Welp. I may not be quite where I want to be but that is entirely because I eat like shit 24/7. The picture on the left was this morning (183.4) and the one on the right was from august of 2019 (200 - but not the fattest I ever was).
Consistency is key and nutrition is 80% of weight loss. Now if I only I could stick to that 😅
Also it’s been approximately 18 years since I posted to this blog lmao

Trump’s Muslim Ban Realized
Today on 1/27/17 Trump closed America’s doors to refugees, indefinitely, banned immigrants from several countries, suspended the Visa program, and effectively left untold numbers of people stranded–including those with Green Cards and especially those with no where else to turn who had already been approved to come here.

It is not a ban purely on Muslims, just on specific (majority Muslim) countries, so there’s a chance it could hold up in court.

He signed this executive order on Holocaust Remembrance Day. Even if he didn’t understand the significance of that, I have no doubt Bannon and the other nazis on his staff did.

Be naked. A lot. Sleep naked. Have sex naked. Eat cereal naked. (Or naked and wrapped in a sheet. Favorite thing.) 
Follow beautiful, confident, (un-photoshopped) body-positive babes on the Internet. Unfollow anything that makes you feel insecure. Exposure is key. You’re not going to get it if you don’t seek it out, because the media sucks and wants us to feel like shit about ourselves so they can take our money. Current measurements, and they're not even the biggest because I didn't have a tape measure at that time (kinda glad). When I moved to NC I was literally doing nothing, I was out of work for over a month. I ate like shit. Was nervous about going to the gym alone and not knowing what I was doing.

What a productive day this Friday has been! Cleaned the house, sent out emails and programs, finished up my sociology homework, wrote a paper for composition that is due on the 6th, and got ahead in anatomy class! Also managed to make this amazing paleo pumpkin spice bread. Cause who doesn’t like fall recipies?! 🍂🍁🍃 this recipe made a moist, dense, delicious and healthy festive bread we can enjoy guilt free(eating shouldn’t make you feel guilty anyway, but you get what I mean) here’s the recipe! 1/2 cup coconut flour 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking soda 5 eggs 1/2 cup canned, full fat coconut milk 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup, honey or coconut sugar
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl(coconut flour, baking soda, spices) 3. In a smaller bowl, mix wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup) 4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl and mix until there are no clumps 5. Optional: fold in Enjoy Life dairy free dark chocolate chips, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, etc. 1/2 cup 6. Pour dough into a greased bread pan and bake for 45 minutes Allow to cool (or dont, just a warning) and then enjoy! I ate mine with homemade apple butter mom made for me, but butter, almond butter, or even eating it plain is still delicious!

If you’re like me and love pumpkin flavored things, you have to try this. Pumpkin pie “nice cream”. So good. Tastes just like pumpkin pie. Here’s the recipe:
3 bananas, frozen 1/2 cup of 100% pure pumpkin purée, also frozen 3 tbs nutmeg 3 tbs ground cinnamon 2 packets of stevia in the raw (optional) Crushed walnuts (also optional)
I recommend freezing the bananas for at least 2.5 hours to make sure that the nice cream turns out closer to the consistency of actual ice cream. I’m thinking about using this as a filling for a frozen vegan pumpkin pie. I’m gonna test it and get back to all of you. PUT THIS IN YOUR MOUF.
