candied violets are done!! theyre kinda ugly but quite tasty nonetheless :)

i foraged for violets and made a ph sensitive violet simple syrup!!

it turns green when bases are added, and pink when acids are added; this can be seen in the video where i pour a bit of lemon juice concentrate into the simple syrup to make lemonade :)

overall review a solid 7/10, id add more violets next time to enhance the flavor and make the color more distinct

i made challah bread for the first time and its shaped like frogs on a lilypad and i think its cute :)
