The pumpkin cake would be perfect for you to try then! A lot of other pumpkin flavored food can be too strong, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the batter of this cake. I meant to make pumpkin cupcakes, but I somehow lost my muffin pan... not sure how I did that.
