hanging from the top of the cave. Their bulbs were dim and barely anything could be seen. "You know a princess should start their day early. How will you be queen if you can't get up this early!" Aurora huffed and struk a queenly pose. "Well i will not be queen. You will be but I won't. You learned mutch more about how to be queen, and theres a five year gap between us anyways." "Pearl, Aurora! Please get out of bed and get ready for school!" their mother shouted. Her name is Current. She was the queen. Pearl crawled out of bed and went to the mirror to see if she messed her gils up or not. Luckily she didn't. She tought about how wierd her family was. All albinos. And there was her thing of sensing too mutch suff at once. Most dragons have ears on Effire but Axolas don't. They hear whit their gils, sensing sound in the air. Wierd. Current tramped in whit delight. And a bunch of jewelery. "UGGGHHHHHH! Mom you know I HATE jewelery!" Pearl blurted. "Oh don't worry its just a few pices. Go get your sister so i can put thees on you." A few minutes later Pearl was looking in the mirror unimpressed.  "Oh my! Pearl if you could hurt anyune whit your eyes we would be screaming!" Her sister said jokingly. Their mom was off getting more neclaces and armbands. Pearl rushed in her room, packed her things and trew off the jewels. "Tell mom im off to school. Maybe i'll go to the library. Its still too early." she grunted and went into the spiderweb of tunnels that she called home.

Legends of Effire islands: Rising darkness part1

It was dark, but there was a light current. Pearl felt it and sam towards the direction where it was coming from. She knew that the currents always come from outside. As she swam higher and higher light started to come in from above. Pearl saw that she was deep in an underwater cave, as she reached the end of it. The dragonet was never this near to the outside before. All it tales is a light wag of her tail and she could finally see the sky. She hesitated a bit, she tought of the rules the queen told to everyone: "Never leave the caves! They mean safety!" it was one of the main rules. But Pearl wanted to see the sky so bad. She and many other axola drakes never been, and never will be outside of the labirinth that they built under the many islands of Effire. But Pearl felt a need, an urge, a call. She had to. The dragonet tought no more and swam to the surface and saw a bright light. It was coming from a giant pearl. The sun.  "Wierd. I always tought it to be blinding and yellow. The books described it that way..." she tought. Sudenly some of the water turned black. Like the shadows started to live their own life. Large talons emerged from the darkness and clawed the pearl-sun out of the sky, pulling it close to the dragonet. Pearl heard their wispers. "Beware the light! The darkness is weakening! Sun medalion enemy, moon medals friends! Te eternal day is coming! Get the artifact! Join the moon, join the darkness!" the shadows faded too quickly, soon nothing was left in the wast ocean exept the giant glowing pearl. Pearl touched the smooth orb and lifted it slowly. Auddenly every thing was gone and Pearl was falling in a void wich was blinding white.  "WAKE UP!" a scream echoed in the brightness."WAKE UP PEARL!" Pearl screamed and soon realized she was now awake. What a horrible dream. Or was it a dream?
