Valerie: the 300~ish amnesiac electro sovereign, crashed into the beaches of mondstadt after being pursued by the shogun (“a monster threatens the people, it must die!” [was literally minding his own business]) and the fatui (“unknown variable could ruin the plan.”)

They now work as an ecological illustrator with roots in mondstadt, publishing textbooks and guidebooks for flora and fauna they come across.

Catalyst, he/they, does not care about perfecting their human form.

There was a fair bit of confusion on whether he needed a windglider license because he doesn’t use a windglider??

Fights like heizou/wriothesly, but more claws and kicks than punches.
