so it seems my plan is going to be omad everyday by just eating dinner with my roommate. however she is going home on thursday, so i am planning to eat thursday dinner and then not eat again until sunday around 10am because there is a brunch event. 63 hours ish seems really hard but if i could do 50 i can do it.
also this blog is just going to be me shit posting because what else is there to do!

gym everyday
600 c4l limit, not goal
no eating before 12pm or after 8pm
rewards are never food related
never eat alone, only in front of others
96 oz of water a day minimum
limit diet drinks/drinks including artificial sweeteners
log everything before eating
